Worse Mercedes dealer ever! This is my fourth Mercedes and my first time buying at this dealer and this is my first service. The buying process was horrific. Lots of bait and switch on financing. They finally made things right months later and then I go to buy a home and can t because my credit score went down because they did not pay off my old vehicle which only had one payment left!

This should have told me everything I need to know about how this dealership does business, but I decided give them a chance in service - big mistake! I brought my car in Christmas week and told them I absolutely need it before New Years. I was told it would absolutely be done. I got a call on 12/30 that they would need to order a part for a sensor that had gone bad and that they would have everything done the morning of 12/31.

I told them if there were an issue, I d need to drive the loaner vehicle out of town because I had holiday plans. I was threatened severe repercussions if I took it out of the tri-country area or more than 75 miles per day.

12/31 comes and my calls were dodged all day. I end up spending hundreds of dollars to get to my holiday celebration out of town.

Not only this, but I would not get a return call for over two weeks. I called service managers, no follow up. Finally the loaner car died on my way to a non refundable private Salsa lesson for $150. I called and called, no help came. Finally I took an Uber to go see the general manager of the dealership and got an apology and my car back and not the money that I m out of.

On my way home, I found out that the dealer sent their people to my building and got the valet to give them the keys of the loaner and took it before I got home and took my valuable items in the trunk. After all of this, you would think they would offer to come bring it to me, they will not. My stuff is still sitting out at the dealer until I can find a day off that matches their service hours. Next time I should just get a Hyundai. This is definitely not Mercedes branded service.
