My husband. And I had a very good experience. With Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. The service was Great, but what was done to him is unforgivable, My husband is a honest man & I gladly stand by his side. Until the day of 8/23/19, we pick our car up , from being repaired, due to the 5 star review, we decided to take our SLC43 /AMG back where we bought it. Little did we know, that their is a bigger dent on the driver's door panel & it was not noticed until he got out of the car to get gas. Now mind you. this is a 3-hour drive to pick up a vehicle after being rushed to get back in it, you know you're supposed to be experienced , now I feel as if he's being ignored and no one is returning a phone call. I felt as if something was wrong when we picked it up , normally they do a walk around with you so you can see that everything was done but NO, it was like it was brought around the building the door was open we got in we left. This had to of happened before the time of pick up. It was strange to me why no one did the walk-around . We have two other vehicles that are well taken care of and , Glenn , deserves better this is for my husband, Glenn Drew
