My experience was great here. The minute walking in the door i was treated with great attentive care. Dawn Morris is by far the best sales rep I have ever delt with in all my years of buying cars. She made my experience getting into a new car extremely easy and effortless. Straight to the point with prices and no back and forth games. Everything you wish to experience when walking into a dealership. I will be recommending all friends and family and anyone else to shop with Mercedes of Brooklyn and especially with Dawn. I am very happy with my car and the service I was provided.
