I have been a resident of Bell at Plantation (formerly Broadstone) for 2 years. The community remains as clean, quiet, and safe as the day I moved in. The staff is there to help you without ever making you feel like a burden. Special thanks to maintenance whom have gone above and beyond to help me out ( as a single mom), with even the smallest of tasks I request. It says a lot when your maintenance team is happy to help you change your AC filter, minutes before they get off shift ( even disposed of my old filter for me!).
The location of this community is perfect for me and I'm sure most. Close to any shops or restaurants you can think of, close to the turnpike, 95, 595, sawgrass, and only a short quick painless drive down the road to get to several universities/colleges, including my Alumini NSU. I honestly have no complaints with what I've called home for the past 2 years.
