If you love your unborn baby, DO NOT go to this ho...

If you love your unborn baby, DO NOT go to this hospital! Half of the nurses walked out the early morning my son was born. The nurses that were left were incompetent! I will never forget the way you made my wife wait in pain! I'll never forget how her water burst all of the bed because you filled her up with so much saline solution she burst like a balloon all over the bed and floor and the idiot still made her take a thirty minute test to see if her water burst. Then you made her so long for a doctor the baby was being infected with fecal matter! While she waited screaming for the epidural for hours, you called the cops to her room while she was naked from the wast down. Because she cursed from the pain! then you idiot nurses didn't go get the doctor because you were bickering with each other and you had attitudes with one another! You nurses didn't even clean the baby properly, he had eye infection when he saw the doctor the day after he came home! And all the hospital gave was a half hearted apology! This place employs trash and it looks like trash! Once you have the baby they stick in a room big as a matchbox, that doesn't even look clean and fit for a newborn! If you love yourself and your newborn, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

i had full shoulder replacement

i had full shoulder replacement
nursing was great, 4 nurses were a step above my 5th nurse was acceptable
dietary was fantastic very knowledgeable and helpful
the OT's and PT's were 3 silly 20 something girls very unprofessional. They gave me some stretches to do my doctor confirmed my not following their advise was the right decision as the stretches the OT gave me would have damaged the new replaced shoulder if i had done what they suggested

I have been in Memorial a few times. I would just like to say that the care I received by all Nurses from the Nurse Manager down did a superb job in taking care of my needs. Nurse calls were answered promptly, great attitudes and personalities. In addition, I complement the Dietary Department (food was really good) and Environmental service (room was kept nice, clean and disinfected). As I remember, all hospital personnel wore a mask before entering the room.
Oops, one very minor issue. The TV programming was okay but their was no menu to guide you except just punching thru the channels one at a time.
I would like to have commended each employee but alas I didn't write them down. Thank you again for such caring service.

After being diagnosed as having brain cancer and then to find out later (after the third MRI) that I didn't was a roller coaster of emotion for my family and myself. Nurses and support staff were all great. Food was deplorable.

If there was a choice of negative ratings - this hospital would qualify....Worst experience ever- both in ER, and 2 weeks later when my mother was finally admitted (as she should have been directly from the ER). Her treatment has been mis-handled from the moment we arrived.
Nursing staff in ER and on floor was pathetic- not caring, no concern for my mothers comfort and well being. Had to ask multiple times for her bandages to be changed- was told this was outside of the scope of her service by nurse.
Cardiac concerns not addressed promptly.....
No one cleans bedside table of used cups, old soda, food trash.
Outrageous. Disappointing. Many hospitals to choose from in JAX area- this should NOT be one of them.
We will never come here again.

The nursing staff was professional and did a good job of applying needed bandages. The Nurse I worked with did show some degree of empathy regarding the issues I was there for.
The Doctor did a rather rapid fire questioning regarding why I was there and missed many relevant points by interrupting and cutting me off mid sentence. I was left with a feeling like what I had to say was being heard as blah blah blah. Before I left I went out of my way to point out I had a fall two nights before landing near the base of my spine. he took a fast look and said , well there is no bruising it is nothing it will go away. It's 11 days later and things are worse not better.
I 'm sure he is a competent Doctor and is good, but I must have seemed to routine to trigger any intense interest in why I was there. Perhaps on a different day with the same Doctor I would have a better experience. We all have an occasional not my best day.
I would not discourage anyone from going to the San Jose walk in ER but just make sure they do listen to you.

I stayed in memorial hospital for 2 1/2 days (September 3 thru 5). The first 32 hours were fine but the last 12 hours or so was not ideal. I told Dr Anton Lishmanov that I will never go back to memorial hospital again.

I felt that the hospital dragged their feet when it comes to discharging patients.

They have definitely loss a customer.

I have had only one bad experience in all of the years l have been to memorial. Other than that it has been and ideal hospital. Staff has been friendly, willing to listen, food is good, rooms have been clean. Satisfied except the one bad experience.

About a year ago I went to the hospital and I liked it because they had an area for children and on Saturday, August 3 I returned and I was surprised that they removed the children's area and passed my 3 year old baby to the adult area there was no pediatrician in that moment as arrived until 8am and never arrived attended by another doctor who is not a pediatrician and according to October, the pediatrics will arrive until 12 noon and not only that one of the patients next to me started screaming like crazy insulting the nurse and my child was nervous to hear the screams until two police officers arrived.
To those who have babies I do not recommend Memorial Hospital because they forgot about our babies by removing the area for them.

