Moved in last March and so far no problems other than noisy upstairs neighbors and a few large dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs. But the Office staff, maintenance and grounds staff are all very friendly and helpful. Any issues are dealt with right away, they have made upgrades with installing better lighting and fans, and the grounds are beautifully kept. No complaints from this tenant.

First, let me begin by saying how beautiful the community is and how gorgeous the ammenities are at the property! I also appreciate how professional and friendly Autumn and the staff are in the rental office! I ve been a resident of this community for about 4 months now and i understand the frustration in the other google reviews I ve read but we have to remember management can only do but so much. The issue is the corporate team who when notified about different issues drag their feet in responding promptly. There have been rumors coming from certain residents (I don t know this to be fact) that the multiple inspections happening in the last week are a result of the community going up for sell if this is in fact true then look forward to a new property management team taking over in the coming weeks. Now my real issue is the fact that when I applied for the apartment there was a special going on where I would receive a gift card after 2-3 months of residing here! However, I am now in month 4 of my lease and every time I inquire About the gift card all I get Is, it s coming next month! Reason being is that corporate has a certain way of allocating the funds to the residence which seems to be not working because I have yet to receive my gift card! Not sure how much longer I have to wait but I m getting a little impatient at this point!. I just hope that if the rumors are true and this community is in fact about to get sold to the highest bidder Alliance Property Management would honor their Initial promotion when we signed our lease back in May and distribute our gift cards promptly.
The maintenance team here is AMAZING whenever I ve put in a work order if not the same day the very next morning someone is in my unit fixing whatever issue may arise and again I dont want to deter anyone from moving into this community but with any rental property there will be some issues you have to work through. I can t soeak for every resident as a whole but in my opinion the office staff is great and again they can only do but so much on their end and for what they can do I will say they do a damn good job. I have noticed dog poop everywhere but that s a result of nasty residents who move-in and simply don t care about keeping up the appearance of this beautiful community. If you don t want to pick up dog poop then don t get a dog. The amenities here are beautiful but because of the key fob system being down we are currently limited in our use of them while the office team works on getting it fixed. The gate here at the community is a nightmare. Trying to grant visitors access is the worst. I literally have to press the same button on my phone 15x before the gate opens and that s when it decides to work. I cant count how many times I ve had to leave my house to walk to the gate to buzz people in. It s truly an inconvenience. Then the parking situation at night is okay right now but this community is filling up really fast and parking does become limited after 8pm but you can still find a few open spots close to your building. They really need to initiate a parking system here before it gets out of control. My only other gripe with this property is that I wish we had access to the business center/movie theater after hours. It would be nice to have a few guest over after a long day to enjoy a movie with in the theater that rarely ever gets used during the day because most of us are at work paying this ridiculous amount of rent.
All in all this is a beautiful community with a great office and maintenance staff. Rent here is a little expensive and nothing about this area or this community justifies the crazy amount we pay as residence other than the fact that this is a new community but we are living a few blocks from the ghetto. Alliance Property Management did a great job as far as the appearance of the community goes but there are a few underlying issues they need to resolve in terms of this community.
Edit 2: Austin at the front desk often harasses us and other tenants when we come to the office with issues. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Especially regarding the fabled gift cards: He has said We have no legal obligation of doing this, if I want I can cancel this or not do it for another 6 months. It s a gift from us to you, we do not owe you anything. If you can t afford to live here without the gift you shouldn t have moved here.

Evidently, having mandatory inspections twice in two weeks with 12 hours notice is ok. When asked who will be entering our unit, a relatively simple question, we received a snarky response by the staff who first said it was someone from the state and then took that back to say someone from the higher office. Which is it? I still don t know who will be entering my apartment tomorrow or why, because we just had an inspection two weeks ago.
The office response to what to do with our pet was suggest getting a pet sitter with 12 hours notice to stay at our apartment all day. I am seriously fed up with the staff here.
Not to mention they re really bad at getting people those gift cards in a timely manner. They will say they will check on that and say it takes 30-60 days. Some people have been waiting over 6 months.
You have to be a math major to figure out how they calculate your water bill. Be prepared to spend 3x more than you ever have if you don t have kids or live by yourself because it s shared throughout he building, so you re paying for your neighbor s water. I ve been watching our rent steadily increase as more people move into our building.
Did I mention that rather than try to find out who owns bikes, they will cut your bike chain and put it in the office? Because they do that too.

