Overall like a star 3. Less care, especially in rooms, food service is not fast enough.

I have been to Bali many times and this experience was very average the hotel was dirty, food poor and the service terrible.

The price is really good, the room is clean and comfortable, the swimming pool is good too

Our first time in Nusa Dua and we stayed here. It was a really good experience. This place is so clean and tidy with lovely staff. Buffet food was really nice at the restaurant.

I love this hotel! This is the best hotel in Nusa Dua with the same cost. It s worth your money!!! I ve already stayed here twice both for family leisure time and business. It served both purpose very well. The internet connection is sufficient for telconf and download.
For children, the pool is amazing. You can even relaxe at the side of the pool.
As for the runner, this is the only hotel that I ve found that has a long track from the front gate until the reception.

Room was OK, but food and beverage price were too expensive. Wish they could be more friendly with the FB price. Pool was great..

This is nice hotel with two levels swimming pool. It's huge, comfortable and the price is very reasonable.

The room was too cold (room 116) Airconditioning temperature is not adjustable.
Morning breakfast food selection is not great , It does improves during the weekend.

the rooms are rather small but comfortable for solo travelers, breakfast is ok, check-in & out process is fast, there is a shuttle to the beach jg, good overall

Nice clean hotel in a good area of Nusa Dua. Local shopping only a few minutes walk. Hotel has security so good for families. Hotel has a good buffet breakfast and clean and tidy rooms. I would definitely come back. Staff are always polite and friendly.

Although its rated 3 and half I give it 2! Outside and surrounds great. Good security and shuttle service too. The Inside - faulty towers and noisy guests - although the room was clean nothing worked! Staff mostly friendly however we waited and waited for clean towels and extra coathangers. Bali time hmmm what a joke! The restaurant and bar area was expensive. Food and drinks a rip-off, also no one eats or drinks there. Don't they get it! Mercure you need to spend money to maintain and upgrade this place. I won't be recommending it to anyone.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, happened to get a room in front of the swimming pool so I woke up and immediately swam.

Very nice pool at this hotel. Unfortunately quite noisy recently. Hotel is not at the beach, however it provides shuttle bus to the hotel beach.

Very very nice, good price, with free shuttles, bar open until late and equipped for viewing the world championships. The only flaw: the room is a bit small but still pleasant!

Wasn't the most pleasant stay cause location wasn't so convenient and it's not really near the beach. The breakfast buffet was the worse out of any hotel I stayed overseas. At least the rooms are kinda spacious and comfortable.

The staff is the best. Friendly and helpfull. The minus is the room. Smell and old.

The lobby manager Ms. Desta completely lacks communication skills. She yelled back at the guests and was not of any help. Its sad to see how one bad manager can ruin the reputation of the entire hotel. She does not befit the title of a Manager.

This was a wonderful hotel, swimming pool, restaurant and gym, all services are perfect, shuttle services.

The hotel is located in the Nusa Dua Area, a tranquil and surrounding natural situation that supports both for a vacation and for a trip. Hotel facilities including the swimming pool make for a comfortable stay in this hotel. The hospitality of the attendants adds a point to this hotel.

Very dirty hotel. Cant even begin the nightmares my wife had about the lizards and the rats excrement on the railways on every window seals.

The hallway leaked noises to the room. We had to complain to the security as there were drunken idiots at one time and their giggling were heard loud and clear from the hallway to the room.

The keys did not work. Had to get multiple people to work on the room keys. We got it at 4, left for dinner, came back at 8 and the keys did still were not working. The front desk girl wasnt even apologetic about it. As if not getting a key to your room and instead getting some bell boy to open your room door with a master key is just another Tuesday. Never again.

Overall the service was mediocre at best, at one point i asked for a room service menu and they said "theres one in your room". Clearly they thought I was blind. I ordered some generic fried rice anyway, when the service came I asked where is the menu in my room and he said the same thing lol "there's one in your room sir." I asked him to come in and locate it for me, he instead kept repeating those words. This is not a complain, we were expecting this kind of service and mannerisms from a budget hotel.

But then again, for $70/night I'd rather spend my money some place else.

Really very nice, international breakfast and rich in products, well-kept swimming pool even the rooms, it looks like a village, a well-equipped gym, the only flaw, they didn't meet us in any way for payment, in the sense, having paid a friend of mine from italy with his credit card and since I did not own it, the structure did not want me to stay there, I had to repay before entering and the following day my friend had a refund in Italy on his c / c. Apart from that the TOP!

Good name mercure have but the room is such disappointment

The entrance is grand, with water fountain and wide garden space its considered as luxury

But the receptions is not helpful, the envelope card they use is reusable so they rewrite my room number after the other room number.
After i come to the room, i cant open it, after get helped by the bellman they said it normally hard to open because the machine is old

The room is humid, but clean
They dont have razor and the shampoo is missing
Bali these day is cold so their tile get really cold to step with bare foot, recommend to wear hotel sandals everywhere
But they have one plate welcome fruit.

Other info: my friend stay at 1st floor ( which they said better room type than mine) the room is very stinky, very humid and smell really bad

Maybe Mercure should do better in the future

Good hotel friendly staff is not right near the beach but with the free hotel shuttle you arrive in 5 minutes !!!

We enjoyed our holiday but the front desk staff were never helpful...

We arrived and had to fully pay for the room again because they didnt tell us we needed the same card it was booked on. We left that card at home as we had a travel card. This cost me an extra $30 due to exchange rate and fee's. Then the refund took 10 days to happen and was $12 less than we paid initially...yet to receive any compensation from the hotel.

We also asked for late checkout days in advance but the girl on the desk had no idea how to book that in and told us to check tomorrow. Tomorrow came and we asked again and a man said it wasnt possible and our room was booked out and that he would call us back...he never called...so we rang again. A girl answered and had no detail of the situation so we explained it again...she didnt know how to check so we got put through to the supervisor. The supervisor said she didn't know what the man was on about and our room wasnt booked so we could late checkout for 500,000...2 days and 4 staff for a simple task...

All in all we spent alot more time at the Novotel down the road with friends as it was nicer and better staff. We booked all of our tours there too. We wished we had stayed there instead.

Room 306 also had blood on the bottom of the bed near the floor. And crazy mould and rust in the shower.

Pool area is nice. Breakfast included was good food.

Mercure Nusa Dua Bali Hotel, when checking, you have to wait for about 1 hour, maybe because many people checked in, good service, were given welcome drinks and also given a small cake. The rooms are rather small, quite clean, the bathroom and WC are separate, also rather small. Wide yard, there is Taman Kelinci. Everything is okay.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little small. Staff very helpful and friendly. Drinking at the bar is very expensive, better to organise your own drinks. It's about half the price to drink at the hotels beach, which is a short (free) shuttle ride away.

Nice, clean hotel, with an excellent European breakfast.
