John Denice was very efficient, curteous, and gave me top class customer service. He gave me an honest estimate of when the care would be ready and gave me the option of getting a loaner car. I opted to stay and wait for the car and he checked back with me to assure me that the car would be ready when he promised. I was very pleased with my customer experience.

So far so good. I will be simple and straight to the point. Everyone reading a review is looking for few things in mind, so let me summarize it here. - Shopping experience: Excellent. Painless, professional and more important, friendly, honest and knowledgable staff. I dealt with Yelena and she was beyond awesome. - Process during Purchase/Lease experience: Excellent. I don't remember the whole process from loving the car to driving the car, this how quick it was. Very efficient and i didn't have to do anything but show up, say hello, get the keys and drive away. - Post experience: I was contacted few times by Yelena to check how am i doing and if i need anything or assistance, which was nice and felt like valuable customer. There was a moderate delay for something that was owed to me, where i got frustrated few times, but when i brought it to Yelena's attention, she did what she can even it wasn't her fault as it pertained to another department and the issue was finally resolved. So thanks Yelena. - Service Experience: I didn't perform any service yet on the car, so i will update my review later when i interact with service staff. This is why i left one star off. I read some reviewes about bad maintenance service, but i will judge this myself and share. I hope to prove others wrong.
Had a little minor issue & made an appt. to come in for service. However, John D. called me & was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone & save me a trip to Bklyn. Even though my car is under warranty, I live in Riverdale, so I was happy to have been saved a trip (traffic on the BQE...smh).
Every time I come here for regular schedule maintenance, or when I took advantage of my rim, tire & cosmetic protection (this winter was crazy) I always have a wonderful experience!

I have been a Sovereign customer for years. I have never had a bad experience there. My service representative Carol Morin caters to my every need. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. She always has time for me and makes sure I have a great experience. A loaner car is always available and my schedule is catered to as opposed to hers or the dealerships. Carol and the rest of the team make having your car serviced painless and easy.

Sales "manager" JASON he is a deal breaker. He called me and instead of trying to get me to sign, he tried to discourage me without even knowing any of my info. Told me that it is impossible for me to lease a year old car. He is not a good representative for such a prestigious motor vehicle company Mercedes Benz
I was guided every step of the way from dropping off my car to picking it up. They discovered an issue with my license (expired) and were quick to make sure I was able to address it while my car was being serviced. They also provided me with transportation to DMV so it could be renewed immediately!!!!
Hard to believe these reviews as genuine. My short time there I witnessed a significant drop-off in service and sales clientele. Daily I encountered complaints from clients lamenting the days when this place was better run. As an example the new management (General Manager when asked to respond to why services he was promised on his are purchase are no longer available knowingly lied
Spent almost 4k on fixing broken belt and still want to charge to program same vehicle..Double charging and no kind of goodwill..after complaint gave me a 10percent discount that doesn't even cover taxes on labor... if my car was driveable I would have left ...big ripoff with no sympathy at all
Don't take your sprinter van here. Other mercedes vehicles are serviced well enough but sprinter van service stinks. Their loaner cars are also only for non-sprinter customers. They could have saved me some time and gas if they told me before I took the 40 minute drive over.
Thought as an owner of a Mercedes you guys would treat me better not just have me throw money at you for no reason. first you wanted to pay $304 just to find where the squeaking from the front driver side was coming from then you try to charge me over $500 for Grease for my brakes. Sad thing is the brakes never had a problem didn't even need to be greased. I kind of happy I went some wear Else to get me car checked.
The overall experience and communication was terrific. Jerry Petitto did an outstanding job of working with me on a terrific deal for my car. He was a true, no pressure, work-for-the customer sales consultant. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Made an Appointment and skinny dude never called back. Took my number and looked at me up and down and judged me they way I dressed. Doesn't stand up to requirements of German engineering and service. I get it you pretend to be busy but be precise and call back when you took the number down.