Misinformation about mostly everything from the office staff. Recycling is a lie, and staff were somehow surprised to learn that there have never been recycling bins after having told us multiple times that there are... as if they've never bothered looking for them or pointed them out to any resident ever. We drop off our recycling into what we've been calling "the pile" near the trash compactor and can only assume it ends up in a landfill anyway.
Dog poop everywhere, and I mean everywhere, including INSIDE THE ELEVATORS. A friend of mine in another unit had to move out because something in the carpet was continuously making her feel ill for several months. However, A+ Maintenance staff, AC blows ice cold.
I was really happy living in this complex for a long time but lately everything is a disaster. And I feel very disappointed because after you sign a contract they don't care at all about the complaints you may have. Their answers if you complain about the amenities is that this is not included in the contract, that when you pay the rent you only pay the apartment where you live. If you are thinking of moving here, do not get carried away by the social areas and apart from that the treatment of some people in the administrative office is terrible.
The apartments are gorgeous. Everything is brand new. Brand new washers. Brand new stainless appliances. Floors are the fake wood stuff that feels like the real thing. Carpet is really nice. Bathrooms are amazing. There's awesome track lighting. Even the door handles are stainless. It's gorgeous. There are even elevators in the 5 story buildings which make move in and walking the dog a breeze.
This review has been edited because the office staff has rectified all of the problems I had and hopefully it will continue being like this in the future. I actually feel like a valued resident now. I want to personally extend a thank you to Autumn for helping me out.
I recently came in for a tour of the apartment and property I was very pleased with the unit. I loved the updated bathrooms,and kitchen. The leasing Consultant Vanessa was very informative and answered all my questions about the unit and property. I will definitely be back to fill out my application.
This community is beautiful, I have no complains, they have a game room, small movie theater, gym on site, beautiful pool. Great development very new, and they're still building. The project is not fully completed yet, the finished buildings are in the front and are livable. It was love at first sight my ten-year-old son was so excited. I was on the hunt for my first apartment a few weeks ago, and was thrilled when I walked into Broadstone!! Not only was the ambiance perfect, but the leasing office staff were awesome! Christina was very hospitable and helpful. She and Autumn made me feel like I mattered. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is it!
Being a resident and having a parking placard they will still boot your car for no reason and when you try to get help they laugh and speak to youbqith a sarcastic tone. So many residents have been booted when they're are cars parked they're in gated community that don't live there and nothing happens.
I'm not going to write about the many problems I've had with the management office here. It would take too long. Instead, I'm going to start posting a public review every time they don't answer my emails, which is basically every time. They respond to these public reviews far better than they respond to every day resident concerns, even when they're important.

If I had the chance to live here forever I would. I absolutely loved living here, Autum is awesome. My stay here was the best. If I had an issue which I hardly ever had it was taken care of immediately. Everyone in the leasing office was super nice I loved my neighbors and when I say beautiful I mean BEAUTIFUL. the complex is jaw dropping in amazement. Unfortunately I had to move out because I couldn't afford the place by myself once I got the chance to get out of a terrible position in my relationship I had to move somewhere cheaper that I could afford by myself. But other than that this place is worth the money and worth living here.

My wife and I just moved into our new home and the customer service in the office was outstanding and exceeded our expectations and we can see us living here for a long time. I have been at Bell for 7 months now and have had a great experience thus far. My move in process was seamless and the staff, Nadeen and Austin, played a major factor in this. The property is kept spotless and it is very quiet at night makes for a very peaceful environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern, well kept, and peaceful place to live.
I have been a resident of Bell at Plantation (formerly Broadstone) for 2 years. The community remains as clean, quiet, and safe as the day I moved in. The staff is there to help you without ever making you feel like a burden. Special thanks to maintenance whom have gone above and beyond to help me out ( as a single mom), with even the smallest of tasks I request. It says a lot when your maintenance team is happy to help you change your AC filter, minutes before they get off shift ( even disposed of my old filter for me!). The location of this community is perfect for me and I'm sure most. Close to any shops or restaurants you can think of, close to the turnpike, 95, 595, sawgrass, and only a short quick painless drive down the road to get to several universities/colleges, including my Alumini NSU. I honestly have no complaints with what I've called home for the past 2 years. Thank you Bell at Plantation!!
My most recent issue with living in this overpriced apartment is the growing pile of trash that is spilling out over the enclosed dumpster. I called the front office and spoke to Nadien (sp.) whom has been nothing but nice since i met her when this location was still Broadstone. Nadine said that "someone just moved out and left a lot of trash but maintenance is taking care of it" since that conversation at the beginning of this week, the pile has grown and the most recent addition is a disgusting mattress along with multiple pieces of old furniture. I should add that we are "not permitted" to dispose of large bulky items in this dumpster. Nothing like driving into your beautiful apartment complex and seeing this pile of trash getting bigger and bigger!!!!!! TAKE CARE OF THIS
I love Bell properties, I moved here from Mirmar to be closer to my office! Everyone at Bell Miramar was great! Bell Planation is great too! Everyone in the office and the maintenance crew is always available and working diligently, thank you Alain for your excellent work! Great complex, good location and the amenities are amazing! I love how spacious the apartments are, I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment at first and then moved to a 2 bedroom, both apartments were great and cozy, very modern.
Moved in to Bell at Plantation a couple of weeks ago, and I have to say that Austin was awesome every step of the way, from helping us getting pre-approved, to move in date, he went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The community is new and well kept, quiet and close to everything. The apartment is roomy and clean. Alain from the maintenance team came in today to fix the shower head in one of the bathrooms. He was so quick to find what was wrong and replaced it efficiently! He left everything spotless and was so kind throughout! Thank you so much!!

