I inquired about a Mazda5 at this dealership. At first, I received really good service. They were very accommodating. They picked me up, took me to the dealership and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Had a good meeting with the sales person Ezekiel. He explained the numbers and told me the options for financing. Very thorough. When I finished my meeting with Ezekiel, he assured me that I would get a shuttle back to my pick up spot. That is where the good service ended. I waited for 15 mins for a ride. When I approached the staff about the shuttle service, they told me to wait for Ezekiel or find another way back. They were all looking at their smartphones and doing nothing. Nothing professional about that. Terrible attitude. I advised their sales manager. Not apologetic. Just said he would talk to them about that.
