This locations sales team is the worst. I guess they sold so many at Christmas they don't want or need to sell another car. I am in the market for a cross-over SUV and had previously decided I wanted either a BMW or a Land Rover. Over Christmas I noticed a few commercials with nice looking Mercedes and thought, wow, maybe I need to take a Mercedes into consideration. Then today I was driving past the showroom and noticed the black car parked outside. It was BEAUTIFUL. It caught my eye to the point I decided I have to go back and look at it. I walked into the showroom - sat in two different vehicles inside - and no one approached me or said hello. I then walked the lot seeing if there was any additional vehicles I might want to see. Still, not one sales person approached.

While no one wants to be harassed by salespeople when shopping, you want to be at least acknowledged. This will be my first "luxury car" purchase. This has me both excited and nervous - because I have not done much research on these brands prior when I was still shopping Volkswagen, Nissan, and Toyota. I have questions, and I'd like to feel that for this amount of money I'd at least be greeted.

Thanks for helping me along my way to find the BMW, Lexus, or Land Rover of my dreams. If this is how you're treated at MB, I'll gladly shop elsewhere!

Bought a used Audi that is very nice. There were new tires on car however one had a slit on the side wall. We negotiated for a price reduction so I could get a new tire. When I went to replace it, I found out all the tires were the wrong size. I needed to replace them all. Inquires to the dealership have gone unanswered. Please check the tire size when buying used.

Update - Spoke to the General Manager and he made good and bought the new tires. Changing my rating to higher. Thanks for the follow up Ralph.

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Mercedes-Benz Arlington. From the time I received the call from Sami, after my online inquiry, til the next day when I drove off the lot in my new CLA250 I was very satisfied. I came in late Sunday and we convened business next day promptly. I got the vehicle I wanted! No gimmicks!! Mr. Papadopulous (sp) was also great and he knows the business inside out! Thank you!

My recent purchase of a C-300 was most gratifying. Tim Gufarov's assistance and thorough professionalism was as superb as the vehicle I purchased. Tim applied no pressure, but guided me through the many premier choices available, and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Tim and Mercedes-Benz .... simply the best!

One star because I call to get some information ab...

One star because I call to get some information about my car and leave me on hold for 15m and I have to hang off and call again we come from Hawaii with really high standards of service. Was expecting even better in Arlington, but it looks like the personnel didn't know the information that I was requesting so my call keeps been transferred to different people and I have to explain everything over and over, and the only thing I wanted to know was, how much will be to winterize the car, when to make an appointment, and how is the processes.
So Hope gets better service next time it is the next time.

Buyers beware. I was sold 2015 GL450 with a 'clean carfax' as certified preowned. I placed a deposit as was to pick it up 2 days later. When I got home I did an autocheck which showed that this car was sold at the Mercedes auction as 'Frame damage announced'. I received my deposit back but the management didn't bat an eye and halfheartedly apologized. They pretended to not know how this could happen. At an auction, if there is frame damage it must be announced as is evident in the autocheck report. The value of a frame damaged car is 25% of its original. I can't believe this is a Benz dealership and hope corporate hammers down on this. Who knows how many this place has scammed.

I have been coming to American Service Center for ...

I have been coming to American Service Center for the last eighteen years, with multiple cars, and always get excellent service. Dave Smith and the rest of the center take great care of me. Dave Smith always makes sure I know exactly what is going on with my car and updates me if there are any changes while my car is being serviced. I have always been provided with a loaner car and never have to wait long for my car to finish being serviced. I trust Dave Smith with my car, and more importantly, my daughter's car, and am satisfied that the cars are in top shape whenever it leaves the service center. I would suggest this service center and Dave Smith to anyone who needs their Mercedes to be serviced or has an issue that needs attention.

My overall experience was good. However, some of ...

My overall experience was good. However, some of the issues ignored were:
1. My Smart keys needed new batteries. That is almost negligent not to change them before selling me an E- Class Mercedes.
2. I was charged for a full tank of gas and was given the car with half a tank.
3. Clearly, the Navigation needs to be upgraded as things have changed and I know that the upgrades are out at least once in 2 years.
4. MBrace needs to be activated.
5. Passcode for COMAND is not given to me.
6. I was promised the 3 month trial of SIRIUS, which I am not sure if I have.

While everything else was good, and these issues are fixable, I hope, it leaves me with more work to do, something that I feel I have already paid for and shouldn't have to do. This is the entire reason for the good and not Very Good reviews.

Kevin was my service manager. He called me every single day to let me know status of the car and kept me informed 100% of all the things that were being done. I have had my car serviced at Arlington MB for a few years now, but I do have to say I have never been happier with how Kevin's and his customer service. He did 150% in my book.

Everything was great and Perfect but it all change...

