In 30 years living in this area I have dealt with a lot of different dealerships. This is the only one I feel completely at ease with. I have dealt with the new care sales manager, the service manger, the collision repair manager and the General Manager and all were customer service oriented and impressed as straight talking honest individuals. I recommend this dealership at every opportunity.
Always pleasant and professional Tim and Michael really went above and beyond to make my experience buying the 300 coupe. So I would recommend anyone that wants to buy a Mercedes they should go to Arlington of Virginia to make they purchase.

I needed a battery for my 2004 Mercedes-Benz so I went to a battery store. I was quoted a price that I thought was high, so I decided to go to my Dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. I was met by my service representative, Kit Cross. He told me they had a battery and quoted the price. The price was $200 less than the battery store. I was on my way home in about an hour. I learned if I have any problem with my Benz, I need to go straight to Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. I will save time and money
Mercedes-Benz Arlington found the exact vehicle I was looking for, in the right color combination. They spent the time and effort to find it when no one else would. I'm very pleased with my new SUV, and the whole buying experience was a pleasure.
I purchased my used 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD from The Premium Outlet by American Service Center down the street from Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. They gave me a great deal with pain-free haggling. When I returned my vehicle for inspection, I was told it would be detailed, but it was just your standard wash and cleaning. But nothing too big to complain about. Overall, it was a very quick and a good experience.
I can always trust the work recommended as being necessary. I get honest answers about what can wait and why. I have had my car serviced there for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz of Arlington!

These guys are great! If you want to get spammed, and telemarketer calls, and junk mail...FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. I have asked them repeatedly to please stop calling, emailing and texting me. I have moved to Texas. I'm no longer in the area and have not been for 7 years, to bring my car in for service! I repeatedly get junk mail, emails, and now I just got a Robo-call asking me to bring in my car for service. 7 years later! The few service appointments that I had there were not good, they were not efficient, everybody wears a big smile and offers you coffee, but they are inapt, don't run on time, and do sloppy work. I would run screaming from this dealership if I was you.
My husband. And I had a very good experience. With Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. The service was Great, but what was done to him is unforgivable, My husband is a honest man & I gladly stand by his side. Until the day of 8/23/19, we pick our car up , from being repaired, due to the 5 star review, we decided to take our SLC43 /AMG back where we bought it. Little did we know, that their is a bigger dent on the driver's door panel & it was not noticed until he got out of the car to get gas. Now mind you. this is a 3-hour drive to pick up a vehicle after being rushed to get back in it, you know you're supposed to be experienced , now I feel as if he's being ignored and no one is returning a phone call. I felt as if something was wrong when we picked it up , normally they do a walk around with you so you can see that everything was done but NO, it was like it was brought around the building the door was open we got in we left. This had to of happened before the time of pick up. It was strange to me why no one did the walk-around . We have two other vehicles that are well taken care of and , Glenn , deserves better this is for my husband, Glenn Drew

Usually very good service but experienced a lapse in service "information" during my past visit for maintenance. Information that I as a customer should have been provided was not shared timely, and likely would not have been shared without a minor incident and discussion during my service visit. I was not informed about the new vehicle pick-up/drop-off service offered to warranty customers. It was only when I was threatened to have to pay for a rental car at the end of the "Friday" leading up to Labor Day. I had a loaner and was given 2 hours at the end of the day to pick up my car on that Friday or risk paying for the loaner over the weekend; a loaner I did not need, I have multiply MBenz vehicles. Pick-up/drop-off service should have been offered to me when I called to make my appointment. Otherwise, the service rep (Hugh) was professional and courteous. Thanks for lilstening.

MB of Arlington always takes outstanding care of my car. My service representative, Dan Moreau, is exceptional. On my most recent visit, not only extensive maintenance was performed but I was very pleased that a minor piece of Chrome and related damage could be corrected at the same visit. Bravo!

the service depart is outstanding. Im not a big fan of the sales department. Im not sure if i would buy a car from them but i have serviced my Mercedes there and they took good care of me. They have great loaner car program. Your car is always clean and detailed when the service is done. The roadside service is also awesome.
I dropped the car off for B Service and a rattle and the glove box. While the wait was a bit excessive (nearly 3 hours), both issues were addressed and there were no surprises with the bill.

