It was a very good hotel and facilities. Walking distance to main bazaar and waterfront

We had our breaking fast here last month. The food tasted was okay, but not much varieties. The hotel room however need to be refurbished.

So disappointed with the room. The lobby nicely decorated and by looking at it taught the room will be very good but when i and family go in to the 3 room suite........emmm... really really disappointed. Especially the toilets.Even some of the thing danggling cant bother to fix. The hotel really need maintenance. Refurnish. Change the carpet and etc.

This place is quite cozy,but for a five star hotel it should be much better than that ^_^

Outdated. Require refurbishment. Please do something about the condition of the rooms. Lobby was magnificent, room are spacious and hot shower. Perfect location. Nearby to some modern and old shop lots around Kuching and walking distance to Waterfront.

Owned by Felda Investment. Booked 2 bedrooms apartment. Room is big but the bed is 1 queen and 1 king size. The aircon is slow cooling. Lack of light in rooms, kichen. No mirror at dressing table. Swimming pool at level 8 is lack of maintenance, so is the playground. Overall this hotel require major maintenance.

Nice hotel but need to do house keeping since the hotel is quite old .

Really bad service. Staff wasn't there in a reception area or anywhere that we can reach out to them. For us travelling & stay in a different place that wasn't my home during this time Covid-19, wasn't the brightest idea. If it wasn't that necessary, I won't step a foot outside. The hotel has an amazing name, I had high expectation for the hotel itself. It was a bad experience.

It's a good hotel. but take note that it's an old one. it's beautiful especially the lobby! I just wish the hotel aren't too dim, inside and out. Great view (day and night) of the Padang Merdeka, and the big tree. however, the hotel room needs to be improved. some switch/control panel by the bedside doesn't work. same goes with the lights and the electric socket too. Hopefully the room toilet are properly cleaned next time, as there's still some visible spots of mold on the wall.

Overall, i'm okay with the hotel. It's not bad, but it's not great. just in the middle.

Good for family.rooms are very clean.bigger.but swimming pool a bit small, but it's worth to stay here, near waterfront. Shopping mall . museum sarawak

The management here is terrible, we were told by one of the officers that the swimming pool can only fit 5 people per person while the truth is our room have 8 beds, it doesn't make sense

You have to request for a fridge, and foul room smell was not attended to after the request was made, so does the fridge delivery.

Good place to have seminar. Good food also but very limited carpark space..

Outdated furniture bedroom but the staff is 5 star...break fast is very basic and nothing special...the lobby is look luxury and outstanding but the bedroom seriously need to be updated

Strategic location, plenty parking lot too for house guess. The room is very spacious with basic amenity, however the room need make over as there is torn wall paper, sofa surface and stained ceiling.

Old place. Everything you need is there. Good location close to a mall/food and not far by car from everything else. No ghosts AFAIK, contrary to what my local friends kept insinuating.

I want to confirm my booking as my earlier booking with agoda being cancelled and I am given this hotel as replacement. However, I think maybe they just sacked their phone operator as I try to call them since the morning and up until now no one answering. Maybe they should get rid of their telephone number if they cannot even afford a phone operator or staff to answer it.

i stayed on 5th floor deluxe king room. bathroom smell of mold & mildew which turned out there is wet stain spots due to ageing, room looks old & not well.maintained as ceiling yellowish, stained sofa, crack mouldy walls. to add to my disappointment, bedside tables infested with small black ants and mites seen. felt very disappointed to room unhygienic standard. room rate is rm247 per night.

Old rundown hotel with a bad service..Not worth every penny i spend on the apartment suite..I call for service to send over ironing board and it didnt come at all even though i've been calling them for so many time..end up going to my dinner party with my crumple dress..the room is another story, all mouldy, dirty with old used pillow..the only good thing about the apartment is it was really big where u can bring many people to stay there..if they dont mind about cleanliness la

Really an old place, the rooms need renovations in spite of the reputation of being historic is more the reason to preserve it in tip top state, no complaints on the buffet selection as its one of the most affordable you can have, RM20 per person and kids eat for free overall its a pretty pleasant place to stay

Hotel and Apartment room rooms are too old. Less Budget Room ...

Very bad service. Booked their facilities for a 3 daya workshop but they insisted that wifi can be access via room number. We can only allowed to check in at 2pm and the whole morning we cannot access any internet for our workshop. This is such a disgrace to our invited guests of the workshop. In order for you to sustain in the competitive market, you must be able to provide a good service to your customer. That is the very basic requirement in the service industry.
