The sales service manager is very bad, disappointing and shocking me because a salesperson in the field of hospitality should not have acted like that. I plan to book 50 rooms at the 4-star Mercure hotel. Planning to negotiate over the phone, because I stay in Jakarta. Hearing that the price from the sales mercure is higher than the online price, so I asked for a lower price than online.
But as a potential customer, I am only advised to buy directly by online. However, the manager also knows that online only provides limited rooms. Is that the right solution for potential customers who want to book 50 rooms?
A manager should be able to provide a spoken word order that makes prospective customers feel helped by the solution given. Not providing solutions that don't make sense, telling me to buy online even though the room I want will definitely not be fulfilled online.
No matter what star hotel or you want it to be as good as it is, if the service of some people who work at Mercure is like that, it will make customers not come back again.
Thank you for a solution that doesn't make it easier for potential customers. Prices are negotiable, but services are not negotiable. Is this really the result of training from the 4-star Mercure hotel?

Very pleasant frame. Staff very smiling and very welcoming. The only problem is the lack of information when we request information not related to the services of the hotel.

Nusa Dua recommendation hotel, perfect place to stay in with your lovely family. The room quite small but good, nice pool with jacuzzi. Delicious breakfast menu, absolutely worthy.
A 5 star standard hotel but at an affordable price. For the waiting room, it is super spacious and very comfortable, there are also books for those who want to read. For the restaurant, the place is clean and spacious, so when we were breakfast the breakfast was comfortable because the food besides the variety was also delicious. There is a swimming poll, spa, and jogging track. For the room to be clean, there is a TV, cooler (not a fridge), a hair dryer, and a bathroom that is divided into 2, namely toilet and shower. I think the air conditioner and cooler are not cold. Then a few times I put the food on the table as well as the ants. But for the whole hotel it's very comfortable.

Nice n Cozy hotel, great for relaxing, but rooms are small
The hotel is quite nice since it is the member of Accor Group. The room was quite small for a four star hotel. The air conditioner was quite cold and the room was comfortable. But, there was a stain on my room floor that couldn't be cleaned. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was quite delicious and there are lots of selections.

Very nice hotel staff where very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, the food was great especially breakfast they have a big range of sweet and savoury options hot and cold dishes from Asian or international cuisine and it was complimentary by the way , the pool was very nice and very clean , and they also have a private beach , they also have great massage services with the option to have it at the spa , at the room or outdoors near the pool .
The hotel is located around the integrated area of Nusa Dua, so it can be an alternative when looking for a rather cheap hotel around Nusa Dua. We can walk or ride a bus shutle if you want to go to the beach. The hotel is comfortable, there is a swimming pool and gym center, the service is also good, but unfortunately the quality of the rooms needs to be improved.
The place is very comfortable, clean and the natural atmosphere is frightening
The hotel was beautiful and have many outdoor area to enjoy. My room was not special and not too spacious. It's even had weird (mold) smell at the first i checked in, however the staffs was really helpful. The breakfast was my favourite (they cab get you bacon if you ask )
Nice hotel but bad service at receptionist and swimming pool
The hotel is not bad, the rooms as a whole are also in some places noticeable that cosmetic repairs are either requested or already completed, good territory, the staff is friendly and pleasant. Food is OK too. In general, a combination of price and quality is present, service processes are well established, a transfer to the beach is one of the pluses. A couple of minuses - the cup broken in the room was never replaced in 4 days, in the friends' room the air conditioning did not turn off in principle and froze round the clock (although the hotel employee quickly arrived and tried to fix the problem). Of the significant shortcomings is sound insulation, it is absent (this is 50% of the problem of the hotel itself), because very audible is the majority of vacationers who like to talk loudly in the corridor late at night or drink until late at night, despite the strollers in the corridors hinting at the presence of the kids, and - for the time of day actually ... (guess their nationality yourself)))

Spend 3 nights including new year eve and actually that was not satisfying at all. Rooms are too small with no balcony, (except some of the rooms) bathrooms look like too too small as compared with other hotels in which i stayed like taum resort or istana rama, also there were no place where you can hang to dry your clothes and towels and as i have my 31st night there they have no party arranged by them no music just some bbq option in dinnner, i think that was the most ridiculous decision by the management. Pool view from windows look absolutely awesome but they dont give permission to unlock the window. Entrance was grand loved it, cleanliness was maintained, pool was the major attraction, nearby market was gud enough.

From the nicest people I've ever met. They will try to help in everything. The hotel was nice and very clean. Breakfast will not be the one you're used to in Europe but it has a little bit of everything and everyone. I recommend 100%
A good hotel, unpleasant staff at the reception desk. Good breakfasts, a large area. numbers sink in between. Drier clothes, even on the balcony with his rope problem. Transfer to the beach. The beach is cleaned, but at low tide swimming is not very. In general, normal.

This hotel has a really big garden (Im not sure to call it a garden since it s just a really big yard with paths and flowers on both sides of the path ways. Apart from this large area and some basic facilities, it has no additional service to offer (no sauna, steam bath). The room is basic, not brand new, but acceptable. There are mosquitos in the room.
In addition, there is nothing to do in Nusa Dua apart from the beach.

Standard .. to stay a few days here, including less comfortable. The room was not properly tidy, the floor felt very dirty. Room service must be called repeatedly, less responsive.
We stayed here for 5 nights. A good hotel with several facilities as seen in many hotels.
Breakfast buffet is good and has many different choices.
The swimming pool environment is nice to relax. It needs a renovation because some of the tiles are loose but that did not interrupt the time we spent by the pool.
The rooms have enough space and the shower is good. Warm (hot) and with a good flow of water.
The hotel is not located at the beachy but provides a shuttle service every hour.
In the vicinity several good restaurants are present at walking distance.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.
