STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They GLUED my headlight washer cover down after a front bumper repair in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. (These covers open after your wash your windshield hence its virtually impossible to tell if both are working while driving).

I brought in my CPO for a front bumper repair. They rewired my parking sensors, led day-time running lights and headlight covers at my own expense. I was satisfied with their work originally, however after driving a few miles, a headlight washer cover fell out of place and set off several parking sensors. This STEALERSHIP has the audacity to tell me my CPO was sold to me with an already glued down non-functional headlight washer cover and that they did NOT notice the non-functional cover despite having to take the entire front bumper, parking sensors, led-daytime running lights and headlight covers off during the initial repair.

Had this piece been damaged prior to service in the first place, why wasn't I notified during the initial bumper repair since the entire front assembly was off in the first place?

Several calls to Devin Prediger who apparently is a Service Manager were unreturned despite leaving several voicemails. Stay far away from this Stealership and everything they have to offer/sell/repair even if its covered under warranty. They have ZERO FIDELITY.

I had a great experience when I took my car in to be repaired. I was greeted and my car was serviced immediately and quickly. My service advisor, John Denice, was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

I am a tough critic. I give this dealer the high marks due to the exceptional service and overall experience I had for my purchase, and, continue to have for service. Besides this review, I've told all my friends and coworkers about the extraordinary service and the quality of the people with whom you will work with over at MB of Brooklyn. Sonny put me in the exact car I wanted and worked with me to help me get a REALLY good deal. Sonny is a good guy and I'd recommend him to anyone, when I go to the dealer for car washes he always makes a point to say hello and talk a bit. His colleague Lou looked over my deal when I decided to make it a one-pay lease and he confirmed that everything was set up right, he is also a very knowledgeable guy who I'd be happy to recommend. Steve (Slava) explained the differences between the one-pay and the monthly lease, another of the great people I dealt with while there. The salesman and managers with whom I DID NOT work with were also extremely friendly, I think that MB of Brooklyn only hires good people! There is definitely a culture of excellence in this dealership and it shows in the quality of service. Anyone considering a Mercedes-Benz and lives within 300 miles of this place should seriously consider going there, while that may sound dramatic, I know the value of working with a quality dealership.

I had the BEST experience at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. I'd been searching for the perfect car and with my experience speaking with Jerry Petito for a few weeks, I decided to drive all the way from Boston to Brooklyn in order to see the car. Jerry and the entire team at Mercedes Benz were AMAZING!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the general manager who knew my name, knew where I was coming from and knew who I was meeting. They gave me free pizza, water and constantly made sure I was okay.

I was there from 1pm-6:30pm working with the RMV of Mass (they have a complicated system), the banks, the trade in for my car. The added time wasn't their fault but they COMPLETELY made sure I felt at home and I was making the best decision. The team really worked hard to provide me with a quality experience and JERRY IS THE BEST!!! If you are purchasing a new car, used car, trading in a car (ANYTHING) you should definitely go to see Jerry! It was the best experience!! Thank you all so much for your help (Jasmine with delivery gave me a great tour of the car, showed me how to use everything inside, answered all of my questions and made me feel great about the purchase. She even took a few pictures of me with the car). Everyone, down to the front desk staff, really made this a great experience.

I'd refer anyone to see them! Go see Jerry!!!!!

This dealership has the worst service ever. Walked him with my husband with the greatest intention to test drive and lease a car he already has in mind. No one in this damn place walked up to ask us if we needed any help at all. Do all your sales associate just sit by their desks and wait for people to just walk up? I'd rather go all the way to queens for better service than here even though it's just a five minute drive away from me! P.S. Audi had WAYYYY better service than this crappy place.

I have never been more insulted and offended with ...

I have never been more insulted and offended with any type of business like this. I took my car in for a check engine light the first time and they denied me a loaner and said it won't be available until the next day. This is after the fact an appointment was made from a week ago. The next day I received a loaner. It took them 2 weeks to fix the problem on my BRAND NEW vehicle. When I returned the loaner, they claimed after 2 weeks that the windshield was cracked and they charged my card 2,000 dollars. The driver who dropped off my vehicle drove off with stating everything was okay at that time. MR. MUHLER, THE SERVICE MANAGER was extremely rude and nasty with me on the phone stating " I HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN". They can not be trusted and THEY MAKE FAKE ACCUSATIONS!!! THIS SINGLE PERSON, WHO REPRESENTS MERCEDES JUST MADE ME NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY A MERCEDES.

