I worked with Frank Namin to purchase my 2018 GLE 350. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Frank did not waste my time with negotiation games and tactics. He understood what I wanted and needed and what was important to me. We started over the phone and within an hour we had a deal and I was coming into the dealership within a few days to drop off my lease and pick up my new vehicle. When I met Frank I feel as though I was in great hands, he took care of EVERYTHING!!! Frank ensured that I was in touch with a Service Manager when I am ready for my service appointments. Even after my sale I had a follow up question and within an hour of emailing Frank I already received a call from someone in Service to walk me through my troubleshooting. Frank was not just concerned with winning my business in that transaction, but his post sales services was excellent and I am sure I will be chatting with him when I am ready to lease my next vehicle. This is my best car buying experience and might I add that as a woman I never felt that Frank tried to play some of the usual salesman games. He respected my needs, my time and valued me as a returning Mercedes customer. Thank you Frank

Frank Namin, our guide to the technology and purchase of our GL450, was thoroughly professional from the first meeting to the delivery and follow through. His in depth knowledge and patience in demonstrating and acquainting us with the capabilities of the GL450 were truly top drawer. John Munro provided exceptionally knowledgeable guidance thru leasing and financing options, maintenance and investment protection programs for our MB, and sped us thru the closing of delivery with excellent value for the programs we chose. Working with Max service has always been excellent at this dealership. I've appreciated his recommendations and he's been very good at using dealer discounts and including what can be included under warranty repairs to reduce my out of pocket costs. I now drive and hour and a half for service on my Mercedes and it's well worth it.

This was my 3rd time in for service. George has been my service advisor each time. I always make sure that he handles my service as he is very helpful, kind, and always provides the best customer service experience. He is very patient and provides me with detailed description of the issues and service suggestions. Definitely no pressure, which I really appreciate. I will continue to get my Mercedes serviced at AMC and will always request George as my service advisor.

Overall, my experience from sales to financing to delivery of the new car was very positive. The sales team and management were professional, knowledgeable and customer focus driven. The negotiation process was above board as well - no games played. I would recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz.

Great service. Had my car towed in after midnight on a Friday, with two blown tires. They were replaced and balanced, without an appointment, by early Saturday afternoon. And the free car wash is appreciated.

We had a great interaction with Malik, our sales contact at Mercedes-Benz Arlington. He was very professional, didn't try to force us into purchasing anything and really listened to our needs. We also had a great interaction with Antonio who helped us with the pricing. Overall the experience there was a great one and I recommend everyone looking for a new car to rush there. They're friendly and professional and not pushy "car sales men". A great experience!

There is no necessity car store in downtown on the first floor like Korea, but there is an outskirts ... even far away. Does it mean that buyers come from afar because it is a necessity? But unlike our country, the variety is so many and many ... The only car shop I've seen here.

I recently purchased a Mercedes from another deale...

I recently purchased a Mercedes from another dealer and had some issues.

I brought my vehicle into MB of Arlington for a once over and a repair. Tom Pflieger was great to work with. He was top notch and took care of several "fears" I had. He took the time to go over everything with me in detail. I needed some documentation with regards to my repair and Tom took care of it with great precision. Tom took the time to introduce me to my Mercedes technician Adrian and walk over all the repairs and potential needs. I have a significant mechanical background and Adrian clearly led me through things and we had a clear understanding of what was going on.

I did not buy my vehicle from MB of Arlington but they made feel as if I did. I believe I own a quality vehicle and the service provided me was top notch.

I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I had an outstanding experience with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. Malick was a true professional. I had to travel over 3 hours to get there and when I arrived my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. The financial area was a pleasure as well and made my experience seamless and pleasant . Oh and I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

Maybe it's the beautiful cars and the new faciliti...

Maybe it's the beautiful cars and the new facilities, but I haven't minded spending a little time here during the recent spring clinic or when I needed some service done on my C280.

They are generous with the pastries, coffee, fresh fruit and water. I have had nothing but courteous service. While it is almost painful to shell over the cash for new tires or new brakes, I feel good again when I hit the pedal on my car.

This dealership makes you feel like a welcome member of the Benz community.

Great experience buying from MB of Arlington. Due to this pandemic, I was shopping online, sent a text to the Sales Manager, Micheal Fisher, who responded even on a holiday. Assigned a Sales Rep, Paul Tchong and everything after that is better smooth. I bought a GLC 300 on two phone calls and less than 10 text messages exchanged. How simple is that?

I call it for their professional service and straight to the point answers. Most importantly, they respected each other's time. Though I could get or actually got a matching deal at my location in Pittsburgh, I did not mind driving 4 hours to their dealership to pick the car up! Great job, Paul and Mike for their immediate responses for all questions.

We recently purchased an ML 350 from MB Arlington, and we are very happy with our experience. We were taken care of by Tim, who is terrific and VERY patient and knowledgeable. He never pushed us into anything we didn't want to buy, and he spent ample amount of time with us while we were trying to decide on the right car for our family. I would highly recommend this dealership and Tim in particular.

Horrible sales team including their Manager. Very rude and offensive. As a new Mercedes owner, I felt very insulted and not welcomed at all. The sales man refused to serve me just because I wasn't there to buy, and was inquiring about my Mercedes that I didn't buy from him. I eventually had to make an official complain and talk to the general manager to be served. I will never ever deal with them again.

Update (collision center) - 5 out of 5 stars

I have a love-hate relationship with this dealership. Where as my experience has been mostly negative due to bad experiences with the service and parts department, my recent experience with the collision center has been nothing but positive.

