A hotel with a tradition that is finely renovated. Exceptionally very friendly. Great location. Single room is relatively small and prevail with darker tones. Small suggestion that the glass facade and banquet are to be done more regularly. Thanks to the staff.

What is this insanely bright spotlight they just installed on the back side of their building? It shines directly in my apartment windows keeping me awake and is the brightest thing I've ever seen. Can't it be pointed at the ground instead of lighting up the apartment building across the park?

Recently renovated, great service. Parking is quite expensive , even for hotel guests (20 eur per day), and this area generally lacks parking spaces, so you'll probably have to pay extra for the hotel parking

As a hotelier for many, many years from extremely large global chains, I had a particularly bad service experience!
There is no daily cleaning in the rooms. Do not renew towels, bath soap and more and more.
Extra busy dining room. Without a hostess. No seating. Very dirty.
What needs more than hot coffee in the morning and a dignified reception.

Great property but service aspect in general can be improved. From asking for Ice, laundry bags for the room, or the receipt in email, I had to ask twice everytime.

Wonderful rooms, awesome staff, great breakfast buffet, and only a 15-minute walk to Knez Mihailova, the main shopping street. Great hotel at a great price. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in the city center next to Tasmajdan Park, renovated, with tradition. Just a few minutes from the center, near the Vuk's Monument and TC Zira.
In the immediate vicinity is the Tash Olympic swimming pool, with tetetan and other accompanying facilities, the Tasmajdan stadium, the new Paliluska market under construction ... everything you need for a pleasant stay in our city.

Spacious rooms, nice bar drinks with local rakiya drink. You can try the aged one with apricot flavor

We arrived to the hotel and in the room is no coffee and glass, after asking twice we still not received any response, bad service

A very high standard hotel. Uncompromising quality, excellent location and courteous service of all hotel staff. Pampering spa at no extra charge open until night.
Full value for the price, and we'll probably be back again.

Wonderful hotel, big rooms ,wonderful spa ,great staff. If you don't mind walking you can go to the center by foot. Tip...Try to eat breakfast different time than any third age Turkish groups....
