Standard hotel, but the location is quiet. far from the noise.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. VERY BAD SERVICE. have waited more than 20 minutes, the hotel room booked is not available. H-1 has been given a confirmation letter, the Hotel has also been called 2x confirmation and noon calls back. for various reasons. Is that class Mercure? what's the use of the confirmation letter? Very detrimental to consumers and public trust. the duty manager also can't finish.

happy here. friendly. clean. if there is someone who feels unclean just tell the hotel to be cleaned immediately. for children also good. friendly prices. okay food.

Ok. Nice place. But the room a little bit small. But so far it is nice to stay here. And the pool is great, too bad I didn't have a chance to swim there because I had to leave early in the morning.

The rooms are clean, the swimmingpool is spacious n nice view ... friendly staff2 .... the breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety ... if there is a chance to stay here ...

Clean, comfortable and well-groomed area, friendly, friendly and helpful staff. Modern buildings, swimming pool. The rooms are clean, tidy, stylish, cleaning daily. Meals - breakfasts, I was completely satisfied both by diversity and quantity (I am always puzzled by statements like "no diversity", but I'm sorry, but at your home, there are always 5-6 side dishes for breakfast, one meat, two sausages, cuts, salads, fried eggs in the form of an omelet / scrambled eggs with various additives, 3-5 kinds of fruits, various desserts, etc., etc. ???). The location is 7-10 minutes walk from the public beach, and from the hotel / hotel there is a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to the private beach of the Mercure beach club with free towels and lounge chairs, a clean and protected area in a very picturesque location on the Nusa Dua coast, close to Bali Colection.

The service is very good and the view is awesome too.

a place to stay and at the same time a place to stay and stay away from the crowds, the location that is far from the city is very comfortable, has a unique pool, not far from the beach.

Really a perfect place for vacations. I received a wonderful treatment as an ALL PLATINUM member. They really tried their very best. Everyone nice. They aren t beachfront but provide a shuttle to their beach and bar on Nusa Dua Beach. Nothing to complain.A special thanks to Ardin Febriana which did her very best to make us feel welcome. A positive surprise after lots of problems at Hilton and Ibis Styles Benoa.

We only had 2 sleepless nights prior to checking out. We haven't seen any sign of refunds that were promised to us. We left due to broken air con with no thermostat the first night with condensation running down the walls and stinky pillows and sheets and then second night different room with bed bugs. Both were no surprise to management. I would appreciate your promised refund for that unpleasant stay in your hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but just a bad hotel and we want our money back as we were told when we booked out. We booked out over 2 weeks ago now 11/10 and require your immediate action and return of our money.

Very small rooms, wash basin in room instead of in bathroom as it lacks proper one n no balcony. Not a good experience.

Poor, too big, uninviting hotel, you don't have to go by shuttle bus to the beach. Below the Bali standard.

It should be considering the hotel itself. Rooms are not very clean, sofas in the superior rooms have stains and the room itself doesn't give the impression of a fresh place.Breakfast is very basic.The pool area is very charming...but cats are all around. What gives the hotel an extra is the excellent friendly personnel..always smiling, willing to help and super nice! Overall experience was anyway pleasant and positive.Thanks.

I'm really enjoyed and likes this hotel during my stay. The staff very polite and humble, the manager Ardin she is very helpfull and gorgeous, really recomened i will come back soon with my big family..

Good: staffs are friendly, hotel looks nice, room is decent.

Bad: room can be cleaner, shower drainage is not working too well, shower head and rain shower is not working properly, aircon control is not working properly too.

Hotels that are indeed classy with a beautiful environment

We already book connecting room 3 month before, but the day we came, reception said that no more connecting room. Than we move to the standard room and no compliment at all.

Beautiful gardens . Hotel needs a full refurbishment. Everything is old and dated . Broken tiles , old towels , Staff are friendly

A very comfortable hotel, suitable for those who don't like crowds too much, a very spacious garden too, plus there is a jogging track, very friendly and alert waiters, just recommended

It's rather difficult to get a car online here. It seems that there are still obstacles from the surrounding population, which makes it difficult for tourists who only rely on online vehicles

3 good things about this hotel:
1. Helpful front desk staff
2. Swimming pool (although needing some maintenance, found some loose tiles at the bottom of kiddie pool)
3. Relatively cheap price. Debatable though. Compared to the service that I got, might as well go to 2/3* hotels with cheaper price.

Aside from above, there s nothing spectacular about this hotel. Restaurant staff was not well-trained. First one to serve was kinda daydreaming that I had to repeat my order 3 times until she understood (it was simply just 3 drinks, and we were talking in Bahasa Indonesia). Second one took our food order, left, and never came back. And all those happened on my very first day. Way to start a holiday!

Cleaning service was no better. The first one took our towels and didn t replace. Second one probably mopped the floor in a rush, leaving the floor wet and the room smell like wet socks when we came back at night. Third one came at 7.30 pm, took our doormat and face towel and didn t replace them.

Food was average. Room was very basic and very tiny. To be honest, some 2/3* hotels in Sanur and Seminyak provided better room with much much cheaper price.

Overall, it was not a good experience. I avoided interacting with staff as much aa possible, so I wouldn t get increasingly frustrated. On our last day, I was actually relieved that I was finally leaving, when normally I would feel like staying forever (nope, not this time!).

Nice hotel and nice food. Ate here for lunch and it was very nice. Relaxing by the pool. Service was good and the staff friendly.

This hotel has large area. The lobby is not so big but it has unique design. The room was clean and minimalist. Great hospitality from all staff. They were very helpful.

Very nice hotel the staff are always with a smile on their face. Room service has some flaws - no face cloths, drawer furniture and toilet paper.

Boy what a disappointment .... hotel is faded glory ... rooms are dirty and clammy windows cannot be opened {ventilation is not possible} if you turn on the air conditioning (1 setting possible) you are just lying in a cold room.

Room is small, few power outlets, 1 towel, and you have to constantly ask for change or new toilet paper ... general areas like hallways are filthy ... Stayed 5 nights here 5 nights seeing the same stains on the floor ....

Hotel is not on the beach, a shuttle goes 1x per hour. Staff is friendly. But for mercure it can get an upgrade

The strategic location and the program are reasonable. I happened to choose a room overlooking the garden. The swimming pool is divided for children and adults. Variety of food is also complete. Friendly staff too
