I wasnt guest... but i was invited by my friend to attend his wedding there ... well bad experience came when one of their staff his name is SUGIE he is extremly rude. He offer a help but he make a joke out of it... hope the management read how disappointed i am.thx

Overall not a very good hotel. Below average in many, if not all areas. Are very accommodating for families and will make changes. Pool is very dangerous. Loose tiles littered all over. Very easy to cut feet. Air con is moist. Be careful not to leave passports out. Pizza always undercooked. Often forget to bring towels and need training in how to clean rooms. Was here for 20 days, so I became use to the routine. Issues with making western food. Indo food usually very good. Gym staff are very good and free personal trainer. Junior suite layout very bad. Can not use bathroom lights or shower lights without flooding bedroom with light. Coaches very old. Did smell a hint of mould but can not be 100% sure. Very bad hotel

Good place to stay. Great pool. Best pizza in bali. Similar to italian level

Rooms are smallish but still a beautiful hotel with a very nice pool area

two little stars just because the pool is really nice .. for the rest no comment..quality of service equal to 2 out of 100 (there were never any towels in the room, the card that they give you for not paying immediately on the private beach not is valid, to have the beach towel you have to pay, ask for something here and do not take it, nice beach even if really tiny with deckchairs that can be counted on the palm of one hand, food let loose the pizza then ... e. i do not say that the prices are really absurd to be in Indonesia) .... and much more ..

The hotel is nice.. Amazing swimming pool.. They have a shuttle bus every one hour to the beach .. Genuine staff.. Nice view from the the room

Nothing great about it.. apart from the pool.. rest all is the tiny rooms. Not so great service. Just 2 small bottles of water provided.
Location is not great too.. you will need a vehicle to go to beach! Lucky they provide shuttle every 30 mins.
Food is ok! Drinks are ok... For the price, cant complain much!

4 star hotel but room feel like Budget Hotel, they put washstand together with your bed in one area, distance only 1 meter or less. Standard room is very small and there is not enough space to hang your wet clothes or even your second towel. Very standard toilet peripherals. Bacon on breakfast available only upon request.

Very friendly and approachable staff but be careful with language barrier. Clean but a bit old looking hotel. Well stocked complimentary breakfast with both Asian and western options.

A comfortable enough place to stay and relax with family

The first room was wet and watering on the floor and the Wall. The 2nd room was too cold to staying.need call technician to fix it. The shower head also broken and need call another technician to fix it. Good thing here is the restaurant is not bad and not too much overpriced. But don't try their pizza. The pool is nice. The stuff are very kind and helpful. Don't surf on their private beach when is low tide.

Slightly run down. Colleague encountered cockroaches in the room. Otherwise friendly staff but this is Bali after all and everyone is friendly.

The rooms are nice, but it needed maintenance like the balcony lock was stuck and the AC needed someone to take a look at it to fix it. The staff are very helpful though.

Cheap and awesome massages. A bit back from the beach but still pretty good. Get a scooter.

It has a really comfy room to sleep, friendly and warm - hearted crew, affordable price, but, a little bit disappointed because for the breakfast, the chef for the egg corner doesn't know much about how to cook an egg, like the chef doesn't know how to make soft boiled egg and when I ask to make me half cooked, they gave me full cooked :"( and there are some crews that can't speak english so a little bit confusing for international tourists

The staff are polite and always helpful very clean rooms beautiful surroundings amazing food only thing it's not walking distance to town but there are shuttle bus from hotel to take you to the beach and town etc

Overall is a good hotel ..rooms are pretty dark and hetting old

Room s good, friendly and warm service. Highly recommend hotel to stay in. Didn t have a direct beach access but they ll definitely take you to their private beach by free shuttle.

Great hotel for a (short) stay, in view of the price. If you don't have your own transport, you may find the location a bit remote. The shuttle bus from hotel to Nusa Dua beach
is nice in that case. The food and drink is fine for breakfast and / or a bite in between swimming. Friendly and helpful staff.

Welcomed with a wonderful cold drink x2 free. Escorted to our room. Perfect for our 1night stay. Very clean for an older building. Our bed was turned down in evening,water bottles were replaced . A very comfortable sleep. Fabulous breakfast and very cheap for us. The most beautiful swimming area. Sorry pics are on my or camera. Would definitely stay here again.

Very worn complex. Stains and rust in the rooms. Everything was very, very noisy. Broken tiles in the outside area. Litter toilets.

A comfortable hotel for resting. Quiet. Breakfast is quite varied, the swimming pool is fun ... and there is entertainment for children, some rabbits are very tame and can be invited to play. It's easy to stay here again.

not sure whether the hotel is rated 4 or 5 stars. but i can say.. it is not 5 stars at all. i don't understand why amneties are not prepared well before guests check in. well, breakfast food are great..that's why i give 4 stars, not 3.

Not bad. Very basic hotel perfectly pleasent but nothing special or luxurious.

The room was small, the coolest if you went frozen, if you didn't. There was a smoky smell in the room, it was weird when the bath was sunbathing near the brain and the washroom in the front room. Breakfast was gone. The slow service and six were not really high

We had a superior room. There were no complaints about cleaning. Linen and towels are changed every day. Everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, body cream was updated daily. Every day, two bottles of water in a glass container were a compliment. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, sponges, cotton swabs are all in stock. Breakfast buffet choice is great, but basically the same thing. You will not be hungry. Nusa Dua Beach (not Geger, as someone wrote). To Geger from this beach for about 30 minutes to stomp. On the beach on the first line of the hotel there are only three umbrellas that everyone wants to occupy. The rest of the chairs are under the shade of the trees and need to be dragged depending on the position of the sun. We rested in October. A shuttle drove to the beach once an hour. The ocean is beautiful turquoise, but when you enter the water you come across garbage: packages, candy wrappers, etc. You can swim as a rule in the morning, after two the ebb begins, the water quickly leaves, it remains ankle-deep. But on Nusa Dua, so basically everywhere, with rare exceptions. The extreme beach is therefore algae. Near the beach a 5-minute walk from the observation deck, which brings buses with tourists, there are very beautiful places where you can make good photos.

Just great .... The hotel is a bit old, but I rarely seen such a mega staff ....! Very friendly, attentive and helpful.! We were here for 20 days and it was awesome. Will definitely be here again next year let us pamper!

Location is ok. But the service is not as per bali standards. I would suggest to go for local balinese hotels..

Very dissapointed with the room, small and uninviting. The air con is too cold and turn it off the nivht is the best option to stay alive. Dirty linen, unchanged for the 3 days stay i had so far. Trash was on the floor when i entered the room the first night and still here now on the third night. Got an empty body shower tube the second day, and no hand towel on the third day. Lacking in all aspect expected of a four star hotel. Oh, and the security box wasnt working either.

Asked for dinner menu but after a long wait, nothing came to give the menu. Tries to complain with no avail. Offered a small discount on the food, but the whole thing was already unsalvageable. Then there were some problem with the room telephone, so the receptionist called my phone number. This is really disappointing. A bad first impression, dont expect me to come back here anytime soon.

Btw, breakfast buffet was normal, nothing special. At least they have good service down there in the restaurant.
