I've been a customer of MBOB for the past four years. My advisor is Carol Morin. On my last visit (6/23/14) Carol was on vacation. Instead, I was scheduled to see another advisor, Stephanie Lopez. Carol always provides EXCELLENT service. She takes time to explain my options and suggest service alternatives. She's always pleasant, knowledgeable and greets me with a smile. The added bonus is when she directs me to the lounge area to grab a bite to eat (FOODIE) lol. Ms. Lopez extended the SAME service and demeanor as if I'd been her client for years. I thank you BOTH for your TIME and PROFESSIONALISM!!!
