We have a very bad experience in this dealership. We set up an appointment with a sales consultant, but when we there, we been told that she is not available. The receptionist assigned Sergei Bukley for us. He is very unprofessional and has not patient. He did not even want to show us the cars, because we were asking for CLA 250, which is the CHEAPEST in Mercedes-Benz. After we asked, he showed us some CLA 250 in the dealership. He kept telling us that the cars are expensive here. He was not willing to talk to us, because he think we can not afford it. I will not recommend you to go to this dealership if you are not buying the $100,000 car.

Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn is the best. They helped me get out of my current lease and into a new lease without any issue; the transition was seamless. I dealt with Johnson Lin & I am so happy I did. He was great and really communicated with me through the whole entire process. I definitely recommend Johnson & the whole entire team. (I already gave Johnson s card to a few ppl) - thanks guys!!

Yuri Belyanskiy Was excellent on my GLC350e lease. Called me up before my current lease ended and told me about a great program going on. Spent less than an hour at the dealer. The smoothest transaction ever at a dealer. If you love saving time and money this is the dealer to go to.

Do NOT use this dealership! Their service department is the worst I ve even encountered. They do not pick up the phone. You get transferred to an reservation desk that takes your info and no one ever calls you back. I was told my Sprinter van needed $3500 in work by the info from the diagnostic tests. Contemporary in NJ told me it didn t sound like they knew what they were talking about Sinai has the van towed from Brooklyn to NJ but not before in has to pay over $400 for the diagnostic. I asked several times for a copy of the diagnostic but still waiting for it. Lii ok w and behold the issue was a wire to that was loose and draining the battery. Fixing my van in NJ costed me just over $500. Can t get the service manager to call me back . Left several messages for him but like In said they don t answer the phone do you have to leave messages.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If there were an option to choose zero stars, I would select it. This is not only the worst Mercedes Dealership/Service Center I have ever been to (and I've been to many) it is the worst Car Dealership/Service Center in general. Mercedes is supposed to be a luxury dealership but they are anything but luxury. First off, calling to speak with a Service Adviser was absolute hell! They take days (almost one week in my case) before they finally returned my call. The name of my service adviser was Rui. After explaining the problems I was having with my vehicle, it was a slow and painful process to diagnose exactly what was wrong. He informed me of the $1200 fee it would cost just for the diagnosis (whether I had the problems fixed or not). From there, it only got worse. Every time we spoke, he would inform me of a different "problem" with my vehicle and would insist that I needed to fix it in order for the car to run. Long story short - I ended up paying them 5K. Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn kept my car for over one month! When they finally returned my car, it was absolutely filthy! Both inside and outside! After expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the state the car was given back to me (I also have a 4 month old baby who would be strapped in the backseat covered in filth) they tried to blame it on me that they didn't know I was coming to pick up the car even though we made the arrangements to pick it up on this day. Eventually they gave the car a quick poor wash and didn't clean the filth inside saying I would have to pay $350 to clean their dirt!!! They even put the dirty paper mats back into the car. They didn't even give me new clean ones. This is how they treat their paying customers. I will never be going there again and I will advise anyone to skip this dealership/service center! Try Helm's Brothers!

This is now my second Benz, but first from MB of Brooklyn. I primarily worked with Jayson, who provided a full-fledged white glove approach to the car buying experience. I was able to get into one of my dream cars, a c63 AMG. I spoke with him on Friday, test drove on Tuesday and picked the car up that Thursday. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by Jayson, Leon & Dhmeir. They had everything ready, handed me the keys and I was off. These guys crushed it for me - thank you so much. They've gained a customer for life.

Getting my car serviced used to be a pain in the you know what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any questions I had and escorted me to the waiting area where I was served REAL coffee (not that cheap stuff), with the option for a complimentary breakfast. There's also a few IPads available to help pass the time. Because of all this, I actually look forward to getting my car serviced and also to check out the new models. I'm on my second Mercedes lease from this dealer, and I'm already thinking about my third.

