Basically, these guys are full of BS. It is high pressure sales, no they do not care about anything other than pushing off what they are selling. Post transaction they will magically disappear and you better safe guard your information from them as their office sent us personal financial information including SSN and bank accounts of someone we did not know. Yes the process is very appealing by design but I would be hesitant to trust it. Do your research!

Their hours stated that they were open until 5pm. I got their at 4:45 PM, and the doors were locked, lights were off, which was hard to tell cuz the windows are tinted. If you run a business, and have hours of operation on your door, then please don't close until that time. Every job I've ever had would not allow us to lock up until the exact minute we said we closed, even if we were doing no business at all, and were completely dead. This was when I 17 and working g at McDonald's of all the places. If McDonald's can do it, then you can as well.

These folks are great. They can help you get a sweet price on a premium property!
