MicahTek is a great company. Employees are dependable, helpful and courteous! We enjoy working with the staff and are very appreciative of the good work they do. Every so often, the call center provides incorrect information in their reporting and we rely on the representatives in Client Services to assist us with those errors. They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.