For oil change I was charged $ 1000 (Thieves ) And when I asked to update the software so that I could control the vehicle through the app, they told me that I must go to the seller I bought the vehicle from because they do not have access, I called Mercedes dealer in Manhattan And they told me to come and we will update the software on your 2013 CLS 550 for free And I didn't even buy the car from them. This dealer charges really expensive prices for no reason, to replace engine oil and charge me $ 1000 dollars it makes no sense and it's cheating, I do not recommend this dealer at all!!!!

Monday I took my new 2015 GL-class to do the oil change and to do Service A at Mercedes Benz dealer ship, they hold the car for four days, I came back Thursday evening to pick up the car, I found 5 scratches all around the car, they told me they have to check out the paper work and talk to the supervisor. And now I'm waiting for the supervisor to call me.

Brought my G550 2017 . My door showed open and wouldn't lock they said that damages where caused by foul play or that I had kicked or tried kicking the door open ! Gave them the car in mint condition note I baought the car 2 weeks ago they didn't wanna check the inside until they'd charge me 314 dollars I spoke with pat the manager he said there's nothing I could do I bring the car to another merceds dealer ship they said the warranty covers it no problem . I will never shop mb ever again I have over 400k worth or mb cars leased every 3 years I can tell you this never again will I ever lease a mb ever again ! How does a brand new door malfunction like this and not coverd under warranty they are a bunch of scammers out to make a few extra dollars ! Be ware never drop your car off here

I stopped at the Mercedes dealership for a test drive and got back home with new shinny ML 350. Tom Trella managed to bring price as low as possible and meet my crazy demands.

He is straight-forward person and his integrity is exceptional. If you are like me hate sales tricks and lies, Tom is your guy. I was not forced to buy or feel pressured. We took few cars for a test drive, then Tom explained the logic behind car pricing and option's cost and we went over the official web site and true car prices.

We worked on a price and Tom did finished the whole process in just few hours and thats include the time its takes to run to the bank to get a check!

In short, this dealership is fantastic. Tom is honest and very professional. Cars are awesome. So don't wait much, life is short - get your Mercedes now.

Completely unprofessional. Came here with my girlfriend with 100% intention of buying a glc 43 amg. We walked in and nobody even greeted us. There was not a single customer in the store and tons of sales people. And instead of being helpful the sales people would just just look at us and walk away or pretend like they are busy. Maybe cause I look young? Or I was dressed not so elegantly. But if I m paying or atleast trying to pay for a 70-80 thousand dollar car, I expect some sort of customer service. But Its ok, my new Range Rover is great!

EXCELLENT Leasing EXPERIENCE!!
To be honest, I normally deal with leasing companies. This time I thought why not give MB of brooklyn a shot.
So I visited the dealership, met Jesse Straus and immediately felt very comfortable. No pushy salesman feel, no pressure, he was just there to answer my questions and Assist me with my needs. When I was ready a few weeks later I returned and leased a GLS450 in the colors I wanted with the options I wanted all at a GREAT PRICE.
I left the dealership tonight with my new car feeling extremely content.
I highly recommend MB of Brooklyn!

I had a horrible experience today at this Mercedes dealership. I leased a brand new 2017 GLE in the middle of January and was so excited for my first Mercedes vehicle. After a few weeks I noticed that things were going wrong with the car like the electric automatic mirrors sometimes didn't move and the reflection of the Merced symbol when locking the car would not light up. When one of the front windshield wipes fell off I knew this is real. I thought it could be from the freezing cold weather and would go back to normal after but things are not going back to normal.
I took my car to the dealership today to get it checked out and they admitted that the car has problems. After I requested that I change vehicles and get a brand new car they flipped out and said absolutely not that's not possible. I was really upset since a brand new car should not be having issues and I don't feel comfortable driving it anymore. I started videoing the reps and they got really nasty and threw me out of the dealership. This is so despicable and a huge disgrace to Mercedes Benz after my initial good feeling about them back in January. I felt so degraded after did do F my hard earned money on this car. I hope this place reads this review and will make amends.
Future clients beware and make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing and frankly go to a different company for high end cars.

