I am a Veteran Mercedes-Benz owner, this time around I was looking for a specific feature on the car,(lighting package) I tried going through my dealership, but I will not go into details because I do not want to take away from my AWESOME experience with this GREAT dealership.
So after giving up on my local dealer and about to give up and going to another brand of cars, I decided to goggle dealers within 50 miles radius and found this dealership, the phone rang three times, I ask for sales and the voice on the other side, very politely identifies himself as Rich and asks how can I help you? I explain what I was looking for and within a few minutes after small talk he says I have one in white, dark inside and would have it for you tomorrow or Monday the latest, we had a brief conversation about the numbers that made sense to me, he replied, we could do that!! At a point on the conversation he says I'm the owner, I hesitated the website look like a big dealership why is he answering the phone? I ask, he said three rings no one picks up I get it, I make sure my calls are answer!! I like that!!!
He took my number within the hour I received a call from Edgar Pena, I thought, well there goes that, he push me over to one of his sales people and now is where I loose it, WELL it did not happen, this friendly guy tells me he also lives in New Jersey, I went over what I was looking for, HE GOT IT! Rich had told him what I was looking for I hesitated a little, I really wanted a darker color,but i was somehow willing to comprise for my special feature, he ask him to give him time he will search and that he did call me back and offer me what I think I was looking for all along the perfect color combination with my lighting package and the price I wanted to be! Honestly I was not sure, after a long three months trying to get what I was looking for and two phone calls it was happening...!??He emails me sticker invoice, the car its what I've been looking for and the rest is smooth as can be; email him all the information he needed for the financials, service did not stop there, I get a call from Renee Garcia one of the Sales Manager that offer to bring the paper work to my home for original signatures, But I was able to take the 35 minute ride to the dealership, pretty impressive, friendly staff I got to put a face to voice, the car was not in the dealer but Edgar offer to deliver the car and pick up my 2016 to be grounded, I agreed, within the half hour all the documents were sign and I was on my way back home.
The next afternoon spoke to very personable, professional Edgar we agreed on a time deliver the new car to my house, went over the extra features, pretty impressive he knew the car!!A few days later a phone call from Edgar to see how much did I love my new car.
I don't normally write recommendations but I think this team deserves it!!
