Service Department: I went in for an issue with the ignition. I was so upset, I never gave the manager a chance to help. Although I expressed extreme disappointment, the manager and staff were amicable and continued to offer help. In the end, not only did they bring resolution to the problem, they offered me a loaner to assist me with my transportation needs. I owe the staff an apology, but I will begin by expressing my extreme satisfaction with the service.