I hated the experience, never again will I set foot in that establishment. They used "bait-and-switch" tactic i didn't appreciate. After some back and forth negotiations we made a deal, salesmen stated they would match the quote from the competitor. When i return to pick up the car @ 5pm, i found out that the deal went up by $1000. No, didn't find that out @ 5pm upon my arrival, they finally told me that after i was handed the keys, received training, and even programmed my phone into the car @ 8pm upon closing. In my mind this is in best traditions of shady "stealerships".

If I could give them zero stars I would! Lies lies and more lies. They do not stand behind the used cars they sell. The used car maganager is a clown! I have purchased from other Mercedes dealers in NJ and none were as unprofessional as Brooklyn Mercedes. I was told if anything was wrong with the vehicle to bring it back, took the car back the day after I purchased and was told if I wanted it fixed to buy a warranty for $3500+ not a way to get return customers.

the worst mercedes benz dealer of of them all. Truly poor customer service from the moment we purchased a car down to the service. From havinga rude finance manager who insisted and continued to persuade us to get the tire package. Service department isnt as bad as it can be. Mohammad is just clearly not a competent service advisor - any time we went for service he assumed and insinuated that we mustve done something to the car...he would tel us it would be ready tomorrow and that would just so happen to be his day off. Jerry from Sales is anazing and actually cares about his clients, as well as Frank...those were the only two who actually know what and how they re doing it.

I love the dealership's concern with your time by providing you a loaner. That is the best! Keisha my sales representative was extremely professional, nice, warm and had such an upbeat and energetic attitude she made me feel like I was more of a friend and not just another customer. Told me it was a separate issue and wanted to charge $350 just to look. I instead took to local mechanic and they fixed the issue. Gas cap wasn't closed properly. Saved myself $. Take your car there if you like getting ripped off and getting horrible service.

Mario Castelli is nothing but a cut above when it comes to salesmanship. He was courteous, calm, resourceful, and professional. I will recommend my friends, my family, and my coworkers to Mercedes Benz of brooklyn because of the exhilarating experience we had dealing with Mario Castelli. It was not an easy deal and we were not really ready mentally to pull away in a 450 GL out of a lot filled with beautiful cars. Our sight were set on a Range Rover and we were somewhat disappointed that 2014 RR Sports was not available. In a stroke of genius I decided to stop by Mercedes Benz in brooklyn and we got paired with Super Mario the Wonder Salesman. The rest is for the history books because Super Mario made it happen in less than 48 hours. When it comes to closing a deal, Super Mario was so smooth and so knowledgeable that I highly recommend him to his immediate supervisor and Chief Operating Officer for a training position where he would work with struggling starting out salemen. From the minute we walked into the inventory parking lot my husband and I were greeted by the most professional and might I add "stylish" Gentleman/Salesman, Jerry Petitto. It was all smooth riding from there.. he was amazing! asked us a few questions and took us to the vehicle we were interested in and informed us on all the up's on the vehicle. From the luxurious interior design to all the special features and even explained on how the vehicle is built and how it protects driver & passenger in case of impact. He explained the difference between a non-certified and a certified vehicle and the importance of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz at a MB Dealer. Never did we feel pressured to purchase and yes a confidence and certainty that I was at the right place. We were greeted with smiles and professional people inside the showcase room, offered coffee/water, after Jerry was done explaining and answering all our questions, he gave us time to think things over...... and few hours later, my husband and I were owners of a classy 2017 MB 2Dr Coupe. This is the place to go to purchase your MB. I will be back for my next one. Hope to see Jerry Petitto there!

Scheduling my service appointment over the phone was easy & took less than a minute. Joseph Modica greeted me (at 8am...), very friendly & professional. Explained the service they were going to perform & I asked about what the maintenance costs and scope of work would be not only today, but for the remaining 2 years of my lease and he detailed everything. Now I know exactly what to expect. I still think $249 is one hell of an expensive oil change for today but it's a Mercedes, not a Hyundai so i'll be quiet now... However, since it only needs to be serviced once a year guess it's actually pretty good. Free breakfast & Red Bull in the lounge was nice (remember, it's 8am) and I brought the car in filthy from the snow & salt & it was returned cleaned inside & out all within 2 hours.