Terrific service. Went in with my head hanging down after hitting a trash can and damaging the car's passengers side. The service rep was efficient, courteous, and have me confidence that it wasn't so bad. And he worked out the repair order so I was only paying for the important pieces, reusing what he could. Parts were ordered, came in on schedule, and I was able to wait while repairs were made. Satisfied customer. Hope not be be back, but would go there without hesitation if necessary.

This was, far and away, the best car buying experience I've had. I grew up in Brooklyn NY and come from humble beginnings. Everything I've done in my life has been related to service. Service to my friends, service to my family, and service to my country. It's rare in life that I've made any decisions thinking about myself and what makes me happy because what has made me happy and still does is serving others that I care about. I was concerned about making a financial decision that seemed out of the norm for me and spoke with my wife, mom, friends, and certain family members about making a decision to get into a luxury vehicle like Mercedes Benz. I was specifically interested in this company because I felt like I could enjoy a vehicle with them without being to flashy and being a little more on the classy side. After getting advice from my wife and mom and being told by the two I care about most that after service to everyone but myself I deserve something like this I decided to move forward. I my class at GWU on a rainy Saturday and walked into the closest Mercedes Benz dealership near me to get advice. I'm a very direct and to the point person that wishes not to waste anyone's time or have mine wasted because it's the only thing in life you can't buy back. I was completely honest and up front about issues I've had in the past with previous dealerships in regards to leasing or buying. I'm also a family man that didnt wish to break the bank incase of a rainy day, which in my life has been many. I met Frank and gave him all the information up front. He bent over backwards to help me and really appreciated the hard work and service I've put in. After we spoke and he gave his recommendations Mike the finance guy worked with me even more. They were both relatable and down to earth which is something I didnt expect. I felt like maybe I was out of place in this company with my background. They explained to me that coming into this community is like joining a car family. They met my needs quickly and to the point and went above and beyond. Most importantly they made me feel comfortable. I feel blessed to have not only gained the vehicle which makes me feel good but to have made new friends which I will continue to recommend. From a veteran who grew up without much to a working man who maintains his dignity and remains humble but drives happily in a vehicle I'd never imagine that would be for me and my family

Proud owner of a new AMG C63S. Total pleasure working with Omar to find the perfect car for me and my family. 4 door sedan for the kids, the luxury ride and interior suits my wife, and my mid-life crisis is under the hood. I mainly got it for the free car washes at MB of Arlington. Omar, we are going to become best friends - I will be bringing the kids monthly for the car washes and the free cookies in the waiting area!
The problem with the brakes was not fixed. Mercedes Services claim that for an $80K car having squeaky brakes is normal. I really do not agree with that. This is the third time in less than 12K miles since I bought the car that I have taken it to service to get fixed. Still I have squeaky brakes, not good.

I have to say that the prices are definitely above average when it comes to cost of repairs or maintenance. However, the work gets done the right away and I m happy with the outcomes.
If only the prices would be more reasonable I would bring my car here for everything else.

I recently had a routine service with MB Arlington. I had the best experience ever with doing the (mundane) task of maintaining my car. George Ayoub, my service rep, was wonderful. He was so helpful and professional and made this a really great experience. In addition, someone had backed into my car and left damage, but they were able to buff out the damage with no additional charge. And a bonus, my ankle was broken so I couldn't walk very well, so George called up the shuttle to take me home and pick me up while my car was getting serviced. Now THAT is great service. It reminded me of one of the reasons I bought a Mercedes in the first place. Being treated like a queen.

Paul Tchong was excellent - I was able to cut to the chase and get a fair price on vehicle very quickly. Paul went above and beyond to source a difficult to find vehicle as well.
Overall, very positive. My family has bought multiple cars from AMS. My lease was ending, and Shelton and the team did a very good job in terms of finding a car I wanted and making it work financially. Overall, the experience was very positive. I will be a repeat customer, and recommend AMS to others.

