We have been working with Micahtek for over 10 years and have expanded to use a majority of their services. The employees are great to work with and really do care about the client. The call center and customer service agents represent our ministry well.
Having worked with many other database and service providers in the past, I really appreciate how easy it is to contact somebody at Micahtek. We have a single point of contact who has really taken the time to get to know us and we consider her an extension of our staff.