Horrible experience, will never go back. I was emailed by MB of Brooklyn the AD with "50% OFF for ANY Service" coupon. I normally go to Rally Mercedes on Northern Blvd and very happy with their service, but decided to give MB of Brooklyn a shot. When I arrived at MB of Brooklyn I spoke with Moe and explained to him that I would like an Oil Change. When I informed him that I will be using the coupon that they sent me, Moe printed out the Coupon and told me that they will not honor it because Oil Change is not a Service!!!! I asked him to confer with his manager and he told me that manager stated the same thing. Since when Oil Change is not a service??? Its a perfect example of the False Advertisement(Bait and Switch) and I will never deal with them again.
P.S. I called MB of USA and informed them of circumstances. When they spoke with representative Moe, he lied that coupon was only for "Annual Service" even though it clearly states "ANY Service", but I emailed the same coupon to MB of USA to prove the incompetence and lack of customer service at MB of Brooklyn.

Response to the owner (11/14/2017). Coupon was emailed to me, it was not listed on your website. And it states: "Any Service" and does not mention anything in regards to the scheduled service. I can email you the copy of that coupon or ask your employee Moe, because I emailed him the copy when I was at your dealership. And once again, it does say "Any Service"!!!

Update 06/06/2020 BAD SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE

30K A service - AGAIN felt uncomfortable because service advisor talk to you like you are out of this world. The guy feel confused not even know what date was today, ask you for a $1000 bet on a technical matter, his phone takes only voice mail while you are there waiting for your car, ask for something and he blames on you that you had to know before service was done but after you received your work order copy.

I purchased a car here on april 3 2018 it was a e350 4 matic very nice compared to what i had.although upon inspection during the time i had it which was about 10 days i noticed that the back seat seemed to be tampered with i also noticed that there was a thick red cable as well which to my knowledge would be a power cable for bass or stereo and the passenger pillar had a big water spot i had to meet with a manager who gave me a hard time and said i bought the car used it only had 37k miles and that it was my reponsibility to look at the car even though it said i was buying cosmeticaly as it not mechanically.after going back and forth with tge manager trying to plead my case ge proceeded to talk it over with the used car manager as if he new i was right the whole time and was just hoping i left and just took the problems with me not to mention i havent even owned the car for 20 days.and when i call for an update its always the same reply we are taking a look at it car has been in the shop for 10 days now not sure what they claim to be looking at. BUYERS BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE

The service advisor Christine Pulice accepted the promotional coupon for the diagnostic. At the time of payment, stated that it's only valid on repair. How can people cheat and lie directly baffles me. Anyway, I've taken this matter to court and the hearing will be on Sept 10 2019. I will never enter this dealership again.

I had serviced my car recently and after bringing it home, next day another thing had to be fixed. No one realized that while fixing my car the 1st time....iam in lack for words how bad the mechanic can be if he did not notice that. Now after a 2nd repair some thing else came up but Iam no longer trusting this dealership, I will bring it to another one. I remember when i first got a car there , quite a few years ago, the dealership was great, regarding buying or servicing a vehicle. Lately, i will trust more to take the car to a veryfied regular mechanic not a Mercedes one. I see all great reviews for purchasing a new car...of course they are great, they will love you when you come purchase or finance a new car. When it comes to fixing a few year old Mercedes, its another story. It seems that the cars are not well made anymore or the mechanics do not know what they are doing.

The service department is somewhat in disarray as building renovations continue, but the people who provide the service at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn---both those whom customers deal with directly and those who work on the cars behind the scenes---are quality representatives of and service providers for a fine product. I was treated well and my car got the service it needed----but only what was needed.

I wrote a much longer review on Yelp if anyone is interested in the details, but the bottom line is that I bought a certified preowned C300 from a PA dealership, but have brought my car to the Brooklyn dealership twice for repairs. Both times I showed up without an appointment and yet I was greeted quickly and professionally, and my repairs were taken care of. The first repair was cosmetic, and something the PA dealership should have taken care of before selling me the car. Brooklyn had it repaired and looking like new in an hour and also took care of my NY state inspection while I was there. The second repair was an unexpected and unacceptable mechanical problem in my opinion, given that this was a certified pre-owned car I'd only owned for 2 months. Again I showed up with no appointment and no reservation for a loaner car, but Mr. Bin Chen in the service department was extremely helpful in addressing the problem and securing a loaner car for me, which I was initially told they couldn't give me (not their fault, since I had not made an appointment). Left the car and the next day was told the repair would cost me $200. They had the car fixed within a few hours of informing me of the problem, and when I went to pick up my car, Brooklyn Mercedes had decided to only charge me for the part not covered by warranty, and to waive the labor charges. I assume this had to do with the fact that I'd only purchased this car 2 months ago and it was supposed to have been thoroughly inspected and certified. Nevertheless, I hadn't bought the car from Brooklyn Mercedes, so they had no obligation to discount the repair. All said and done, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership, and I especially appreciate that they do not treat me any differently with my older model C300 than they do the guys driving around $100K cars. Thank you, Brooklyn Mercedes!