She is genuine and surprisingly as a female she knows the ends out of the brand and she takes pride and believe in what Mercedes stay for. I came in to buy a car ,sat down with someone and went thru the motions, gave a deposit and was told that they'll contact me, a guy did contact asking what exactly was I looking for after I told him he said he would get back to me ,it's been a month now and nothing. I returned for a refund thinking that maybe they'll try and keep me as a customer but instead he's drinking his coffee and told me to come back monday. I'm now gonna take my business to a different brand, customers service is very important.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this dealership! You should drive out a bit further into Manhattan which is the only dealership actually owned by Mercedes Benz. These guys refuse to fix the brakes of an 8000 mile 2020 GLS that was having grinding noises and other issues. If you go to the Manhattan one, they'll actually help you fix the car and give you a loaner that matches the car you own.

I have leased numerous other MB's from different dealerships in the tri-state area. Before leasing my current one went to over 5 MB dealerships and received numerous quotes. Including one from my repeated MB dealer that they said "was the lowest price they could give me". I decided to walk into Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn and was immediately greeted by Yelena Schlager. She gave me a price that was about 10% cheaper than every other MB dealership I went to, not to mention provided impeccable service even after taking possession of my new vehicle.

Super helpful... excellent customer service... i left my car with them and received a loaner ... they called me to keep me up to date with the status of my car .. the exchange from my car to a loaner then the loaner back to my car was extremely smooth!!! And to top it off the cappuccino in the waiting area was delicious!! I m absolutely satisfied!

Andrew of sales staff is unprofessional, inexperienced and a liar. Would never recommend this place to anyone. They are typical con artists car salesmen. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I wasted my time paying a toll and gas and pure aggravation to go there. They are not honest and just look to scam you and will lie to your face and not care.

My experience was one for the books. I was greeted by the Sales Rep Dmitry who was beyond my expectations. He was welcoming, personable, very helpful, very detailed, went above and beyond to give me the best deal. Practically worked magic. He asked all the right questions, things I didn't even think of. He was one of the best sales representative I ever had. Anyone looking for your first Benz, Dmitry is definitely the go to.

I'm a first time buyer of Mercedes and I've been looking at E350 for a long time. Jerry was assigned to me when I walked in and I was immediately warmly greeted by him. Jerry is very honest and upfront about everything. He made the deal very pleasant and swift and he even put in my bumper protector for free. The car closed at the price we agreed at and the car is as good as described in the ads. I know Jerry bent backwards for me to get my car at the purchase price and he will always be a great guy in my book. When I upgrade my car in the future it will definitely be Jerry who I turn to.

P.S 2 days after I drove the car off I noticed some minor problems and Jerry took care of it for free and in a timely manner. What a guy!

My experience at this dealership was awful. The service agent Bin Chen racially profiled me, and was completely inappropriate in his dealings with me. I bought my Mercedes Benz at a different dealership in NJ but needed to have an extra set of keys made. Despite showing drivers license and a copy of my temporary registration (I literally purchased the car the day before), he eyed them with suspicion, made phone calls, walked to the back office, and then demanded that I show him a bill of sale! He questioned the legitimacy of my ownership of the car despite giving legal documents that already proved ownership. Plus, the price he quoted me for the keys was significantly higher than what I ultimately paid at a different dealership. I m all for security but when you ve given all the necessary documents to prove identity and ownership but someone still demands that you prove more, that s not security that s overreaching and it s discriminatory. I m very confident if I had White skin he would have seen my documents as more than satisfactory. My complaints to the management have been unsuccessful (no meaningful follow up) but we ll see what MB corporate has to say. I strongly recommend that you go to a different MB dealer for your service needs and stay far away from this one.

First of all, I have never dealt with a service center that is so unprofessional. I would ve never ended up in this place if it wasn t for my car breaking down in the middle of nowhere. I have called countless amount of times and left voicemails, but no one has reached out to me. There was messages that was escalated to all different departments, and still no call back. This is the only dealership where you drop your car off, and you don t know what s going on. Also, all I was calling to find out was if they had a loaner available for the past two days. I haven t asked for anything else, but just to find out what I needed to find out, but that is impossible with this dealership. I usually don t get my servicing done in this dealership after reading reviews on google, but trust me if you guys still end up in this service center after reading these reviews good luck. Just leave your car in there and forget about it, because these people don t know how to answer their phone ever.....

The service tech must have been blind not to know it needed wiper blades (75.00) tail light bulbs were burnt out (20.00) and I never made it out of the state before the low coolant light came on. I was interested in a new Mercedes GLE or GLS car and I went to this dealership.
I asked a Russian speaking representative and they provided me, Sergei Bukley.

