Just picked up my beautiful 2012 Certified Pre-Own...

Just picked up my beautiful 2012 Certified Pre-Owned E350 today at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet! This dealership is the real deal. I went to test drive the vehicle last Thursday, after which I pointed out some concerns with it. The following day, I emailed the Sales Consultant, Rick Miller, to follow up on whether the issues had been addressed. Mr. Miller replied very promptly, indicating that everything had been fixed. I went back to the dealership that Saturday, confirmed the vehicle was back to spec, and negotiated a fair price, all within an hour! Mr. Miller was a pleasure to work with. His style, demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to "make a deal" made this as stress-free as a car purchase can be. Only suggestion for management: make a special assigned space for car purchase pick-up. Picking up my car in the middle of the main lot did not feel "white glove."

***Update 6/16/18*** Had to bring my car in for Service to check the mBrace telematics system. I was so impressed with the check-in process. It took literally less than 10 minutes to get a loaner! Same thing on my return/pick-up. I was back in my newly washed vehicle, with my issue addressed, within 5 minutes.
