They are thieves and crooks. Twice the rep I was assigned tried to beat me out of money- once by acting like he didn't know my car was CPO, trying to get me to pay for the repairs, and the second time trying to charge me for 2 diagnostic tests in the same visit. The representatives range from curt and dismissive, to rude and incompetent. Absolutely disgusting for a high end brand to employ people like this. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I urge anyone with a similar experience to do the same. We have rights

I am a Canadian that made the trip 8 hours south to purchase a beautiful 2010 GLK 350. Due to my geographic location, I made the purchase on-line without ever physically seeing the vehicle. This was my first time making such a big purchase on-line and let me say how fantastic it was. The fact that I wired all the money to this dealership prior to seeing the vehicle speaks volume about the service I received from Jerry Petitto. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase and helped in all paperwork necessary for exporting the vehicle. When my wife and I showed up at the dealership, Jerry was waiting for us with breakfast and Ipads for us to relax. The vehicle looked so good, I would never have known it was pre-owned. It well exceeded my expectations. Spotless from top to bottom. I also want to give a special mention to the pre-owned manager, Lou Romano, who was there to greet us, answer all our questions and see us on our way. I will definitely purchase from MB Brooklyn again as this was a world class experience selling world class vehicles.
Two days and still waiting on a call back for service, just to make an appointment. Person who makes appointments told me busy from the holiday, It's a three weeks since Christmas. Don't do anything with this dealership.

I ve been coming here since 2012. I m on my 3rd lease & I also financed a vehicle 2yrs ago. On Friday I came in to service my car & ended up turning it in to lease another. I was introduced to Ken Li. He is an AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT & all around nice guy. He let me test drive 3 vehicles before making my final decision. What I liked most about my experience with Ken is that he wasn t pushy & it didn t feel like he was forcing me to make a decision right there & then. This dealership is unlike any other I have done business with (and I've bought a lot of cars). From the moment we walked in, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly, smiling face and made to feel very comfortable. we were offered a complimentary beverage while we waited for our salesman to greet us. Steven Shlayan, was one of the best sales reps we have ever worked with! He was patient, low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the cars (we visited other dealers where I knew more than they did about their products!). He took my wife and I on several test drives and actually cared to know about our experience driving each car. The pricing we were offered was very competitive with other dealers we visited, but the purchasing experience was truly first-class! the facility is clean and the staff is very friendly, the complimentary food and snacks in the cafe are a nice touch as well. We are very happy with our new E-class and thrilled with the overall experience at MB of Brooklyn. Definitely worth the trip!!
Ive been here 4 times for servicing and each time they try to offer services that my vehicle doesnt need all to make an extra buck at ridiculous rates. The last time i went there i got my car back with scratches all over my windsheild. Its like one of the workers from the back took off my windsheild blades and let the wipers run. I didnt notice immediately and only noticed it on my way back home when the glare from the sun revealed it. Never going back here again.
Exceptional in all regards ! I purchased a 2020 C300, my first new car in over a decade. My salesman, Mr DeJesus made the experience a positive one. He is the consummate professional, very personable, consistently demonstrating a detailed knowledge of each vehicle. He communicated in a clear and direct manner and very patiently answered my questions, which were many. From our first meeting to the day I drove my C300 home Mr DeJesus was there to guide me. Also of note was the technician (I believe his name is Adam) who walked me through getting the vehicle set up to my liking.
Ask for Ahmed! Ahmed is the best. Recently purchased a GL 53 AMG from here and he was more than professional about the entire process. Very transparent and strives to leave the customer happy when they leave the lot. Ahmed is a very respectful and understanding salesman. I have not been inside my MB service center that often. But once i got inside and explored the showroom I instantly got a MB logo on my heart. Benz will now be a permanent make for me.

I came in for service to change a lightbulb at 8 AM on a Saturday. I was met by a friendly service associate and offered a coupon for a free breakfast. While I was enjoying my breakfast and watching the news, my car was ready and washed as I asked. I was told my breaks are low and if I wanted to change them for 630 bucks. I said no, and was not asked again. Overall, a nice experience I would expect out of Mercedes dealership.

I called to buy the car and sales man who was extremely rude said to come next day and at same time he raised the price 3000. On the internet. Very racist, unproffesional, liers. I hope they runout of business if they continue this kind of B.S.
they seem friendly but they are not nice. i took my GLC 300 in for service had an appt. to also get a loaner car when i arrived the service manager said i can't get loaner because my car is TLC. i wasn't aware it so anyway he told me i can wait and they will have all of the things done that i brought it in for. he even told the service advisor to make sure my car is ready in two hours. well 3hours later they give me my car back with only the service A done that paid for the other things like ignition switch an radio reception didn't get fixed told me they said it will take more time and to bring it back.
As a 1st time car buyer the experience and level of customer service that Ahmed gave was exceptional . Thanks again for being patient with all my question and walking me through the entire process.

First off I loved the express service went right in and was greeted by a friendly service tech who brought me into the service center where I was greeted by service people, from there I walked into the waiting area where to my surprise it was completely redone brightly lit new seating large screen TVs and of course the new models on display.Overall perfect experience thank you MB and staff see you when my lease is up for the 20 models..

