I went in on 7/28 to buy a GLS SUV and got stone walled my customer rep was nice but said he had nothing to do with the price. I spoke to a Mr Mohamed 2 times and nothing happened I told them I didnot want to use their financing but my own andmaybe I wold pay cash. They then had the finance manager come in to tell me they had 2% fianancing and I again told them I wanted my own bank financing. I thought at that time we would be negiatinga price and I told them a low ball figure and figured they would come back with a fair price. I have bought many cars and buying cars is always a hassle and a hagge and they NEVER came back with another offer. They told me that the managers were in ameeting which was bull and 45 minutes later after I was in their waiting room my service rep came out and told me they would not negoiate on theprice and not discount aything. I went home with a price of 87,000 even though I didnot want their appearance program or their dent program which would have added $1000 to the cost of the car. I am amazed thast no one had the guts to come and tell me to my face that they would not deal with me. I figured i could get a measly $2000 off of a 80,000 car but I guess this is not the place for a deal. I have tried calling the manager many times and left many message to try and rectify this situation but no one has called me back or even answered my calls. As far as I am concerned I WOULD NEVER deal with a company like this since they do not have the guts to talk me, I would have given this store a 0 but it does not let me. They even let me walk away with purchase page that they knew i was not interested in
