Highly recommend.very clean very friendly staff close to everything shuttle bus to beach and shopping centre. Good excellent will stay here again for certain.

No response from the reservation service via booking and no response via my email. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks.
I would not stay at this hotel and would not recommend it

This Mercure hotel is far from the different LBH Ama Mercure in my opinion. The view outside SDH feels like staying in a beautiful villa villa in Skali

Holidays at Mercure Hotel in Nusa Dua are quite comfortable. Beautiful garden clean pool. The lack of space is narrow, the bathroom parts drain water is not smooth, the cooling water smells, the matter of standard food tastes. And here you have to deposit money if you use pool towels to make it uncomfortable. Hopefully it can be fixed by management

One of the star hotels in Nusa Dua Bali with a very calm atmosphere.

Very badly organized, they do not explain anything to you when you get to how it works and many of the workers do not help. You have to be very careful not to lose transportation back from the beach and have to walk more than half an hour. I do not recommend it at all.

I don t like to write bad reviews, but I want to be less disenchanted. The room is very small and dirty, damp and the smell of mold, a wash basin in the room, and a shower and toilet behind a glass door. If you want to go to the toilet at night, you can t get a sleeper up! Sound insulation is poorly heard by all who pass near the room and the noise of the pool all night. Lingerie is very worn and stained, which is no longer a wash. After the replacement, the face towel wasn t put in, I had to beg for it every time. There is no cupboard and shelf, an open hanger. There is nowhere to remove the suitcase, the mini bar is very mini and almost cold, and the fruit must be hidden, otherwise the ants will crawl. The safe worked through time, it was very annoying when you hurry and you can not close it on the tenth attempt. Broken socket was the cause of the circuit. Despite the presence of a balcony, the swimsuit is no where to dry. If you are here all the same, ask for 217 I laundered it a little.

Room services and cleanliness is not a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is decent and okay.

The hotel is very beautiful with a large area, its own spa. Very good staff at the hotel, a special thank you to them! Interesting pool, excellent location, although it is far from the beach, but every 30 minutes they take it there by car. The beach is nice, clean. As a minus: Very strange rooms: the sink is in the room itself, the doors to the toilet and shower are glass and cannot be closed. There is not a single bedside table, only one shelf at the entrance to the room. Probably, they wanted to come up with something creative, and it happened, but it's not functional at all.

Elegant structure and very protected by an excellent security service ... obviously like all the hotels in nusa dua it is definitely far from practically all in bali ... nothing that cannot be solved with a beautiful traffic day ... delicious breakfast with several oriental kitchens to choose from ... swimming pool where you have to compete for a cot, but well kept ...

Perfect hotel with beautiful swimming pool area. Very comfortable room, so many breakfast variance and taste very good.

The first day of stay occupied a superior room, with very minimal quality from our imagination. But on the second day we were offered to move to a junior suite. The room quality was very different from our room on the first day.
Overall staying at the Mercure Nusa Dua Bali for 4 days 3 nights was very pleasant.

The rooms are nice, the food is good, the service is also good, private beach not bad is also important there is a sun lounger unfortunately the seats are not sent anymore by the hotel, please support the hotel

The gated hotel, the spacious park trails, the innovative three-dimensional pool, the evocative breakfast, stayed for four nights and were comfortable overall.

We book superior room, quite nice, twin bed, average clean, separate bath and toilet, free internet wifi, some tv cable, complete bath amenities, enough lighting, good breakfast. Minor problem hot water wait lilbit long, AC temperature too cold even after adjustment.

Well, when I tried to recall this stay, I remember strongly the alluring smell of aromatic coffee brewing. For some reasons, the lift lobby leading to me room was somehow near a brewing machine and straight after leaving my luggage, I went for coffee next. Arriving, the driveway into the hotel was impressive and so was the reception. 8 Balinese statues in posture, greets your taxi on arrival. Up the driveway and into the drop off, a huge art piece stands. It was all splendor to be for me when I arrived, so it seemed. That was till I entered the premise after checking in, along narrow corridors, into my tiny cell, toured the pool which looks larger in the picture and some more exploring about. It was a show stopper kind of feeling. The grandeur on arrival was somehow not brought into every part of the hotel, there was no momentum. Amenities, a short walk away, a street with a good number of local eats. I had my dinner there, that all essential Bebek Goreng (Bali is famous for this fried duckling dish). And after that, it was back to the hotel. It was a transit stay for me, one of those I came back from an island and needed a night to stay before early fight kind of thing. So, I went all no frills, just for the cheapest room and no breakfast necessary. No doubt the sleep was good, but the room was really tiny. My primary purpose, a transit stay in a nicer then average hotel, a better then regular apartment like room. All expectations met.

Stayed for four nights and it was a memorable stay. Located not inside Nusa Dua resort complex but pretty closed from the entrance. It offers free shuttle to the beach as it has no private beach. Love the room as it is connected to the swimming pool. Standard bedroom with international tv stations, free wifi and all the basic amenities. Love the separate bath room and toilet too. The breakfast was also quite good though vegans may need to check the menu. What needs to be improved is only the bath towel as it looked pale and thin. Took a bike ride in the Nusa Dua area and it was an enjoyable one by renting the bike from the hotel.

I give rate 7 because i think i satisfied with mercure nusadua. The room is clean, the AC is cool enough, the pool is clean and the people is friendly. But the food is not good. As 4star hotel, i think the food is like 3star hotel.

I stayed during rainy season and it was flooded at the road.

The first impression with the airport collection and booking in of the hotel was very good. Everyone was making sure we were being assisted in every way possible in a professional way. It felt like everything in Nusa Dua was fairly accessible from here.

We enjoyed:
Very good air-conditioning.
The large shower.
The good internet connection.
Large pool.
Dinner came quickly.
Friendly waiting and other staff.
Enough options at the breakfast buffet.
The hourly shuttle service.
The Mercure Private beach area accessible to us with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a bar.

What we would have liked as well:
For the pool to be open after 8 pm when it is still quite warm.
For the restaurant prices to be a bit lower.

Overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend.

Service is ok, breakfast is lacking in variety, and the pool is too simple. For bathrooms with toilets that are separated is quite troublesome

I asked for little surprise during my stay in Mercure Nusa Dua Bali for 2 nights for my honeymoon. I was just hoping small surprise such as flower decoration, but Mercure gave me surprise beyond my expectation. I was given room with direct access to swimming pool. The view was amazing. It gave me very good experience, and surely will back to this hotel for next opportunity. One thing that need to be improved only the variety of breakfast. In overall, I fall in love with Mercure Nusa Dua Bali.

There is no cupboard ... toothbrushes and toothpaste must be requested, because this hotel applies save earth, so it's a bit minimalist, standard hotel food, the good thing is the chicken is really spicey ...

Nice place with unique pool. But unfortunately, isnt near to beach. One of nearest beach is Geger Beach, where distance about 1,7 km.

Am a member of Accor vacation club and Accor plus. I stayed in this hotel in room 410 from 11-14 August for business trip. The bfast is quite nice with adequate selection. Got disappointed because: 1. The window isnt cleaned 2. There are noticeable holes on curtain 3. Noticeable rip on painting above the bed 4. There were no mineral water and tissue when i checked in and 5. When i asked my room to be cleaned while i was in the room, the officer worked in a rush and noisy, as if he is doing his job in anger. Am not planning to stay here again :(

Peak season, rooms can offing parking, rooms smell musty due to long use and not open her window. Dirty towels are served. The cleanliness of the room is still OK. Breakfast is suitable. Although the refill is not swift.