I so wish I could rate less than one star. I called for hours just to make a service appointment. Several employees hung up on me and had an attitude. No customer service. And when I requested to speak to a manager after all of the uncalled for rudeness I was met with more attitude. The manager whom I spoke to three hours later, was okay at best. Worst Benz dealership I have ever encountered.
Wow. I m blown away. I had no faith in this dealership considering the reviews. I also thought I wouldn t get a good deal in Brooklyn but I was wrong. I met Mike and he was amazing. I don t think I could have had a better sales agent. He was patient and very honest. And I was difficult and at one point I was willing to walk away from the deal. I don t know why this place is ranked so low. There were no hidden fees and I was alert and looking for them. I think Mike and this dealership will forever have my business. If you re shopping for a Benz go to Mike and say Lori (who got the GLA 250 in blue then changed her mind to white) sent you.

Worst service ever. They kept my car for 3 days then they told me that they don't see the problem. after a long conversation, they asked me to come back and when I went there they told me that no one can help me and I need to come back later. If you don't buy the car from them don't even try to go for services because they will never help you.

Bentley is a caring and supportive sales personel. I was in need of a car desperately after Hurricane Sandy and with his expertise, I was able to get another car in less than 30 days. My insurance rental coverage was to expire in 30 days.
Every single time I visit Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn I receive courteous and professional service. Carol Morin who is my Service Adviser is always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. She goes above and beyond what is expected at any auto dealership. There are dealerships which are closer to my home. However, based on my last five years of experiences with Carol Morin and Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn; I'll continue to go out of my way to get my vehicle serviced at their location.
After comparing several dealerships in New Jersey and New York, we bought a GLC from Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. They offered a honest price in our first visit. No feeling of being tricked. The transaction was smooth. Our salesperson Johnson is knowledgeable and sincere. We definitely recommend this dealership. A caveat: they are undergoing renovation. The showroom does not look pretty at this moment
This is my second Mercedes, bit the last time was over 15 years ago. Honestly Mercedes was not my first choice. I actually started out looking at VW, since I it was my current vechicle. However I went in and the customer service was terrible. I left and went to Honda had a great experience but they didn't have the car I wanted in the show run, so I planned to view one the coming weekend. I thought I should continue to shop, after visiting BMW, Audi and both places basically ignored my partner and I. Needless to say, I walked out of both places, and never would I spend my hard earned money with someone who dodn't value my business. Lastly I went into Mercedes and was greeted by a lovely Receptionist ask if I needed Salesperson, and we advised we would first look on our own. After looking around we asked for a Salesperson who was exceptional, Jason Revere. He was very personalble and listed closely to our needs and offer several options. He was not pushy but very informative. I will be reccommending him to my sister who love Mercedes and will be purchasing her next car from Jason.
Brought my 2014 S550 to get the tire replaced because it popped on a pothole and under road hazard warranty. I have it replaced previously at Manhattan location had no issues but I don't have the paperwork. The service advisor doesn't have the time to call up the Manhattan location to get the service records. Had me waiting for 3 and half hours while he was trying to get a hold of someone. Are you kidding me? Couldn't get the service done.
Mercedes of Brooklyn is simply the best! Diana Chuisano was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful during the buying process. I felt comfortable with her and never felt as if I was getting pushed into something I didn't want. The unbeatable deal was made even better with her know how and assistance throughout the whole process. Will definitely be recommending Diana and the entire MB of Brooklyn team to everyone I know!
The most disgusting service I have ever received. We made an appointment to test drive a car we came and waited for over an hour in which time we were just ignored, while somebody who came after us got attended to. Not sure what the deal here is. I thought I came to lease a Mercedes I guess not from this dealership. They will absolutely never have my business how disgusting. I think they treat you better at Home Depot then here.
I had very bad experience with this dealership. They are not clear for all the charges and specially used car sales they do not disclose hidden fees. They charge you a fees that you not suppose to pay.
My husband and I purchased a brand new sprinter van at the end of August. We offered to pick it up but the commercial van sales manager Alix Jones assured us that delivery was no problem and we thought - ok great that s convenient since we re in Philadelphia and we have a 2 year old and also we re small business owners so it ll save us time! The van arrives 24 hours after they say it will, but it looks great, spotless, the van is over 9 feet tall and we don t even dream that something could be wrong with it since it s a BRAND NEW VAN, we sign for it (our one mistake that will haunt us), and then about 15 minutes after it s been delivered, my husband climbs up on the roof to start planning for our solar panels because we are converting the van to live in. He finds the roof is scratched and dented as if the van has been driven under a bridge. We notify the dealership immediately and attach photos. They assure us they will take care of it all. About a week or more later they send us to a body shop that s near us, saying take the van in and they ll take care of you . The body shop has been briefed on the situation and they assure us we will be on every email exchange with the dealership for full transparency and updates on the estimate and repair. We hear nothing. I call the body shop intermittently to get updates on the progress. Finally, three weeks later our van is complete! ONE PROBLEM. The dealership refuses to pay for the repairs because they say the body shop never sent them an estimate. So long story short, we have been stuck in limbo with no van, making payments for it and its insurance, had to move out of our home bc we had ended the lease in anticipation of moving into the van- without the help of the van for moving might I add, and have suffered a lot of lost time with our small furniture business as well as deliveries that we also planned on using the van for. This van was a huge life move for us. We are self employed, and these vans are not cheap. We did not expect a company like Mercedes to be so stingy and unhelpful and we are now having to file a lawsuit because of the unresponsiveness and lack of accountability from their end. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They will ghost you when it s convenient, and they will leave you with a $10,000 repair bill for weeks on end with NO OFFER of a loaner or any money back. If we weren t literally homeless now, we d want to return this vehicle just because of the terrible experience from this dealership. I ve waited this long to leave this review because I was being patient and trying to be understanding but now I realize they were playing me for a fool. Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn operates like we re in a world where you can t trust anyone and even if you buy a brand new item you better check every inch of it because they will not honor their word after the fact. I would ve rather they just told us they wouldn t help us. Then we wouldn t be in this situation where we re literally without the van that we bought with our hard-earned money during a pandemic to help our family get a little closer to our small dream. They ve deflected blame at every turn and blamed the body shop or the transport company - all companies THEY hired, leaving us no options but to stress out and move into my parents garage and find a lawyer all while raising a child and running our own business. I don t leave negative reviews ever but this is seriously unacceptable.
I recently moved from North Carolina, and yesterday was my first visit to this service. People who work at this location are great and nice. Everything was done fast and I am very happy with the customer crevice that was provided to me. Will be coming back and highly recommend this location.
Assisted by Jerry Petito I found the exact car that I wanted. The overall buying experience was wonderful; Jerry was really great and has thus far followed up with me always making sure if everything was good with the car. Truly a luxury experience to go with the luxury brand.