The service department sucks, another dealership on Northern Blvd., Helms bro excellent the dealership on Long Island Manhasset excellent the dealership in Suffolk County Mercedes-Benz excellent. Every time I ve gone to the service department in Brooklyn it seems to be unorganized. There s no accountability for discrepancies and it almost seems that they don t like the handicap ( advocating on the behalf of a customer) . I hope that they can get it together I drop cars off on the behalf of certain people and every time the customers have complained about the mechanics not doing their job me as a transporter has tried to drop off vehicles and every time there isn t any accountability. Reps act to busy and they don t have an assigne person at the gate. Anyone could just drive in guessing anyone could just go in any car too. They need to improve they really do. The aftercare (service dept) experience needs to be just as good as the car buying experience. They play with people cars as if they re replaceable, the models but certain vehicles have sentimental value treat them as such.
Excellent service by your entire service staff, especially CHRISTINE PULICE. Christine made this particular service call very smooth. Christine should be considered for a promotion or a very large raise if possible.
A few years ago, I went there to buy a Pre-owned E350. Felt in love with the car and purchase it. Afterward, I started to notice things were not right. It was Certified Pre-owned, why does the color of the door don't match when you see it from a different angle. Took it back, the manager was took it and repaint it right. Their sales and service personals are the best. They were warm, friendly, and professional. They always provided me with a loaner when I need the car service. When I wait in the dealership, there is always free food, drinks, and TV to watch. It makes the time go by faster while waiting. I been to other dealerships and there is no comparison. Overall, it's a 5 star dealership. I am giving it a 4 star due to the fact that they didn't have my car truly CFO. Maybe that's why my sales person is no longer there a few months after. I felt like the car was damaged and fixed but wasn't done right. I will give them another chance if they have my type of car, a Cayenne GTS killer.
I traded in my E350 for a Cayenne. Yesterday, I went in for service. No comparison to MB of Brooklyn. I was thinking since Porsche is higher price, the service would be similar or better.
1. No service, no one to greet you. I had to ask and look around. It should be first class service. They should ask if I need a lift to somewhere near by since I'm alone and my car is being fix. 2. No waiting room, no complimentary drink or food. No one offer anything. 3. Unwelcoming feeling, sales people didn't bother to stand up and greet you or ask if you need help. The security guard doesn't even stand, he sits all day and talks to the girls.
You need to dress up to get any attention. I was in Manhattan, went to most of the dealership and same cold feeling of unwanted. Even MB of Manhattan is not as good.
These companies should visit Asia and learn what service is about. You are getting pay to provide service, it's not given.
Most dealerships are poorly managed, a good leader makes a great team.
I am going to write a poor review about all the Manhattan dealership, just to get their attention. We all need to demand better service.

The absolute WORST experience ever!!!! I am outraged, and a very unsatisfied customer. Customer service doesn't matter to Devin Prediger the Service Manager of Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn at 1800 Shore parkway and Michael Haller the sale Rep because they are crooks!!! They took my car, lied and had to quickly get rid of it. Now my car has been sold via auction in Mannheim NJ and I'm extremely mortified by all of this.

Drove off with a Mercedes-benz c300 today. Johnson Lin was trust worthy and fantastic. I was in the market for a new car and had no prior knowledge of how fincancing or leasing worked. Not only was Johnson patient but took his time explaining to me step by step how everything worked and recommended the option that best suited my needs. I am an extremely focused deal (best price) guy on cars. I don't have a strong preference between a comparable Audi, BMW, Lexus or MB, but Tom always wins my business through their aggressive pricing and customer service. Even though I now live in Charlotte, NC, I travel all the way up to Brooklyn to buy all my cars from Tom and MBB.

I personally dealt with Lin Johnson and can only say positive things about him. He was always responsive, gave me updates about the process proactively and whenever I had a question I could call/text him. This experience is the very opposite to what I had with the Manhattan dealership of MB. Although they are much closer to me, they were so rude that I decided to go to Brooklyn and I couldn t be happier with my decision.
Arrived for service at 8am on a Saturday. I was greeted, car was registed and was offered breakfast within 5 minutes. I enjoyed great coffe, watch some news in their lounge, and was done with the service in 30 minutes. Carol, my service rep., was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Worst service experience every time I go. No one seems to help you out the way they should and they are very impatient and constantly trying to charge you for things without authorization. Diagnostic tests are unreasonably priced. Initially they tell you one price, then it constantly keeps going up. Not friendly people they look like they do not want to be there and they could care less about your service

I went there to sell my ml350 with Kelly Blue Book appraisal. the Frontdesk is rude and unprofessional. the sales manager gave the car a quick look and came to me with a ridiculously low-ball offer, 14k for a car with at least 20k appraisal value. and the so called final best offer is 15k. I immediately left. The irony is that then I drove 15 minutes to another dealer and they agreed to match KBB instant cash offer. What an experience!

Update: 6/20/17 Service B1 due, I got another 2017 loaner, almost brand new. Mercedes-Benz Brooklyn is really doing it right!!!! It took them 10 minutes to take my car in and give me the keys so I could be on my way for work. Staff is very friendly ans efficient. plus they got a pretty awesome coffee machine while you wait in the showroom! Love this place :)
Had to get a standard service about 6 months ago. They let me drive a brand new Benz (didn't even have an opportunity to put a sticker on the back haha) because they didn't have loaners available but still accommodated me.. For that reason alone, 5 stars. Thank you!
Dealt with salesman yesterday told him had a deal with another dealership needed answer asap so I could make a decision ask for out the door price at 3 year term, didn't want to bother him every half but midday stop responding to texts and phone calls in the mean time cancelled my deal with other dealership called early evening got hung up on, called back told me the salesman left for the day and sales managers were to busy. Called today to follow up new salesperson said they don't have the car anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I drive a CLS mercedes and just happen to stop by wearing jeans, sneakers and a baseball hat. I'm assuming if you don't look well off or fit their target customer profile, They won't pay you any mind. I walked around the lot for 20 minutes and had to find someone to help me, and even then the fat piglet in a suit looked completely uninterested.