Sergei wasn't interested in giving me the information at all. It looked like Sergei had a bad mood at this moment, and he was lazy to explain. I asked him about the car, pricing, specifications, and lease deals.
But he was short like: "Yes", "No", "Look at the website" etc.

In the end, i asked him about "What is the difference between your dealership and others?", And he said - "This dealership is like a luxury restaurant and others like the Mcdonalds".
But I didn't feel like I'm in the luxury restaurant at all.

I was really disappointed and I switched to the new Land Rover Discovery.

how this company is still in business and how they are a certified service dealer for Mercedes is beyond me. First off, NOTHING is ever covered under warranty. Always an excuse as to why you must pay. You feel as if they have their hands in your pocket throughout the entire dreadful process, and unless you put your foot down, theyl take you to the cleaners. Some people here are wondering why Carol still has her job. Its pretty simple. This company has one goal only: squeeze the customer dry. I wont even go into how long is took to get my car fixed bc u deal with that BS in every repair center. You get the same feel and treatment as if youre dealing with your local sleazy repair shop, except Sovereign looks more official and calls you 'sir'. Take my advice and avoid at all cost. But if you must deal with them, bring lube...makes the screwing a lot easier.

I have to say I never write reviews I don't have time for it as I am a busy physician, I stopped using the MB dealership in Brooklyn Years ago cause there service was terrible and the people there were obnoxious. They would take my car damage it and get parking tickets on it and blame me.

In an emergency this week I took my ML550 there and I was treated as a king even without an appointment. The young lady at the desk Debra Scotto, was nice enough to squeeze me in, get me coffee and introduce me to Anthony Incarnato my service advisor. He was amazing. He took care of me, made sure my car was seen and serviced as fast as possible. He kept in touch with me and was even able to get my work done completely on my extended warranty. NOT TOO SHABBY!!! He is amazing . Even SKY the fellow who picked me up in the bad weather to get my car was a pleasure to deal with. All in all the experience was wonderful. I will be using them for all my cars and all my service.

I'm thrilled with the new Mercedes of Brooklyn and IM thrilled with Anthony Icarnato. If your are using them ask for him you wont be sorry!!!. If you aren't using them you should be!

Service Department: I went in for an issue with the ignition. I was so upset, I never gave the manager a chance to help. Although I expressed extreme disappointment, the manager and staff were amicable and continued to offer help. In the end, not only did they bring resolution to the problem, they offered me a loaner to assist me with my transportation needs. I owe the staff an apology, but I will begin by expressing my extreme satisfaction with the service.

Apparently there is a particular demographic around here that is keeping this dealership in business - that is, a demographic of foolish people who have not worked hard for their money and therefore don't mind parting with it. I had a similar experience to one of the previous reviewers who complained about making an APPOINTMENT and finding the sales staff not ready for him. That is exactly what happened to me. I was likewise passed off to another "associate" who said he had to pull my car around from the back lot. Forty-five minutes later I was still waiting, so I told them to give me a call when they're interested in selling a car and left. A few days later they brought the car to my door for a test drive. When I told the associate my price range (looking at pre-owned) he laughed at me and said I would not find that anywhere. Well, I did find the model I wanted with more features than I cared about for $15k less than anything they showed me, plus it only had 17,000 miles. I bought it from a Lexus dealership.

Long story short, the staff here do not earn their money, and my guess is that most of their clientele don't either - at least, not legitimately. If you have worked hard for your money, stay away from this place.

Sovereign Motor Cars in Brooklyn, NY made me a happy customer. Their hospitality and honesty made it such a pleasant experience. I live in Jersey and I had been car shopping for 2 months. My experiences were less than unsatisfying. They were either rude or sounded like they were all reading from the same script," what can I do for you today, so that I can have you sign for the car today". It was becoming nauseating! To make a long story short the same day I decided to take a trip to Sovereign Motor Car,

1.When I MADE THE APPOINTMENT THE FIRST TIME ON THE PHONE EVERYTHING WAS AVAILABLE WHEN I GET THERE NOT AVAILABLE AND HAD TO MAKE A SECOND APPT
when I got there the second time waited for 30 min and I was told that you cannot get a loner, when I made the appt they told me you will get a loner .
then I made a 3rd appt at the dealership everything went well thank god

I will be brief Matt Fattah is an awesome person, his personality and spirit is one that Mercedes of Brooklyn should be proud of and that is cause for celebration in itself. I look to see the day Matt is the CEO of a Mercedes dealership I am sure it will be more than a plus for Mercedes Benz. I have had the pleasure of knowing him for many years and I am appreciative of him being there and hands on Matt great for Mercedes.
Diana Chuisano my personal advisor lovely and always ready to make sure that I am taken care of in the utmost way. I appreciate her commitment to her position which keeps me coming back to the Brooklyn dealership.