i had the pleasure of taking my new C350 for my first service, and i was glad i took it to Sovereign. The process was very delightful and very convenient. Mr Alberto Lalli in the service center was very informant about the process and very helpful. Overall the whoe staff was very nice and helpufull. I am very happy with the work and will def come back in the future. I don't see myself going anywhere else for anything I need in regards to my C350. Excellent and A+ as my professor will put it.

My contact at Mercedes was a wonderful gentleman of David Anderson who made sure my transaction and buying experience was seamless. David went through the car with me and installed the necessary apps on my phone. I also worked with the general manager Mr. Martin Hall who was very receptive of my concerns and addressed them fully. I worked with Marian Luke who is an extremely knowledgeable and very professional service adviser who personally over saw the minor details of the vehicle. I was looking for Certified Pre-Owned C300, I went to the showroom, did a test drive, and asked for the out the door pricing, they did have a number on the paper, and I as a costumer negotiated and they firmly sticked to their price which I understand . I did exchange couple of emails with them on the price negotiation and they were still firm on the Price they initially said. I finally agreed on their price and the sales person who was communicating with me said he is going to send me the paper work and within 15 minutes I got a call from him saying that the price has gone up which is ridiculous, how can they commit to the customer and then later come up with a new number .All this emails and communication happened in 4 days time period. So, with in 4 days they decided to increase price on 2015 c300. I dont suggest this place to anyone and waste their time on this. Don't trust these guys if they say something.

Came here to do service so many times and I finally decided to stop coming here. It's a complete waste of money and on top of that, they take forever for manufacturer parts. I have a problem with my turn signal and I have the warranty, they have been pushing it back for almost 3 months saying that it comes from Germany. Completely unprofessional. I'm going to leave a bad rating for lack of service.

I was very impressed with the service on Friday October 7, 2016. Anthony Incarnato, Service Advisor, helped me on that day regardless I came late, after 5 PM, without an appointment. It took less than 5 min to process the papers and replace my car. This is about a customer oriented services carried with high professionalism and respect.

Excellent service and very knowledgable staff. John, the salesperson I worked with, got my wife and I a brand new GLC hybrid and was able to beat out all of the leasing companies that we threw his way. This is one of my favorite places, Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn! It is my go to store for my lease. And considering we are in the current climate of the "covid pandemic" I wasn't sure how it would work out this time, but it went off without missing a beat. Will Berardino is an absolute gem! He is simply THE BEST! Everyone i met upon my arrival to my departure was personable & friendly. Great atmosphere. And Will made it so, so easy for me. :) He connected me with Ken Li, who took very good care of me. All my paperwork was done prior to my arrival at the dealership. It was done completely via phone and email. I have to say Ken was great! He is very efficient and kind. He made it simple and quick. He was so nice and helpful. I did have a lot of questions before we started the application etc, which I called or text them constantly. And they were always quick to pick up my call or rtn my text immediately. My car was ready before my arrival. And, did I say how much I love my car! I do, I love it. :) I sat with Ken Li, he helped me with turning in my old lease and hooked me up with the new app on my phone. I feel like he is now my friend. ;) Next stop was Damir to wrap up the finality of the lease. He was excellent too. Every one was masked and maintained social distance. I felt totally comfortable. And also to my surprise the dealership was completely renovated since my last visit, from the show room to the service area. Its beautiful.
