Once again, stopped by the Brooklyn Mercedes Benz ...

Once again, stopped by the Brooklyn Mercedes Benz dealer , service is still as bad as last we visited here. We were been told by the front desk receptionist that sales rep will helps after few minutes because they were all busy with the customers , but there were only two customers at lobby who were been helped. Anyway, a female rep came out, asking us which specific vehicle we were looking for, after we have told her the vehicle, she sat down with us, and said that her desktop isn t working , she took our name , phone number , and asked us when we need the vehicle , and went back to their main office for 10-15mins , then she asked us how much we are planning to put down, and telling us that they don t have the vehicle at their location, and never offered us that they can get the vehicle from different dealership, which we had to ask if they can find any from other dealership, then she came out again with a vehicle that we were looking for other dealer with much much higher monthly payment and down payment than what we have spoke to someone from the dealership. And was telling us she can not do the business which she lose money if she can lower down the price. As a sale rep , she is definitely not well trained, never offer us any offer, she seems like want us to leave because we were there half hour before they closed. Never provide led us business card, no shaking hand , finished the conversation by turning her head and walked away. No wonder everyone says their service sucks .
