When i made the decision to work for ESM it was because of my love for working with people of mental disability! Coming on board seemed to me like I had found where I am suppose to be inspite of all the horror stories I had heard! Meeting Suzanne yardley and Christin what a dangerous duo! You don't know it is all plan against you, i was set up to fail from day one! Christin trains you on all the wrong details of your job and hangs you out to dry when Suzanne approaches you warnings and write ups! Beware people especially black people you will be the target! No matter how much i loved my job it was impossible to stay there! Biggest mistake of my life!!!

This is truly one of the worst run places for people with disabilities I have ever seen! Disgusting conditions, ridiculously under qualified people working at all levels of client care and leadership.
Extremely hostile training personnel, who when were reported were not even reprimanded. Rude and disrespectful upper management who said one thing and then did the complete opposite.
Ridiculous working conditions, ridiculous working schedules, supposed coworkers who never showed up for a shift were not fired and continued to be scheduled time and time again.
Placing both staff and clients in situations that were nothing short of neglectful, often clients did not have enough food in the home to make a complete meal, not once were clients seen following their Individual Independent Living plans, never cooking, never shopping, care givers fixed food, served it and allowed the clients to eat alone with no interaction from staff.
Worst job that anyone could possibly create!
