Just had to share my experience with Mercedez of Nanuet, it is under new ownership as of 2011. I had a ML350 2006 and I was always happy with the experience. So I came back to get a new ML350 2011 (slightly boring of me but I like the room and the way it drives; at least I changed the color from silver to black). So when I purchased the car it was considered used because it had 800 miles on it. My salesman told me that I had a maintenance agreement, however at 10,000 miles when I went in for service I was told that my service agreement began and ended the same day I purchased the vehicle.
So, as you can imagine I was upset - I got an email in September from Mercedes asking me why I haven't used my pre-paid Maintenance?
I showed it to the OWNER-he REIMBURSED ME FOR THE PRIOR PAID SERVICE! HE GAVE ME 2 FREE SERVICES AND CAME TO MY HOUSE WITH GIFTS!!!!

The people there are great, the service is top-notch and the owner is too good to be true!