No place like home... Several days ago I was sitting by the pool area and Vanessa Malagon was touring a couple of prospectic residents. She was so cheerful and as she walked by me with this big smile on her face as she always does she greeted me. I was like wow and she even remembered my name. I love to be treated like family and Vanessa never lets me down.
I have only lived here under a week. So far, it's been a great experience living at Bell @ Plantation apartments. The application and verifications processes were pretty smooth and the leasing staffs are very professional and prompt. The environment is very serene and I wonder sometimes if I was the only resident here. It's clean, modern and facilities are functional. In a nutshell, it's been a beautiful time living at Bell @ Plantation apartment and I hope my experience stays the same a year down the line.

It's been over a month after my application is denied and I haven't received my hundred dollars holding fee. I am being told every time I call, it take fifteen days to receive my money. Fifteen days has turn into a month and still no refund. Christina told me that I would have to cancel the apartment in order for me to get my money back. Which didn't make ANY sense to me because I was denied by them. I told her "go ahead and cancel the apartment and send me my money." I received and invoice a week or so after speaking with her and no check is in the envelope. Why send me an invoice telling me how much I'm to receive and no check. This isn't my security deposit. I never lived in your apartments. I just did an application. Then when call and speak with her I'm being told that the check is being expedited. Corporate office is in Phoenix and I will receive my money soon. This goes for everyone. Well o think that they are volunteering to shell out more money than just the hundred dollars I'm owed. Attorney fees, court fees, pay for days that I would have use to go back to cancel and money for my pain and suffering. Good luck Broadstone.
Stay away!!! Very rude management. Especially Austin....so many complaints about him. He has to be fired...very unprofessional and always has bad attitude. Nothing works at this place...grill never has a tank, gym is always closed and pool often closed for maintenance. Awful awful place. Can t wait for my lease to be over.
I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The amenities can't be beaten. The gym has most equipment you would want and the pool is beautiful. Great place to live especially if you like entertaining. We have been so happy with our experience.
Please don t move in these apartment there s is bad molding problems. The MOLD is getting all over my clothes and my son is getting sick from the mold and I told the front office that I have molding problems and they won t do nothing about it there all about money. So just be aware that these apartment have molding problems and there trying to say that molding is no big deal

I recently viewed this property so my daughter can be walking distance to her school and we loved all the units! The staff was very helpful and attentive. Zhara took her time with me and explained me all of my options. John and Christina also helped me as much as possible while Zhara was away. I m so excited to be a resident and enjoy all of what Broadstone has to offer I ll definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice change for a good price.
I love living at Bell at Plantation! Safe gated community and everything is always clean and up kept. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful. I really liked living at Bell At Plantation Apartments. It has been my number one pick so far. In my opinion it's the best Apartment area to live at in Plantation, FL. The Apartments are so nice and feels like I'm living in a star hotel. The view of the Lake from my Apartment is very Beautiful.

