When I started at Micahtek nearly 13 years ago, I made a decision to see every shift as a ministry opportunity. As an agent I provided service for a variety of clients ranging from prayer, to orders and donations, to health products. Each call was an opportunity to positively affect a life.
The longer I have worked at Micahtek, and moved into different positions, my views and horizons have expanded. Now I see each call we take as a chance to affect the WORLD! I regularly tell our Call Center Agents, "Each call is an opportunity to serve not only our clients, but also make an impact on the lives of countless individuals all over the world through prayer and products sales. - The prayers we pray, the products we sell, could be what changes the life of THIS generation's Billy Graham!" It's an honor to work with such a diverse group of clients, and help each client fulfill their visions, dreams, and goals.
