Repeated calls to Renault Suisse because of various problems on my Espace, each time completely incompetent, not particularly proficient in the German language, employees at the other end, each time a case is opened that will not be found next time, unsuccessful attempts, a manager On the e-mail request, the answer came from customer service in Austria! in so bad German that I had to read it twice to understand the answer.
Problems are reduced, I was even accused of simply not being able to operate the vehicle! OK, at least they apologized for that later. Here the principle prevails devinitively: "Knock off the customer until he gives up"

Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the bad reviews, it only gets worse, the dealer network is destroyed at the expense of the customers, deliveries are missing, poor support, very unfriendly treatment. You should really consider whether you want to be advised or operated by small professional companies where you as a customer are still taken seriously and professionally good people do their worries on the vehicle.

After over 30 years of driving Renault vehicles, Renault has disappointed me greatly. Unfortunately, the Renault Twizy did not manage 60,000km until it had a total write-off in the drive train. Cogwheels are truly no longer rocket science, but Renault still seems to have some catching up to do here. According to Renault, such damage is not to be expected, but we were left alone with it. This leads me to conclude that the Twizy is of poor quality. For me, Renault's customer service was a big disappointment.