We were here out of curiosity to see these apartments and I have to say that it was Norbelise's attention the best part of the tour. She explained each of the advantages of this place with great patience, of course, the place is charming, one of the best communities we have seen in all of Broward. Really, you can see the effort of the administration to keep this place beautiful and functional.
Worst place I ve ever lived ac gone out twice in this brand new apt I ve only lived in 7 months dishwasher broke mold and bug issues lost goes on and on
The core issue here. The front office ("Austin" specifically) isn't motivated or interested in keeping the residents happy, or train staff, and every interaction past moving in has been really dismissive and in cooperative. Treating residents like strangers, and only offering smokescreen answers to avoid responsibility.
Maintenance crew is actually really great.
Despite adding dog poop stations, the walk ways and grass remain normally covered in poop.
For some reason the walk ways from the parking lot to the buildings were designed to block pedestrian walkers due to paid parking spots being placed in the way. In most cases you need to walk around vehicles in the walking path or step over curbs. The front office was unapologetic about this and said the city approved the design so there's nothing they can do. Thanks I really feel the love in that response.
Also at least one resident in building 4 has security cameras watching the public walkway area now. Goodbye privacy outside your apartment! Again the front office had a cold and dismissive response.
Valet trash sounds good but is honestly super gross to walk in and out of your apartment to piles of trash around all the time. As most people leave out multiple bags every night. Not even going to complain about that one at this point cause I know the repsonse I will get.

1/10/19 - Update. Dismissive behavior continues. Recently the pedestrian gate has been pried open so it does not lock. When brought up to MGMT, we are dismissed and told that maintenance would take care of it. They did not tough. So it seems that although we have a gate, it's not a priority for MGMT to keep it secure.
I m very pleased with the professionalism of our Property Managers at Bell. The Property and Maintenance team are both efficient and provide excellent service!
Edit: reduced to 1 star, because Austin in the leasing office is rude and intentionally unhelpful every time, and likes to jump to assuming I'm insulting him/or that I've done something wrong. Choice quotes: "so you think it's our fault?" (Hadn't said that, was being friendly and giving them a piece of mail that was addressed to a neighbor but kept landing in my mailbox), "we're not the post office, what am I supposed to do?" (I suggested they contact that resident. It has his full name and address, after all). Last interaction he told me to hire a pet sitter if I was upset about a surprise building inspection the next morning (I was going to have to stay home to make sure my kitten didn't run outside when they came in), and that he couldn't see why two inspections on short notice in one week would be a problem for anyone. And before that "Well I can tell you right now I'm not going to hand you a gallon of paint" (after I asked about getting some paint to touch up mistakes made by the painters). The main issue here: he doesn't care, and likes trying to make residents feel stupid or like they're a burden to him. What a charmer to have to talk to every time! 2nd ETA: Austin continues to be so rude and unprofessional to me and everyone I know here, that we're moving. Goodbye, Broadstone! Oh wait, they sold the complex. Goodbye, "Bell at Plantation!" Only change is the name, and now the office is closed Sundays, so even FEWER hours when you can use the theater that they tell new residents will be "available 24/7 soon" (they've been saying that for over a year). We've lived here for about 10 months now, and while the apartment itself is nice, the management and grounds are not as advertised.

