Its impossible to contact with Dutch support and we cant solve our issue.

After sending the form in response after 4 days !! instead of blockage within 24 hours, they could not verify who I was resubmitted and ZERO response since 8 days ago. Tried by phone, but that is COMPLETELY impossible. you end up in a loop and you get to speak to NO ONE. What is special is that when you call the sale you get to speak to someone within 1 minute, who then connects you to the telephone LOOP where you don't get to speak to anyone. WHAT A MOLOCH FROM A COMPANY !!! Pay 99 every year for something I can't reach anymore. They also give no reason why your account is blocked except weird activities without explaining what weird activities. So I pay 99 for Jan with the short surname. Try to get my account free for almost 2 weeks now MICROSOFT GVD GVD YOUR WORK AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!!!

Lost all my files and photos due to blocking.

Worst support desk ever. All calls are rerouted to the helpdesk in India. The people picking up there are friendly, but their only task is to connect and there is where it goes wrong... you either stay on the phone for 20 minutes without getting to speak to someone or you get the voice message telling you that the office is closed even when calling at business hours. Big disgrace and very disappointing for a huge MS products fan.

Very limited customer service options for people who are not good with Microsoft and all those security notifications and options. You are only '' addressed '' by automated programs and the customer service number leads you to the website.

All in all a sad intention for people who are experiencing problems. I recommend using a service with better customer service capabilities because if something goes wrong here and you are elderly, you can shake it.
