Excellent organization of conferences / presentations.

The rooms and the hotel itself in such a good location need to be renovated! Slightly "outdated" rooms too small

An otherwise exquisite place back in the days, with a lot of potential of still maintaining that status. One can understand why global celebrities in the time of Tito (Duke Ellington, Sophia Loren, Alfred Hitchcock, Louis Armstrong etc. ) were visiting. Service is exceptional, food is fantastic, the overall feeling is great. They could do more in small repairings, and noise insulation (traffic wakes me up at 5:30 am) but otherwise a must see place. It even has a gym and a swimming pool plus sauna.

No aircondition at 32 degrees Celsius in a 5 hotel? Lipstic on a coffee cup after half an hour waiting for an espresso.

Famous city hotel transformed in a very pleasent place for various ocasions, promotions, celebrations, fine dinning, leasure, nice coctails, enjoying beautiful view over the city and Ta mahdan park, very quite suroundings, no meather its located in a city center

Beautiful and luxurious ambience. The food is delicious and beautifully arranged.

A very nice hotel, apart of the SPG group. It was quite expensive, because I opted for the upgrade. Breakfast was included, and buffet style, which was enjoyable. There was a 30-minute massage included, but I did not utilize. The suites did have hardwood floor, which was unique. Again, because of my Gold status, they had welcome gifts ready within my room. I would stay again, but look for better rates, or elsewhere.

Food in executive lounge also served luke warm to cold morning and dinner.
At breakfast you have to pay for capuccino- a basic coffee.
oLast year there where bottels of mineral sparkling water which i like to drink a few glasses at breakfast
Not this year. You have to call a waiter for each glass which is inconvient
Spa- no spa a cold pool, luke warm jacuzzi, a closed turkich hamam and steam sauna. Every day of a week we spent they said it will be fixed -so they said about cold food so what.
Room cleaning wasnt done well didnt bring enough toilet paper or tissues and didnt change lignen unless you asked
In conclusion not worth visiting

Metropolis Place is a 15-minute walk from the city center. Although the location is highly recommended to stay there because the rooms are very spacious

An exceptional building with an ideal location in Belgrade. The top restaurant has a beautiful view. The interior is new and modern, impeccably maintained. The choice of food in the evening is not great, nor is the wine ticket. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Follow-up and possible activities in the hotel are satisfactory. The hotel has an outdoor parking and an underground garage. Positive impressions.

Soviet-style hotel with a certain charm. The rooms are fine although some furniture will notice the passage of time and wear. They have a very complete SPA.

Elizabeth Taylor and Johnny Depp are just some who has visited this dated hotel with some charm but in need of some renovation.Terrace furniture needs upgrading but a spacious view of the park.
Welcoming staff but the 10th floor bar is closed.

I was only in a caffee. Not crowded, quiet, relaxing space.service is nice.

The hotel is great, the staff is hospitable and help you to feel yourself like at home.

Service is really good. The staff is well trained, effective and friendly. Breakfast is generous. Personally I prefer another expression of luxary, as it is claimed "luxary collection", but everithing is on the highest level, except location.

Very disappointed with the junior suite. Room was dirty and had cheap furniture. I decided to move after 1st night to Hyatt recency.

Used in a professional setting. Great location in Belgrade perfect room, breakfast and services. I would come back

The beauty of a hotel
There is a sauna, a heated pool, massages, a drink bar, and breakfast.
The rooms are very indulgent.

It's a 4 star Italian but beautiful .... Well cared for, with spa and pool ... Restaurant menu a bit limited but all very good ... The espresso is almost like an Italian coffee! Prices are soo low for a 5 star

I just love this hotel! Amazing!! The staff is the best; helpful and very friendly. The facilities are top notch. Highly recommend it to all.