Beware before you commit to anything do your research. Being a new leaser, I was far from knowledgeable and was taken advantage of. A sales person is there to do their job and sale you on any and everything, but you as the buyer must be knowledgeable and look for the best price, rebates, and incentives. Shop around for a better price before committing. Great location and clean but understand they are sales people trying to make a sale and not your friend that is looking out for your best interest.

Sell you a car of your dreams and gives you nothing but excuses and rigged up work that was done by day labor contract employees Not certified Mercedes Benz employees or auto a body shop as promised by Jerry and Jason . I have written contracts and other documents supporting my experience,just the wrost experience of my life . At this point looks like the dealership is leaving me no choice but to take them to court! I work as law enforcement offers Iam pretty good at detecting scammers but they got me at this point !!!
Bentley is a great car sales man, listens to customers and responds quickly. A+ Jonathan helped us with the financing and walked us through the process very professionally. Bentley/Jonathan also assisted with the out-of-state registration as well, cannot wait to receive the new registration and license plates soon!!!
Terrible!!! Bunch of liers, trying to get money anyway they can. EVEN if that means charging you for things that you don't have to pay for. Like unnecessary labor charges. Thank God, I left there and went to sliver star Benz in queens. Half the price for the same ordered part. Better service and next day shipping.

Update - a happy ending after all! My wife and I met with Mr. Noce and we picked up our new C300 today. I must say that today's experience was excellent. We got a great price on the car and we were treated to a thorough review of the car and had very pleasant dealings with Tim from finance. We couldn't have expected more from this experience.
Went to this dealership in January. Had a good experience and nice test drive. Salesperson told us he would call us after MLK weekend with best offer. Never called and didn't return THREE calls. Went back to dealership (it's convenient) to speak with manager and perhaps purchase a car. He was very concerned about us not getting call back and told us he'd give us his best salesperson. Met with that person who really didn't know the options on the car we were looking at (so what does the sport package include?). We had to look it up in the brochure to show him to confirm. Anyway, he tells us a price. Hmmm...a little out of our range. Can you do better? He walks around the dealership for a minute and comes back and says no, that's our best offer. Really? Who takes the first offer??? No negotiation at all? It wasn't a great price based on our research. I subsequently contacted a leasing company who can provide the same car at $40 less/ month. Perhaps we aren't the MB type of customer? Not sure why they didn't take us seriously. I mean, we did have our BMW in the parking lot and told them we're considering mb for a replacement.I guess we aren't the MB type of customer. Going back to BMW dealer. What a waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst service ever. My husband took his Mercedes Metris for repair, there was a problem with warning system, but it worked partially. They kept car and told that would call him in two days to go and pick up the car, but they never called. We were calling them, because it s my husband s car for job and we lost a lot of money, because he didn t work those days, but we were being told that it s not ready and we should wait for their call. After waiting 4 days my husband went there and was told that they were not able to fix it. When my husband took it he noticed that now the warning system doesn t work at all. Beside this they destroyed parking assistance too. I don t know what they did with the car, I think they assembled it improperly, because the parking assistance worked before!!! And they are telling that they are not able to repair what they destroyed!!!! Never go to these people!!!
I recently purchased a used 2016 Honda Accord Coupe. I searched many autos for sale web sites to find this car, and low and behold I was alerted that Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn NY had taken this car in as a trade.
My salesman Jason R. was the best! He is very professional, but down to earth with no pushy sales tactics. Both he and I knew this car was for me so he made the entire process go seemingly easy. I was also very pleased with the entire staff with their quality and efficiency to make my car buying experience a happy one.

Stay away from their service department as they are bunch of crooks trying to rip people off. I had an appointment with them to get B9 service done and the car battery replacement, there service advisor told me that it would cost me $ 2300 plus tax to get the service done. I got out of there as fast as I could and called the other Mercedes service location and got everything done for 950 plus tax. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never go to Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn again. I am warning everybody to call different locations before handing any money over to these crooks.
My first experience on leasing a car and it went better than I expected. I had little to no knowledge on leasing/financing terms for a car but I was recommended to look for Johnson Lin and he was phenomenal.