Expeditious and easy purchase of my second Benz. Camron, Assistant Retail Manager, is an awesome and well informed liaison with great customer service, followup and attention to detail. I informed him what I wanted, wanted to pay and he worked hard to get me what I wanted. Carl, Senior Business Manager, worked magic on the financial end. Working with these guys made my decision to stay in the MB family a piece of cake, and well worth it!
Like many others here, Omar Siddiq was wonderful and I would highly recommend him. In my experience, Omar made sure I was able to get the car I wanted, even when it wasn't already on the lot. He understood what was important to me, in terms of options and features, and he made sure to find the right car. He also answered all my questions - and questions - and more questions. I was impressed with his straightforwardness, his conscientiousness, and his reliability. I'm not a "car" person, so buying a new car is full of mystery - Omar helped make it easy.

The service I received on my leased Mercedes Benz was exceptional. My service representative kept me fully informed of progress on the service and went out of his way to point out and correct a defect on a rack system I had installed. All around it was a pleasant experience.
The employee I dealt with at the parts department was rude, condescending, & made me feel worthless. I bought 2 brand new cars from there in CASH (approx. $140,000). They need to realize where their paychecks are REALLY coming from; the paying customers. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN & I WILL SPREAD THE WORD THAT THERE ARE VERY UNHAPPY & UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES THERE. I was so angry & upset when I left that it nearly ruined my day.
Everybody at this dealership was first class. I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes at a reasonable price. The sales associate (JT) was professional, knowledgeable, and not overbearing. After buying the car, there were a few items that did not meet the certified criteria. The response from the service staff (Hal and Kit) was exceptional. I was not in need of the vehicle so the additional time spent on the car was not an inconvenience to me. The enterprise staff was courteous, the rental car was at the dealership and the drop off was only 1 block away. They corrected the problems.
I was referred by a MBUSA employee to do my car purchase through MB of Arlington a few years ago and I did not make a mistake. No matter when I drop my car off for a quick check up, service or regular inspection (with or without a scheduled appointment), I receive a tremendous service. My service advisor, Kit Cross, has done a great job so far and I hope this continues in the future. The entire team from sales, finance to service department is very professional and treats customers respectfully.

I will state simply the facts and will try to be as objective as possible although it was an extremely disappointing experience to say the least. I took my c300 in for a state inspection only to find out that supposedly my car needed a power steering belt and all new engine mounts, and that these services would total over $2,400.00. In addition, they stated they would not pass it unless these items were taken care of today (2.23.2019). I tell them that the steering wheel is extremely smooth and that I had changed all my belts roughly 6 months ago. They tell me to nevermind this issue and that the more pressing concern were the engine mounts. I tell them that the car never rattles, nor when switching gears does it kick. At this point due to the power steering issue I was highly skeptical especially of their method of sort of holding me hostage to get the services done. Anyways, I smiled and simply left. I took it to a mechanic down the road for a second opinion. Suffices to say that the assessment of this other mechanic was that the mounts were in good condition. Later, I then proceeded to go to another place for the inspection. The inspecting mechanic looked at the supposed issues and also concluded the mounts were in good shape and that the belts looked new; at which point I pointed out to him that they had been changed roughly 6 months ago. So, objectively speaking, my experience was horrible. I've taken my c300 to mercedes of arlington several times before for oil changes and those were great experiences; however, after this episode this will be the last time I ever go there. To all those reading this, please beware of these predatory tactics from this dealer. Best of luck...

GO TO MERCEDES of TYSONS CORNER WHERE THEY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HAVE THE ABILITY AND/OR INTEREST TO WORK A DEAL! Spoke to the online sales manager over the phone about leasing a new E coupe. I provided him all of my details (trade-in VIN, money down, payment range, etc) and asked him repeatedly if he could make the deal work before I waste my time coming to the dealership. After receiving assurance (pending my trade in is in good condition), I proceeded to visit the the dealership. Upon arrival, he confirmed my trade-in value was of that mentioned on the phone and then proceeded to drop me off to the finance guy. The finance guy started the conversation saying, we can t meet your terms (not even close) . I proceeded to inquire why the online sales manager told me otherwise when he had all of my numbers ahead of time! I decided to leave and the online sales manager didn t even have the respect to apologize or even say goodbye. Bad customer service!!! I immediately left and went to Mercedes of Tyson s Corner. I provided Mercedes of Tyson Corner the same information over the phone and they assured me a sale with my terms. I walked away the same day with the exact car under my terms! Don t waste people s time! GO TO MERCEDES of TYSONS CORNER WHERE THEY DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HAVE THE ABILITY AND/OR INTEREST TO WORK A DEAL!
