Great time playing there. We had a special occasion and Chris and Dan went over the top to make it special even more. The course is in great shape. Go on their website and look for the specials.!

What a beautiful golf coarse! Great to play. Very quiet.

Golf course is great and staff always friendly and helpful. Not a better place in Canada to lose a golf ball.

Golfed 18 holes. The course was excellent. The greens were a 10. The scenery was out of sight, beautiful. One of the best courses. I will be back.

We have golfed and camped in the camping area several times. Everything is always top notch!

I would recommend Balfour over this course as it is overrated and overpriced. Definitely geared up to catch the tourist. Although the scenery is nice

The golf course is in very good shape but the hotel/resort needs some work. Starting to show its age at 50 years. Restaurant is golf course food, nothing special.

Scenic layout and incredibly well maintained. Staff are welcoming and polite. Definitely a course you need to play a few times to understand the distances. We will be back for another round.

Scenic mountain course. Beautiful, well maintained gem. Worth every penny! (Watch out for wildlife)

Rooms were comfy....but we had a 5some and when we booked they told us there would be no problem with that...but then the starter and pro shop said no way....which was not friendly....especially when you travel a long way....pay to stay at the resort....etc....golf course was in good shape....the friends I was with were fantastic....the restaurant is a long walk from the chalets....the food is ordinary...nothing special....

Five Star golf course. A little out of the way but very peaceful. Average restaurant, but the food is good.

i read reviews about the staff being unfriendly and course being in poor condition but went there anyway...the staff are unfriendly but the course was in good shape...the thing that bothers me is that there are two rates...one for locals and other for people outside of the kookiness...they really gouge the outsiders...will not go back

Just take a look at the pictures I posted! Unbelievable experience. Get this place on your golf to do list asap! Absolutely scenic from start to finish, and what a great name for a golf course! I bought some merchandise in the shop and the staff there and the course were top notch as well! I will be back!

My stay at the Kokanee Springs Golf Resort was exactly what my husband and I needed during a stressful year. I am not much of a golf fan but my husband was well taken care of and his stay exceeded his expectations. The rooms were large and clean, they could use an update to be a little more modern but they were comfortable and the beds were relaxing. There was a staff member, her name was Melody I believe and she recommended a bike ride, which we did and we had a great time. She helped answer the many questions I had, I am sure I had too many questions, but she went above and beyond in ensuring that we had a great stay. I haven't had many staff members that were as accommodating as her. We dined at the Woods Pumphouse Grill a few times during the stay and I enjoyed their Fun Guy burger and their ravioli, we opted to dine at other surrounding areas that were open. We will come back next season as our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Great course..great service. Can't find better staff, great food and beautiful scenery. Have been coming for over 10 years and intent to continue. We always look forward to our visit and golf.

One of my favourite places to golf. I only wish it was closer to me in Calgary. Great for a four round weekend with maybe a side trip across the lake!

My favorite course. Love coming to this remote location to experience a top notch course without all of the hustle and bustle.

Our group of 12 has been doing a trip for 30 years. First time to Kokanee. Loved the course, very friendly and great food. We loved being able to stay right at the course. Thanks to all the staff who served us and the grounds crew for a great conditions.

A special thank-you we loved our little wedding, the big Bend cottages are incredible and wow the chef did the most amazing dinner for us.we will be back to enjoy this resort again.

The room was big and clean... But the cleaning lady was banging on the door hours too early. Other than that I would come here again and would recommend it

this was our first visit to this resort a couple weeks back. It was a bit challenging the course, but we did have a wonderful time.

lovely young lady at the front who recommended us the small town secret spots to enjoy our anniversary together and soak in the kootneylake and it s fresh air. Melanie we thank you for your great hospitality. There was another lady who was not the most welcoming who wouldn t let us use a cart, none the less the over all trip was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back. See you next season.

Make the trip to this first class golf course

The resort was nice and the golf course was good.
My largest concern is the theft that happened by the staff.
We had 3 pairs of $250+ sunglasses in our golf cart. The golf staff came to pick up the carts to take them back, without letting us know. When we went to claim our belongings that were in the cart, all the sunglasses had mysteriously "disappeared". This is terrible staff behaviour and we will not return just because of it.

Second time playing in the Hummingbird tournament and this time we stayed in one of the two bedroom Villas. Everything was absolutely perfect, great layout, beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds.
Love that they provide great quality coffee from Kokanee Coffee company. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee, over looking the golf course and the beautiful mountains. Golf Course is in perfect shape as well. Will be back in early fall

Way overpriced and not maintained the way you would think for the expensive green fees

This is a nice resort and rooms are great but the service to clean the rooms was bad we stayed 3 nights and no one made the bed or cleaned stocked up room.

We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. We tried 3 different burgers and all of them were excellent. I had the florentine benidict and it was really good too. The hollandaise sauce seemed to be made from scratch. We didn't love the French toast as the description on the menu didnt match what was served. It comes with 2 pieces of thick toast if anyone os wondering. You get a very small portion of hashbrowns with your eggs.
The golf course is really beautiful too!

Very peaceful, scenic, pet friendly, and beautiful course

Course in great shape, greens are very large. Not uncommon to have 60 foot puts or more. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Certainly worth the money, we're coming back.

Great layout & the course is in great shape. Dan at the Proshop is a nice guy & excellent to deal with.

Very nice views and layout. This course is a beautiful one with lots of high tee boxes. If you play this course you will will notice that you need to be a long hitter and as a long course with lots of ups and downs you will need a power cart.

Great Golf Course! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stay and Play packages are totally worth it. Woods restaurant service is awesome.

Beautiful setting, awesome food, my only complaint was the lack of decent beer or Tanquery Gin.

Restaurant,quite pleasant.Indoor and outdoor seating,in a park like setting surrounded by forested mountains.Add appetizing cuisine and country air.Are you there now?

I have never done a stay and play before but the experience here was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly and everyone at Kokanee Springs were inviting. (From the booking process to hotel to golfing). The golf course was great, excellent track to play, requires you to know to turn the ball both ways . Excellent practice facilities, with a great restaurant! Aside from the bumpy paved roads , I got no complaints

Golf course was an easy 5-star, the facilities on the other hand not so much very small pro shop had what it needed. The resort part was very limited more of a motel in the backwoods long distance from the motel to the restaurant. I would definitely go back and play again however I would not stay at the facility

Best hidden jem golf course I've seen. Only downside was that because of forest fires we couldn't get the best views of the area. Will return next year.

I've personally never liked this course! And after a 2 year absence, I was reminded why! Not very friendly service, and lf you're walking its not user friendly! To much distance from green to the next tee box on most holes and most greens are undulating with 3 different tiers! Im not a pro and neither r most patrons who come here!

Golf course was a challenge with a great variety of holes, greens are enormous and very undulating however there are some that need a little TLC. Pro shop staff are friendly and accommodating. Lodge is clean and comfortable. Service in Bob's was slow due to a staff shortage and they sure know how to charge. Over all it was a great venture and we will return.

Huge shoutout to all the staff and owners of this wonderful resort. During a stressful evacuation we were welcomed in the middle of the night with friendly faces and comfortable accommodations. The Woods restaurant staff were equally cheerful and friendly, making our circumstances feel less uncertain. Thank you so much to everyone. We highly recommend your establishment to anyone traveling thru this area.

A gem of a course tucked away in the hills. Great staff and a great track, with decent accommodations right on the hill. The restaurant was dynamite as well.

The course offers a challenge for all levels of golfers, with beautiful scenic backdrops on every hole. The accommodations are just okay but you're here for the golf not to spend time in your room.
