This dealership is unlike any other I have done business with (and I've bought a lot of cars). From the moment we walked in, my wife and I were greeted by a friendly, smiling face and made to feel very comfortable. we were offered a complimentary beverage while we waited for our salesman to greet us. Steven Shlayan, was one of the best sales reps we have ever worked with! He was patient, low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the cars (we visited other dealers where I knew more than they did about their products!). He took my wife and I on several test drives and actually cared to know about our experience driving each car. The pricing we were offered was very competitive with other dealers we visited, but the purchasing experience was truly first-class! the facility is clean and the staff is very friendly, the complimentary food and snacks in the cafe are a nice touch as well. We are very happy with our new E-class and thrilled with the overall experience at MB of Brooklyn. Definitely worth the trip!!
