Absolutely awful Microsoft after-sales service. I sent my tablet surface new and defective for exchange, dated 05/31/2018 (by registered parcel), enclosing an explanatory letter and my telephone number. Someone contacted me by phone after three weeks to tell me that they received my letter but not the tablet?!?! To date, there is still no news from my supposedly not found tablet (08/16/2018). Pay attention
