My vehicle tire caught a flat, the Service Center sent a repairman to install the spare tire. I was able to drive the vehicle to American Service Center. To have my service manager greet me, offer me refreshments since I decided to stay and wait for my vehicle to be service. My Service Manager is the best, he continued checking on me ensuring I was okay and offer the status of whats was going on with my vehicle.

Best Mercedes dealership on the East Coast.

Unfortunately, the service department left a magnetic pickup took under the hood of my car, inches from the brand new engine.

I discovered it the next day. I grabbed it and drove 12 miles back to the service dept. They couldn't care less. Didn't even thank me for bring back the tool.

JT and Carl are the Dynamic Duo at MB of Arlington CPO Sales division. Every Mercedes I have ever owned (there have been multiple) I have purchased from JT at MB of Arlington. There s a reason for that.... he s a wonderful salesman but an even more amazing human! Every time I walk through the door I feel welcomed. He is so understanding and patient. He doesn t push you to purchase something you will not be satisfied with. This time was my first time working with Carl in the finance department. He is TOP NOTCH! He knows his stuff! I didn t get that uneasy feeling people get when it s time to work the deal. He was upfront and honest and he included me in the entire process. That s unheard of. MB of Arlington has a jewel of a team in JT & Carl! As long as the two of them are there, MB of Arlington has my loyalty and my business. I love my new car and I m so grateful I got to work with my favorite Car Guys. If you want to feel good about making a major car purchase go to MB of Arlington and ask for JT & Carl. I appreciate the customer service team via online chat/center manager Brian Ackman, I was informed that they do complimentary car washes during certain times in a timely manner to my inquiry. When I arrived they accepted my car and sat me in the waiting lobby, after waiting several minutes a gentleman tells me that my car cannot be service because it is "too low, it will hit the 'machine'", i simply replied okay. After getting back in my vehicle I drove around the shop to the car wash center where I noticed that the gentleman had lied to me as there is no such "machine" or hook up machine, their car wash is a self drive wash that does not require any under carriage hook up (the same car wash system/equipment that is at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, where I have gotten my car wash plenty of times before). I cannot help but to feel that I have been profiled for my appearance, car type and type of service request. A simple "we cannot do that at this time" would have sufficed rather than what seems to be a bold lie.

I've never been to a dealership that was so efficient, organized, professional, and personable. I see why they are one of the highest rated dealerships in the D.C. area, and the top Mercedes dealership as well. This buying experience far surpassed any previous buying experiences, and I am forever grateful!

Let me start off by saying that I visited two Mercedes service centers for my E350 before I went to Arlington for a simple oil change.
The first one was in Alexandria,Va and the moment I got out of my car I walked by a customer who was speaking with an employee explaining that their service was unprofessional.I figured that's his opinion I'll try them out myself and sure enough if I had to rate it out of ten I'd give it a five and that's only because of the name they represent.My next experience was right across my street in Silver Spring.I drove in and asked the representative how much an oil change was and he gave me a figure of about $150.00.I was caught off guard because I usually only pay around $100.00 and figured it might not be the best choice for me because of the amount of miles I drive.That was NOT the let down.It was the attitude the representative had!
Why should I put up with this i asked myself.Its not like I'm asking for a free oil change.
So I took my business to Mercedes Arlington.
Wow! I was met with a welcoming smile and a great attitude by Drandra.
I walked into that place thinking I was going to only spend $100 but ended up spending almost $1000 but I left with a smile and satisfaction.I then persuaded my cousin to take his car then and since that day last year both he and have become regulars.
Why?
Only because Mercedes of Arlington stands by their name.Their customer service through the representative that I first met (Ms Deandra)was 100%
Not a flaw.Not a slip up.
Thanks guys.I hope your company continues to grow and becomes an example for the rest of the guys that so far have shown can only imitate but never duplicate the service you provide!!!

Hugh McGuire has been my service rep for approximately 30 years and that fact alone should speak to how pleased I am with his service. Even during his absences, the other service reps take great care of us. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I have been a customer of American Service Center ...

I have been a customer of American Service Center since early 1990's. The reason for this is that ASC has an excellent Service Department managed by a customer focused Manager - Gary Little; the parts department managed by Danny Crim and Sales Department by Marcus and Mark Zetlin. My Service Advisor Hugh McGuire took care of my MB's since 1987. Hence, Even though I currently live in North Carolina, I make it a point to take my car for annual service to Arlington. The staff in all departments are aware that they need to take care of customers and ASC would get the new car business. I have purchased a new car in the past three years in a row. I have to mention Ron Schaaf who made my European Delivery of E250 (in 2013) and GLK 250 (in 2014) a very smooth process as well as Ron and Paul Tchong made purchase of S550 an pleasant experience! This is what makes ASC a special MB Dealer.