Instead of keeping me waiting John Denice stepped ...

Instead of keeping me waiting John Denice stepped in and had my car handled in a jiffy! He made everything easy and they even set me up with the rewards plan than ended up in my paying $0 for the replacement of a minor lamp bulb - very satisfied customer! Loving the mercedes benz of Brooklyn!

I am disappointed with this location' s service pr...

I am disappointed with this location' s service practices. They over charge ridiculous and I left my umbrella in a loaner and that is my fault but I would expect them to have the decency to remove said item and put it to the side. I contacted the dealership within less than 24 hrs to inquire about my umbrella which was a gift and spoke to Mr.Bin Chen. I was also informed that the loaner I had was not given back out. With that said there is dishonest behavior going on with one of the employees. They move to their own beat of the drum. This site is obviously not moving to the beat of Mercedes-Benz ethics wise.

I was having an issue with my vehicle and I called last minute in worry and was able to have the privilege of having Marian Luke as my service advisor. She kept me updated from beginning to end i picked my car up freshly cleaned!!! If you happen to stop by their service center ask for Marian!

Do not come to this dealership for service.

I would like to complain as a young girl that has been lied to by their mechanics and their service men. I have had to arrange for tow service, alone with my car, twice this week- because of their misguidance , dishonesty, and astronomical over-pricing.

An annual maintenance check is required by our manufacturer to be done at Mercedes Benz dealerships. This is a full car checkup that is not due to a specific problem, just a way to make sure that everything is functioning and touched up. Well this dealership charged me $1200 and then our car would not start within 1 month! I brought it back to the dealership and 5 hours later they ran a diagnostic saying that it was just the battery and wanted to charge me $500. I then declined, because even as a car novice, I knew that the battery could not be the issue. AAA battery support then assisted me and said that my battery was completely fine. This meant that the dealership had lied to me that the battery was the issue, was going to over-charge me, and also did not resolve the issue. Needless to say, my car did not start again the next day. I had to tow it again to a different mechanic. I cannot believe that I had to tow my car twice and was equally stranded because of their incompetency. I am a young girl and it just felt like they were taking advantage of that with charging 75% more than independent shops, and not resolving the issue and therefore placing me in very difficult and potentially dangerous situations.

The amount of time I been inconvenienced with having to have my car towed, relocated, and serviced is not acceptable. I would also like to mention that the two times I have my car serviced at this dealership, I had to wait all day- at least 5 hours in the waiting room.

Also the service representatives that work specifically on your car are unreachable. If you ever need to be in contact with them directly to talk about issues- the receptionist will ALWAYS say that they are not at their desk and will call you back- and they do not. I tried the same technique for a manager, and I also received the same response- which must mean that it is a strategy because they do not provide you with their phone numbers at any point during the inspection.

Also, one thing that I found disturbing was that when I was standing near the receptionist- I overheard that she was talking to a customer that wanted her battery replaced on her keys. She told her that they were closing and that she could not get a battery until after the weekend. Then after she hung up, she started laughing and said that all you have to do is go to a general store to get batteries.

I would not recommend this as a service center. Please look elsewhere- it is a dishonest group of people. This is also my first time writing a review- I feel very passionate about warning others of this.

I mean after this experience with the Benz dealer I will always buy my car there beautiful customer service nice people outstanding communication by the way everybody in effective I mean very professional the services guys outstanding job in my car the same representative outstanding as well manager I have a very good experience with every body there they nice very helpful in anything I recommend that for people to take they car to the Benz dealership in Brooklyn outstanding customer services thank you guy for the services in my car I never have that kind of service before in any such dealership before I had a Tahoe was not the same service at they center proudly to deal with yeah guys thanks again