First though, the good: the gym is new, and the maintenance staff are great.
Everything else:
The grass areas are COVERED in dog poop. There are even doggy bag stations, but clearly they're not used, and staff has decided not to do anything to clean up. It's frankly pretty horrifying.
When we moved in, we were given misinformation. We were told the water bills are metered separately. They aren't; it's pooled amongst the building and split--hope your neighbor doesn't do a lot of laundry or take long showers--which we found out by reading the lease fine print. Clearly the office never read it.
It took several months to receive our "move in bonus," but when signing the lease the said it would be about a week. That's a very big difference.
When we moved in, you could call the office directly if there was a problem. Now the same number routes to an out of state call center! And the other day a staff member dismissed my inquiry about an email I'd sent by explaining that the management doesn't get those emails. Soooooo, who does? Possibly no one, since I never received a response.
The "recycling" (something they said would be available when we moved in) is a big enclosed area by the trash compactor, and it has no bins. It's usually filled with trash and broken furniture, and almost never gets emptied (I doubt it gets recycled when it does).
I asked management about recycling just today (a few neighbors were given different information), and the first person I spoke to said valet trash takes it (they don't), but when I pressed (pointing out the flyer she'd handed me didn't mention recycling) another staff member said that "we don't contract with them for recycling." Good to know the office staff is clueless and gives out wrong information.
The biggest issue is just that the management acts like it's not their job/out of their hands every time there's a problem, and nothing gets resolved. We've been asking for a proper recycling area (as advertised) for the entire 10 months, and we have a pile of garbage to show for it. That about sums it up.
I love living here. The community is beautiful and the people are so friendly. Thank you to one of the staff members, Elbert for helping me today as well.
Staff is great here. They make sure residents abide by rules set in place work with the residents and most of the neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance is wonderful!
terrible service, terrible attitude, they should not be working in a place where they need to treat people with respect and make them feel they are happy to work there. if we dont rent they dont have a job. they need to hire people who are happy to be working there. they lie on their contract they state garbage and water not included, they never tell you they charge $25 for garbage something I never ask for I dont care for valet trash is a waste of money. I was never told I had to pay 2 different water bills, two different sewer bills, and pest fee. processing fee. what a rip off. that's why i am leaving.; is a rip off living here. I hated it here for two years I cannot wait to leave this place. and live in a happy place.
Only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff. The office staff is HORRIBLE. They lack Courtesy, Customer Service and Respect. Austin was extremely rude and unsympathetic when my sister called to report that her car got hit, while she was asleep in her bed. His response was, what would you like us to do about it? How rude was that? She explained to him that it s not the first time something like that is happening. The first few months of moving in, her car got broken into, then got stolen because the gates were not up at the time. Shortly after that, the gates went up but were still not operational. Then my brother was in the gym working out and the machine fell and hit him in the head busting his head open, this was during the daytime when the staff is supposed to be available, but guess what? No one was there. Even after being informed of this, no apologies. They told her that the movie room was going to be 24 hour accessibility, that s a lie! It s not accessible after 6pm!!! They tell all these lies to sell you on the amenities to get you moved in. Then again, her car got vandalized and she called the office and spoke with Austin who spoke to her in a demeaning tone. I m truly appalled at the behavior and honestly, after reading the reviews, this community should be reported to the news media, and every social media site there are. There s only one lady in that office who was apologetic, (Nadine, I think?) such a pity she s not in charge. Office staff could stand to learn a thing or two from her. My sister so wants to move because of all the VANDALISMS and LIES she was fed by this community, and unfortunately she can t because AUSTIN told her if she breaks her lease agreement, she would have to pay $4,000! Are you serious? If I could give a ZERO for everything I ve seen my sister go through with this community, I would. People work too hard to not be able to enjoy the place that they pay for or not feel safe. When asked why they still haven t put up a camera system as yet, that they promised, Austin basically snickered! and didn t respond. Unbelievable!!!
I ve lived here since February 2019 and it has honestly been a very pleasant experience. The units were brand new when I moved in and the entire maintenance staff does an excellent job on keeping the buildings and surrounding grounds in great condition, especially Elbert - and you always see ALL of them working hard to keep this place nice and they are very friendly too. The gate is never broken (common issue in apartments). I feel safe here, most residents are quite and friendly. The management/office staff is professional and helpful. The main attributes I judge an apartment on are: management/staff, maintenance staff, and keeping up with the building and surrounding area. This place receives 5 stars in each category from me.
I want to update my review to reflect a recent maintenance call. Cesar responded to fix a few things in my unit. His work ethic, professionalism and kindness is wonderful! Additionally, in October, Elbert Lane did an amazing job pressure washing the pavement. The floors look brand new!
Good location, horrible staff. If you ever have concerns or complaints make sure you don t speak with Austin. Horrible individual who is rude and lacks respect. Other staff unhelpful as well and never respond to emails. Seems like the trend of this location is when they are given an issue their response is to hand the issue to the rudest person instead of solving the problem. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone due to office courtesy.
Bell at Plantation is a luxury apartment community. And the visual aesthetics are exceptional. I feel safe knowing it s a gated community. I also love the amenities that come with the community as well. Management is very easy going and extremely professional. Special shout out Vanessa she s literally the best! And they are passionate about there pet friendliness. However. The vehicle gate system is not the best. It often has problems. And the space inside my 1/1 is questionably small with almost zero storage capability. The management team has lacked in communicating how they will reopen the community and what (if any) new processes will look like. Overall the community is nice. Just not quite sure if it s worth that price tag considering there are much cheaper apartments with the same quality nearby.
I had some maintenance done and Cesar was at my place in just 5 minutes starting from he called me. He did the required job fast and effectively. He ran out of one of the tools that was needed to do the job, so he went back to his main area to get more and was back right away to finish. Total time to finish the task from start to finish was about 3 minutes. I m very pleased with their speed and effectiveness!
I ve lived here for two years and I can say that it is overall a very nice place to live. Close by to everything you need (groceries, gyms, restaurants, NSU), and It s relatively new construction. Maintenance is great, always willing to help, fast customer service, giving good tips on how to maintain the property. I would say Elbert Lane has been very nice, friendly, helpful throughout the past two years. Overall, Bell has been a great residence for me and I m going to miss the beautiful pond view I had nightly, which had some pretty magical sunsets!
Wonderful community! The front office workers Vanessa and Sandy were amazing assistants durning our move. Alain from the maintenance team is awesome. 10/10 would recommend.