Most visits to car dealers provoke anxiety. Quite the opposite in this case. Larry Haney is pleasant, easy-going and acts both as an advocate for the buyer & the dealer. he's likeable & understands the car & technology so he explains it well. Marcus obviously worked to provide the best deal possible. He was easy to speak with, made the deal understandable and Mike Papadopoulos was pleasant, efficient and also easy to work with. I couldn't ask for a better, more pleasant transaction for my wife and myself. We leased 2 CLS550's

Perfect service when purchasing a car. Perfect service when they remind you about the Daimler survey and ask for 5 stars. But absolutely NOTHING, Now that I own the car, my temp tags have expired weeks ago and DC is not providing them with plates because I just moved here and haven t been able to obtain a drivers license yet due to no availability for DMV appointments in March 2021. No suggestion. No offer of help. The woman who does the registrations, Lana, won t even bother hitting reply on the email. How hard is it to respond and say, I m working on, or I tried, or something! Like I am not even worthy of her time? Alvin, My salesperson, who gave me this wonderful pitch about his concierge type service before I bought my car, has nothing. Not even a hey, is this still an issue? These are the people with the experience. Not me! Where are the suggestions? Where is the support? This dealership is all shine and no heart. I wish I had purchased my MB at the Tyson MB I purchased from before.

Update: So it took this review for someone from Arlington MB to reach out to me with some solutions.

Mr. McNeely is the BEST professional service manager and subject matter expert in maintaining any Mercedes Benz. Mr. McNeely has serviced our family fleet of cars for over 20 years. Since joining this dealership the level of excellent customer service has exceeded our expectations OVERALL.

I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Arlington to those that expect genuine customer service and sales. The ENTIRE team is EXCEPTIONAL on all levels.

Mercedes-Benz of Arlington is my preferred dealership when it comes to getting my AMG serviced. I've visited them a couple of times this year and their service is exceptional. My service adviser was Dan and he is extremely helpful as he somehow found time to take my car in even though I wasn't sure which adviser I was assigned to. Each time I went, Dan and the dealership took care of me and my needs. They took some information from and got me into a loaner in no time to go ahead and carry on with my day. This helps me a lot as I have a busy schedule. I urge you all to take your benz to this dealership and trust them to do the work to the best of their ability.

Truly pleasant experience! Superb customer Service! The sales rep Mr. Gafurov went through every detail quickly without any protraction. The whole crew worked well as a team. And those delicious chocolates and the atmosphere! While we were winding up with one step of purchase, the other step was all prepared for you! I would definitely recommend to get your Benz at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington!

I have always had outstanding experiences with Mercedes of Arlington. Staff are very nice and professional, particularly Dan Morreau. This time the service was way and beyond anyone's expectations. The professionalism, kindness, smile, and support from this team is really exceptional. I told Dan I would be traveling and that my wife have to stay with the kids... He took care of everything, arranged for a car pick, provided a rental while the car was serviced, returned back after the service... exceptionally clean. One star for the repair people who drive the customers vehicles around like they are on a racetrack while the others sit on the back loading/garage area ogling women who walk by and being disrespectful in their comments and behavior. I have a Mercedes, live around the corner and will NEVER come here. It s disgraceful.

This is a review for the service department staff ...

This is a review for the service department staff member Edwin Cortez. He was extremely condescending and did not listen to the issue at hand. I've purchased cars and know cars quite well so it was upsetting to be spoken to in a belittling manner.

Issue: Mercedes had a recall on the rear tail light & harness because it caused the bulbs to burn out. The car was "repaired" 2014 by a previous owner at a different Mercedes dealership. The issue persisted and that is when I looked up all the recalls on this vehicle (2010 C300 Sport 4Matic). He tried to blame it on the fact that it was an "old" car, had an aftermarket camera and how it was out of warranty. Did he think that I brought it in because of a warranty??? It's a 2010! Then he offered an examination fee of $140!! Ridiculous. Mercedes Benz of Alexandria here I come. Very, very disappointed.

Annual service performed and fixed my keyless door handle. It only took 2-3 hours which was great, but the price tag was nearly $1,200. Not complaining as it is a great car and we know maintenance is expensive on MBs. When the car was returned, it was not washed and cleaned up like they usually do for customers. That was the only negative aspect of the visit.

When I went to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted and knew how much I wanted my payments to be. Luke was fantastic and went above and beyond and gave me the most for my trade in. I drove off with a 2014 MB C Class 300 with a very low interest rate. The finance manager, Betty got me the best deal through MBF. Next time I'm in the market for upgrading my Benz, I'll be back here!

Excellent service provided by Dan Moreau @ Mercedes Benz of Arlington on my three related warranty claims on my 2009 MB 550.

1. Replacement / repair of tires caused by pot hole damage
2. Replacement of windshield fluid system caused by extreme Feb 2015 low temperatures
3. Successfully negotiated a most reasonable resolution of a clouded / water filled head light with his MB of Arlington management. Core issue was extended warranty coverage of replacement of [very expensive] head light assembly

Super professional, effcient, safe experience. I had a terrible experience with BMW a few years back, where I was stuck af dealer for over 3 hours despite having my financing all lined up and ready to EFT. Mercedez had me in and out in about one hour (that included lots of hugs for my puppy and a tour of all the buttons and functions of my new GLA. I was really happy with how I was treated as well, they did not judge a book by its cover - despite being in sweats and filthy from the dogpark, they did not act uppity and treat me differently (like some dealerships in Arlington (ahem Porsche) do. Overall great experience! Also a shout out for Frank who was super considerate and kind to pick me up for my test drive!