Everything was great and Perfect but it all changed upon paying the service bill.
I received the bill on the email saying it is 617+ taxes.
There is an offer saying that there is 10% on my service.
So i told our service agent that there is the 10%.
So he said sure i will do that.when he brought the bill, it wasnt even the same as the one on the email. what he basically did is that he added 10% misc stuff . And then he gave us 10% discount. So he did nothing.
I dont care about the money as much as its cheating on customers. Not a great first impression.
I hope to hear from the management soon.

Called this dealership to possibly see about renew...

Called this dealership to possibly see about renewing my upcoming lease. Spoke with a guy by the name of James. He started off okay until he told me the numbers for the car I was interested in. I told him the numbers that he gave me were extremely high and another Mercedes dealership had given me a superb deal compared to his, therefore, I will continue my search. He became upset and stated oh well, a Mercedes Benz isn t for everyone . I was completely appalled. His comment was totally unnecessary and very demeaning. Idk about the entire dealership but James is very rude and deserves -5 stars. This type of service isn t what you would expect from a company as such.

Received superior service on my last visit. Garry Burk, my service rep, was knowledgeable enough to inform me that the nature of the service would require time and a loaner was in order. This saved me a lot of idle time at the dealership and the accomodation of the loaner was excellent.

Garry Burk and the service team at MB of Arlington are amazing! I've been trying to get an issue resolved from the other local Mercedes Dealerships, but they kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong. Garry and his team quickly identified the issue and replaced the necessary parts immediately. Finally my vehicle sounds the way it should!

..VA/DC roads are horribly maintained and are distructive to autos, 3rd world countries have better roads, and you guys do a superb job in keeping my S550 in shape a pleasure to drive...keep it up ...word of mouth is a powerful advertising and will pass it on...thank you

Terrible place to get warranty work done.

Update:
Exactly, because my service rep was going to charge $320 for diagnostic when the car is still under Mercedes warranty. Several intermittent problems with the car, but the service rep always said either we cannot reproduce it or that's normal.
The collision warning that's going off crazy while i'm just waiting at the traffic light with no cars nearby moving, and rattling sunshade was never fixed while it was under the bumper to bumper warranty. Now, I have to pay $320 if the technician cannot reproduce these issues.

I even spoke to someone who claims to be service department manager, which wasn't true based on checking later on.

I have had family purchase Mercedes for many years, and the quality of the vehicle is beyond any other vehicle I have sat in. I have many times come to this dealership, and have each time been treated with respect and have always been provided with the information I needed. They are willing to negotiate with you on the price of the car. The stock Mercedes of Arlington carries is tremendous. I had a great selection of different vehicles to look at. In conclusion, anyone looking to purchase a quality car, good service, and quality, this is the place to go. They give great deals and are willing to help every person very thoroughly.

Satisfied customer for 17 years - 6 cars. Dan Moreau is my normal assistant service manager - he's always professional and gives me the straight scoop without upselling. Although customer service is always top notch and the work is done right, I've had similar excellent results from the other assistant service managers when Dan has not been available.

Being able to check out "Just Mercedes" free loaners in the showroom with drop-off a couple of doors down is an added plus. Looking forward to at least another 17 years of outstanding support from Mercedes-Benz of Arlington.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington is the best service center that I have ever been to. They are very professional, friendly and take in consideration of your time while waiting to get your car serviced. I drive out of my way to come here and I would highly recommend this Mercedes to anyone in the Virginia area.

Where do I start first it took them three hours to...

Where do I start first it took them three hours to get me a loaner car when I call they said that they had one for me and that they can look at my car first thing in the morning and that they will call me with an update. Well it took them a week to diagnose my car and then I found out that I have two recall on my car that they didn't fix I have to reschedule and on top of that I have a knocking noise coming from under my car that they didn't tell me about I had to call them back and say something to them. There response was we forgot to tell you so I ask where is it coming from there response oh we didn't look at it you have to reschedule with us. You would think after spending $1700 that Mercedes would let you know what you need to fix this is the worst service that I have ever had in my life I will not be going there ever again

I am extremely happy with the service I receive at MB of Arlington. This is the only MB dealership I will every take my wife's car. Dave in service really reflects how any business should take care of their customers. In fact, my wife refuses to work with anyone but Dave! He is amazing. Though this is my first review, it is not my first time in working with MB of Arlington. Dave makes sure the services is correct, fast, and always gives us a straight answer. His commitment to MB customers and his HONESTY are unmatched in this industry!!! My dearest thanks to MB of Arlington and a special thanks to Dave!

Dan Moreau has been my service person for over 15 years and is always a pleasure to work with. He understands my tight timelines as well as my vehicle and it's optimal performance. He's honest in his assessment as to what needs to be done on my vehicle and when and in what order it needs to take place.