My experience with management accommodating my service needs and the staff for following through with all that was promised, was truly professional and to the best of my interest. For that reason they have earned my business even though I have to travel 30 miles to get there. And believe it or not I have a dealership less than 3 miles away that wasn't willing to do anything for my issue, and charged me $190 to tell me so.

I had an awesome experience in the Service Department with the Service Manager Devin Prediger at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. My car check engine oil light came on and when I stopped to the gas station they were not able to check it so I just drove to the Mercedes Dealer and Devin helped me immediately. He had someone to check it and they put 2 free quarts of Synthetic oil in it for FREE WITH NO CHARGE AND MY CAR WAS READY IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES !!! I'm so happy !! Thank you Devin Prediger !!!! My car buying experience was the best. I visited 2 Mercedes dealers before this one and they had a great variety of cars to choose from. Diana, my sales rep truly "wowed" me. She was attentive and listened to my wants and needs. She clarified what I needed to do and kept me informed of my progress. After I closed the deal, Chris explained the details of the car and showed me how all of the "bells and whistles" worked.
I live all the way in the Bronx, so this had to be the best dealership.

Went in for a new tire on my ML 350.
I was told it would take no more than an hour. Everyone was pleasant during the 2hrs it actually took, once I walked back into the service dept and ask to speak with the manager.

I was actually considering servicing my two MB's at Sovereign but after today's fiasco I sincerely doubt i will.

I had my Mercedes Sprinter repaired last weekend and the problem occurred less then a week later. They told me if it's a different code so they have to do more things which will cost much more money. They promised me it will be done the next day and it isn't. The service adviser is never available and they never return calls!!! The customer service is not at all acceptable!!!

As always, Carol Morin was helpful and professional. Steven Bylis (Service Manager) also introduced himself and gave me his business card. Carol has always been pleasant and forthcoming regarding the necessary repairs I needed. Each time I sit at her desk she treats me with respect and shows genuine concern.

The purpose of my visit was for scheduled maintenance (A Service).

Because of the exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere I will ALWAYS chose Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. Carol Morin and Steven Bylis is an asset to this establishment.

Once again, stopped by the Brooklyn Mercedes Benz ...

Once again, stopped by the Brooklyn Mercedes Benz dealer , service is still as bad as last we visited here. We were been told by the front desk receptionist that sales rep will helps after few minutes because they were all busy with the customers , but there were only two customers at lobby who were been helped. Anyway, a female rep came out, asking us which specific vehicle we were looking for, after we have told her the vehicle, she sat down with us, and said that her desktop isn t working , she took our name , phone number , and asked us when we need the vehicle , and went back to their main office for 10-15mins , then she asked us how much we are planning to put down, and telling us that they don t have the vehicle at their location, and never offered us that they can get the vehicle from different dealership, which we had to ask if they can find any from other dealership, then she came out again with a vehicle that we were looking for other dealer with much much higher monthly payment and down payment than what we have spoke to someone from the dealership. And was telling us she can not do the business which she lose money if she can lower down the price. As a sale rep , she is definitely not well trained, never offer us any offer, she seems like want us to leave because we were there half hour before they closed. Never provide led us business card, no shaking hand , finished the conversation by turning her head and walked away. No wonder everyone says their service sucks .

I was in the market for a replacement for my 2003 E500. I visited a few different dealerships before visiting MB of Brooklyn. All aspects of this dealership exceeded my expectations. First time Mercedes buyer. Purchased a CLA250 from this dealership and very happy i did. From sales to service personnel respectful throughout. A shout out to my sales person Gio. Never met a more respectful person that answered every question and never hesitated to help me make the right decision. Never met a salesperson going all out to help me.
