I needed service for a horn problem and a tire pre...

I needed service for a horn problem and a tire pressure issue. I was told on the phone that the horn may take some time and they could better accomodate me tomorrow by bringing me a loaner car, picking up my car at my office and returning it to my home or office when fixed (how convenient is that!); but I preferred to bring my car in myself at least for the tire check now and would reschedule for the horn if necessary. I called at 7:30 am and I was happy to be scheduled for an 8:30 am appointment. A few minutes after I checked in, the service rep, John, told me that both issues could be resolved now. So I decided to wait, enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and was on my way relatively quickly. The customer service here is excellent.
I also have to add that my experience with the sales department back in October 2011 was nothing short of excellent as well. This is my first Mercedes-Benz and the sales rep, Dan, was very friendly and professional...no hard sell like you see at most dealerships.

Very dissatisfied with the service of Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. I'm a veteran, and currently deployed. I was told that I could terminate my lease according to SCRA. I coordinated with Daimler (who underwrites the lease), and scheduled maintenance of the vehicle, as well as an end of inspection lease for Tuesday, May 30, 2017. When my family arrived with the vehicle, a manager denied receipt of the vehicle with threats that I would have to pay a penalty, and the remainder of the lease. The manager did not make any effort to facilitate things for my family who were doing me the favor of turning the car in. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn for exceptional customer service on Memorial Day.

They were exceptional helpful in getting me a new car. Yelena and Nash are reliable, dedicated, and hard working sales consultants in caring about their customers. I truly grateful for all the help they provided me, and I'm looking forward to go working with them for my next Mercedes Benz!!

I just wanted to take the time out to say I had the best customer experience at this dealership from a sales associate named Miles Colon this afternoon. He was very extremely pleasant and courteous and definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I left satified. I visited this dealership in August with the intent to purchase a vehicle but left with nothing due to poor customer service. Miles greeted me with such warm welcome and listened to all my concerns and tailored them to make it work within my budget as much as possible.So I think it's very important to recognize someone for a job well done. With that being said I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go see Miles Colon he is the best....Keep up the good job Miles

We live in Southern New Jersey and were dissatisfied with our local MB dealer. We connected with MB of Brooklyn and now wouldn't think of buying an MB anywhere else! We have purchased 3 or 4 SUVs from MB of Brooklyn and will go back again!! Johnson Lin is our salesman and he was excellent. We were able to essentially purchase the SUV over the phone and rely on Johnson to handle all of the details! We found Johnson to be trustworthy and efficient. We could not be happier with our new SUV and the customer service we received!!

I WAS A COSTUMER FOR MB OF BROOKLYN SINCE 2012 AND IN MY LAST SERVICE MAINTENANCE I WENT TO MY WORST EXPERIENCE I FORGET MY SUNGLASSES IN THE LONERS CAR AND I WHEN BACK TO CLAIM THEM BACK AND THE GENERAL MANAGER NEVER HELP ME AND ON TOP OF THIS THE SEAT BELT IS MALFUNCTIONING AND NEEDS TO BE SERVICE AND I AM NOT ALLOW TO RECIBE SERVICE BECAUSE I CLAIM MY SUNGLASSES NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE OVER ONE HOUR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP

I had an appointment for a service at Sovereign Motor Cars, Mercedes-Benz, with Carol Morin. I must say that I have had being care with a great service. Carol works with me with kindness, and respect. Even more, while the car was in service, Carol gave complimentary breakfast. Also, at coffee shop it have ipad, TV, and magazins, while I was wating for the car, I spend my time nicely. Either reading or surfing the internet.
I highly reccomended to go to Sovereign Motor Cars for any service the car needs.

The worst service i have ever had! Total RIPOFF! P...

The worst service i have ever had! Total RIPOFF! Put 30 miles on the car, broke TPMS sensor, tried to charge me for that because they've replaced it without even asking me. White leather seats are BROWN because of dirt/oil. Interior is dirty and disgusting! Brought in for the service next day after a full detailing. Manager basically said to get lost. And cars are complete JUNK! Will never buy another Benz!

I found the service at Brooklyn Mercedes to be excellent. They were very polite and accommodating. The service on my GLE350 was performed in a quick and efficient manner. My vehicle was washed and was sparkling clean when it was returned to me.
I highly recommend Mercedes service department.

I had past issue with MB of Brooklyn, but they really cleaned up their act and are really the best in the Brooklyn Queens and Manhattan are. Silver Star is on their way out. I took my car for a clunking noise, belt noise, and Econo button notfunctioning. I told them its the lower arm and ball joint, their tech told me it was the rack & pinion? MB of Brooklyn came to the same conclusion I did. They fixed the issues and one recall in two days.
Again, Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn are back and better than ever!!

I had a pleasure doing business with Josue , he was exceptional and patient, he went above and beyond to find the car exactly what I wanted . He was very attentive and very thorough, I only visit the dealership once for 10 min, and briefly told him what I was looking for and left. Josue follow up with me via e-mail and phone call and in a week deliver exactly what I wanted , my second visit was to pick up the car !!!
The sales team and the finance manager are also very nice, professional and warm , no pushy salesman, no pressure on the entire process.

Be very careful with the numbers.
They do not check the extended warranty.

Absolute worst sales department ever. Greeted with a "yo" as a directive where to park by a sales associate. Walked into the showroom and not one person offered help. Not one. Taking my sale elsewhere.

Dawn Morris and the MB team of Brooklyn team did a great job. Negotiated a good price, The vehicle and paperwork were ready when I went to pick it up. Chris did a great job walking me through the cars features as it's my first Benz. Highly recommend.

A really great team of people. Jay was incredible and so was Yelena in supporting him. From beginning to end, the whole staff made sure I was taken care of. I also did my research on costs and I honestly came away feeling that I paid less than market. There was no back and forth. They made a great deal and I couldn t be happier. Who knows what the future holds, but I know where I want to go again when I m ready for another new car.

Not a nice dealership. I brought in company Sprint...

Not a nice dealership. I brought in company Sprinter van for a service re-do. Bin, the service advisor was rude and kept blaming me for not doing oil change by them. I told that I had only been working for the company for 2 weeks. He also never looked up from his computer screen and told me "go wait inside". Where? Shoo-ing me away. I told him "I have never been here".
Waited over 3 hours and went to ask Bin for a update. He was nowhere to be found. Don't forget, they had already had the sprinter for over a week the week before. Bin told me not the same issue. But meanwhile had the same warning codes. I then asked him "Why didn't you fix it when you had it for almost 2 weeks?"
Now I have never owned a Sprinter but I have owned and serviced numerous Mercedes-Benz automobiles and I was NEVER TREATED LIKE THIS. Is this what Mercedes Benz like now? I've been treated nicer at used car lots.

Great service from this dealership !I was referred to Johnson Lin from a friend of mine who got their car from him. My ML350 lease was ending and went to him because my friend got a GLE from him. He gave them a great deal so I decided to check him out for myself. I walked out with a brand new GLE hassle free!! I highly recommend Johnson and this dealership to anyone who's looking to purchase a new vehicle. People rarely get recognition for their good work but when one bad thing happens, everyone is quick to judge. You will not be disappointed with the sales process of this dealership!!
