Really nice hotel. Amazing view. However a bit far from the beach and everything else.

The location is not too strategic, outside the iTDC Nusa Dua area. It took 15 minutes to use the hotel shutle to get to the beach. The atmosphere is quite good, the swimming pool is small, the furniture in the room needs to be repaired and the sofa is very dirty.

Just ordinary breakfast, both in terms of taste and in terms of its many menu choices

But for the price offered, maybe this could be an option for those looking for hotels in Nusa Dua area with a limited budget

4 star hotel but room feel like Budget Hotel, they put washstand together with your bed in one area, distance only 1 meter or less. Room smells so bad

This is a nice older hotel. The price is unbelievably good for the hotel in Nusa Dua. The service is nice and good and slow. It is by no means a mistake to book here.

They move us to another hotel although we have a confirmed booking.

We are supposed to check in today. We booked 2 rooms through an online travel agent and few days before our arrival time we even received an email from hotel to "reconfirm our stay and give our estimated time of arrival". I did reply to confirm our stay--it is guaranteed by credit card anyway--and gave the hotel our arrival time as well.

It is 10 PM and when we were checking in, they told us the hotel is fully booked and they only have 1 room left and the AC is not working--so they moved us to another hotel, and said we can stay in Mercure tomorrow.

It's not about the waived fee, not the money. We are exhausted, it is late at night and the thought of having to move hotels back and forth with only 3 nights in Bali is already making me even more tired.

I understand it is a high season, but why would you make an overbooking if you can't handle it??? You're not just some 2-star guesthouse, you're Mercure, FFS. This is outrageous.

Room was damp, and saw water flow in the morning. Makes me move out and change to another room. Was not a good experience.

Good infrastructure, very friendly and helpful staff. Continental and Asian breakfast but had more Asian variety! Pool and bar open late. It offers free transportation to the hotel's beach. However the beach was a bit polluted, maybe because it was low season and the tides brought some trash ... just so did not receive the 5 stars.

Bad service front office, ugly and dirty towel.
Paid for late check out until 6pm but the front office called us and told us that maximum we can stay is 2pm. It happened the first time we arrive at the hotel and then the day we were leaving. Can you guys just make a note on guest account? The keycard doesn't work after 12pm and after went to front office to make it works, it still didn't work. Lousy!

The hotel has a large and clean area, is guarded at the entrance by a whole staff, the rooms are good but small in size, the toilet and bathroom are separate, a great small pool, an excellent restaurant and breakfast, a choice of dishes and fruits is also excellent, the only minus is far from the beach Tourists in the Bali Collegestation

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are so wonderful and friendly. Pool is lovely and warm and Iove the little buris you can lie in.kve the little bunnies you can pet and feed too! Lovely touch for the kids. We came kid free this time so didn't pay attention to whether there was a kids club or not but I don't think there is. Rooms are lovely but a bit small. They smell mouldy and musty but I guess that's to be expected in such a humid environment. Maybe a little refresh in the rooms is what is needed. Breakfast is nice enough...a bit different to what we're used to in Aus but still yummy! Amazing cocktails and mockyails. Overall a lovely experience.

Clean rooms. Breakfasts are typical of Asia. You can choose what to eat. Burgers in the main menu - fly away. The hotel is located 300 meters from the driveway, so there is silence in the hotel and in the rooms. Large parking for cars / motorbikes. There is a territory on the beach of Nusa Dua, to which the shuttle runs every hour free to the beach and back. They can also be taken to the shopping center for free.

Had a pleasant stay in Mercury, they have very good spread of Breakfast buffet which I enjoyed a lot. The room service need to be improved and I fond water leakages in couple of place in the room i stayed. Overall the stay was good

We also booked the water sports activity's over the third party available in the hotel. But I felt I have paid more then the market price for the activities. Even though they give you 50% discount, it still much higher on the pricing and I was very much disappointed to book the sports activity from the counter which was available there.

Absolutely no insulation in the room, in the rooms by the pool, always wet bed. The area is beautiful and well appointed. Pools have to rest, as in fact, all in Bali.

The swimming pool is the best part of the hotel, it has a very beautiful view. We can easily go to Nusa Dua Beach by hotel's shuttle. The problem is the toilet is not very spacy, and the breakfast menu is lack of variations.

The rooms and food are great, they have friendly staffs who always greet you. Beside they also have a beautiful private beach and shuttle to get you there.

The room I was in was definitely not a good one at all, the sink is in the room or you are in the bathroom is difficult to tell, as the room is very small.Breakfast buffet was also just okay, but it s complementary so will not complain.Property is good and big. Room service was just okay had ordered nasi goreng, and had to oder soup as it was not enough, the portion was small for me.last but not the least the staff is amazing, wanting to help you in every way. Greeting you every time they see you with a warm and genuine smile.

I went bali for surfing. But here is really far from the Kuta beach. About 40mints
But they have private beach. Its really good place. I recommend to come here when you visit with family

Hotels located in Nusa Dua area l. This hotel is quite comfortable, but the service is not satisfactory, as well as incomplete toiletry facilities, such as no toothpaste, only two pillows are provided, no extension pillows. Food can be said to be quite tasty and varied, a plus for this hotel. The hotel also has its own beach club as a place to relax in the morning and evening. The other minus side is that, around the hotel, there are rarely cafes and eating places and hangouts.

Mercure Nusadua Bali Hotel located on Jl. Nusadua Selatan Lot SW03, Nusadua, Benoa, South Kuta, Badung district, Bali 80363 this is a 4 star hotel. The strategic Lokas hotel located in the exclusive hotel line is the best choice, the atmosphere is so calm, with the hospitality of the locals and close to the beach located in the area of Nusa Dua such as Nusadua Beach Grill, mengiat etc.

The rooms are not too big ... the entrance is a bit far ... but the atmosphere is nice and comfortable ... the location is still okay ... the staff is friendly ... the service is okay

Decent mid range hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pools. Not on the beach but has an hourly shuttle.

Great place, great hospitality. Situated right inside the Nusa Dua area and at walkable distances to Bali collection centre and Nusa Dua convention centre.
The hotel also provides with rental bicycles ( 25000 rupiah for 6 hours) which is the best way to enjoy the whole Nusa Dua area.

Loved this Hotel!! Located in a very good place with free cab rides to Nusa Dua beach. Very friendly staff and breakfast buffet was good.

One drawback of this hotel is the limited elevator ... only on the front ...

A little bit is already on the side of the dilapidated. Would miss the look on her face. The children's pool is sadly below the adult pool. Tourist prices for food and spa services.
