Great service all around from the sales (Jason), business manager (Ben) and service department (Andrew). Everyone took the time to explain everything to me, even if it was repeated questions. Never felt pressured at all. Andrew even ran out to stop the shuttle service to get me on. I would definitely recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi to anyone looking for excellent service from start to finish. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible.