Recently had my wife's car here to repair light damage to a body panel and I am extremely pleased with the end result and overall experience. My advisor (Natalia) was awesome. She provided updates and made sure the car was finished in the time promised. There are only two MB Certified Collision centers in the area, this being one and Tyson Collision the other. The difference is night and day between the two in terms of getting the work done on time and being kept up-to-date on the status. I had similar work done on a previous car at Tyson Collision, and what was suppose to be 5 days ended up being 3 weeks to get the car done.

Highly recommend the collision center.

Update (parts department) - 2 out of 5 stars

So I know better now never to take my cars for service at this department (see original review below) and I've avoided the dealership all together when we bought a new 2017 GLC 300 in December, but I was foolish to give the parts department a try. I called them up and asked for a quote on price and availability of the all-weather floor mats and trunk liner for the GLC. I received a quote that sounded pretty high but they didn't have them in stock. So, I decided to call another local dealer and glad I did. Their quote was $180 less than Mercedes-Benz of Arlington for the exact same parts (I double checked part numbers) and without any special coupons. I know dealers don't have to follow the manufacturer's MSRP, but this is just ridiculous. Definitely shop around before think about getting your parts from here.

Original review (service department) - 1 out of 5 stars

This review is long overdue and solely for the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington (thumbs up for the parts department, no experience with the sales department). Basically, the service department at this dealership is as clueless to diagnosing problems and repairing them as it gets. I've brought my 2013 Mercedes here with issues only to be told that they either can't replicate the problem or misdiagnose it. I would then take the car to another Mercedes dealership and have the issue correctly diagnosed and repaired (service records available to prove it). The final straw for me was when I took it for an alignment only to have my steering wheel off by 20 degrees. It was dead on center before taking it there. Went out of my way to take it back so they can repair it. Kept me in the waiting room for an hour only to tell me nothing is wrong "but we adjusted it anyway", where in reality it wasn't adjusted and I'm still driving with a steering wheel that's pointing in the wrong direction when driving straight. Never again. Happy to be taking my car to another MB dealership where things are fixed right from the first time around.

The Schedule B service was completed in just a few hours and the car was returned to me on the same day. Service was flawless and the car was returned to me vacuumed and washed. Hugh, my service advisor, kept me up to date throughout. I could not have expected better service!

I've been going to Kit Cross at the American Service for the past 8 years and he always provides me with excellent customer service. Love coming back to him because he gives me full detail on what exactly is happening with my car. He also is very mindful, I needed to be out of the shop within an hour of getting my car serviced and he was able to do it. Great team! Great focus! Great Customer Satisfaction.

I have bought 3 E class Mercedes Benz from this location and I have been treated well on each occasion. The sales reps are knowledgeable about the products they sale. My experience with Calvin Dunham in finance was like talking to family. I kept my last car since 2006. They sell top notch CPO's.

I've been a proud owner of an American Service Center Mercedes Benz since 1998. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! --from the Corporate Level down to my Service Representative Dan Moreau. When I had an accident a few years ago, Corporate called me to see if I was OK. And-- Dan Moreau has been with me since I purchased my vehicle in 1998. Those two facts alone speak to this being a great place to work that values its employees and its customers--business-wise and personally. I will be purchasing a new Benz soon-- still holding on to the old one as well-- and I will be purchasing it from American Service Center as well. That is an absolute no-brainer. Thank you American Service Center for the many years of over-the-top customer service and keeping my 1998 C-280 in tip top condition to this day.

Our entire purchase process, from start to finish was A+++! There were no high pressure tactics, games or gimmicks from anyone, and they took all the necessary precautions (due to CoVid-19), which made our buying experience even the more pleasant! I've owned 2 Merc's (both leased from MB of Arlington) and the first time I took my car in four years ago - I was not pleased w/ the waiting room/bathroom. Since the remodel and upgrades to the facility - it's a waiting room worth the quality of cars. Now I don't dread going in and the updates are excellent. Plus when buying cars from MB of Arlington - they don't play games and treat me well. Thumbs up & great job.

Car was towed to dealership and dropped off overnight by tow truck driver. Called early the next morning and was told car was there and being looked at to determine extent of damage to tire. Was called back and told exactly what needed to be done and when it would be ready. The service was incredible as we expected from this outstanding dealership. This is our first Mercedes, after owning Audis and BMWs and we will not go back.

Recently I purchased a 2014 Mercedes C250 and my experience with the dealership was fantastic. Paul the sales associate that walked me through this process, was not only very helpful but very patient with me and my brother and uncle as we explored our different options. I am very grateful for all of Paul's endless efforts for ensuring my comfort and happiness as I transitioned from my previous BMW to my new Mercedes. The overall staff were very pleasant and offered their assistance to ensure our satisfaction. Also the dealers customer service is quite amazing as once I called with a concern, I was able to contact a live person within the second ring, as my previous experience with my other car it took multiple calls and 15 minutes being on hold before I could reach a representative. I am currently enjoying my new car and have finally been able to have some peace of mind knowing that I will find prompt and proper assistance with just one phone call when I need it most. Thank Paul for this amazing experience.

My 2019 GLC tires are leaking. I just want to repair the tires. They don't even check it. They just said that they need to change a tire. I used to provide tire repair services at Mercedes stores in Germany. When explaining the situation to them, they were told that "tire replacement is illegal and there will be safety risks." Ridiculous. Are the tire shops on the market illegal? Then if there is a problem with the engine, do I have to change another car?
