My Microsoft account suddenly blocked. After sending the form in response after 4 days !! instead of blockage within 24 hours, they could not verify who I was resubmitted and ZERO response since 8 days ago. Tried by phone, but that is COMPLETELY impossible. you end up in a loop and you get to speak to NO ONE. What is special is that when you call the sale you get to speak to someone within 1 minute, who then connects you to the telephone LOOP where you don't get to speak to anyone. WHAT A MOLOCH FROM A COMPANY !!! Pay 99 every year for something I can't reach anymore. They also give no reason why your account is blocked except weird activities without explaining what weird activities. So I pay 99 for Jan with the short surname. Try to get my account free for almost 2 weeks now MICROSOFT GVD GVD YOUR WORK AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!!!