I was sent to the ER earlier today by one of Memorial's physicians.

When I got here the physician was yhere and the took me back immediately!

Unfortunately, I sat waiting for results of my CT Scan for more than FIVE HOURS! I could not leave due to the IV needle ports still taped to my arm.

The problem stemmed from an operation that I was performed by the said physician more than a month ago.

There were others that checked in after me that were long gone hours ago.

Ridiculous!!!!

Friendly and efficient staff. I really liked that you could set up a "text notification" for those who were unable to be at the hospital during my surgery. Highly recommend Memorial if the need arises.

I came to the ER over the weekend for abdominal pain. The room was absolutely disgusting. I didn't notice until after the finger oximeter was on my finger that there was dried blood on the outside of it as well as the BP cuff cord. If I would have saw this prior too I definitely would have went somewhere else. The doctor prescribed basically over the counter pill for the pain that I was in which was Tylenol 500mg. The nurse was very pleasant but you guys have to do better. Unsanitary rooms can be hazardous.

Memorial Women's Breast Center is amazing! The staff there truly cares from the check-in desk staff to the radiologist and everyone in between. They all did their absolute best to get me through my procedure. I am super impressed by them and would highly recommend to anyone who needs even just imaging done to go see these ladies. I can't thank them enough truly top notch.

I need details in regards to this collection also if this is my emergency visit in Jax Memorial Hospital then It was worst service I have received and I was not treated or cared at all other than pain relief medicine tylenol etc. I have been waiting there for more than 1 hour screaming with pain and nurses were chatting carelessly! This can not cost $1091!!!
Update: I got call from Memorial Hospital and was informed that the charges are waived and the manager apologized however I am in collections now! I will take all necessary actions with my legal counsel to resolve this unfair treatment and harm!

It was nothing short of a MIRACLE!! I cannot stand St.Vincent's as I was misdiagnosed and almost died there. My Dr. is affiliated with 3 hospitals and everyone told me to go here. From start to finish they were hands on and was the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I would go there again if I needed to have surgery. Thank you to all of the hospital staff!

UNBELIEVABLE how dysfunctional the switch board is!!! I called to ask if an individual was a patient. I selected #2 for patient information 5 times and the menu just kept looping. So, I tried 0 and got a live person. When I asked if the individual was a patient or not I heard, "just a minute," music, and then a nursing station answered. I explained I had called patient information to find out if my friend was a patient in Memorial Hosp or not and was told, "I can't give out any information about a patient." I responded that I was not requesting information other than if my friend was a patient in the hospital. I was told that would be information and I should ask my friend's mother if she was in the hospital or not and the line went dead when she hung up. REALLY??? Who was I even talking to????

It took four calls to the main hospital phone number to be told my friend was a patient in ICU.

Certain things you can't learn from a text book. Nurse Dale in the Labor and Delivery unit is an example of this. She is genuinely caring and naturally kind. She took the time to answer every single question I asked her ( At 4 in the morning mind you and I had a lot) she is on top of it and NEVER once made me feel like a burden.

I'm not from Jacksonville and I've heard some pretty scary things about this place but I'm here to tell you things have obviously changed and don't believe everything you here. Seeing is most definitely believing.

Thank you Nurse Dale

Had the unfortunate happenstance to have to use these people on vacation; were originally sent to the Townecenter Memorial branch off gate parkway, ignorant and overly arrogant staff, and so we were sent to the University branch for treatment. OMG how can you people maintain staff and doctors like this, thank God we don't have to practice here in Jacksonville regularly. You poor regular dwindling middle class of America that built this country only to see it washed down the drain by people who don't like their jobs and pass it on to their consumers, Memorial Hospital System of Jacksonville let this be a wake up call. P.S. Cash paying foreigners not welcomed here!

The staff were friendly and caring.

The staff were friendly and caring.
When ,I rung that bell bell they were in my room seconds to help. And I also love my Dr. Steven SCIBELLI . Great bed manner , respectable. Thank you for all you do.

THE NURSES AND DOCTOR(ALL MALE) WHEN I WENT LATE NIGHT FOR MY 1 YEAR OLD HAD TERRIBLE BURNS HIS SKIN WAS PEELING. I NEED HIM TO BE TREATED WITH CARE AS A BABY NOT A NUMBER, AND I NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AS A MOTHER.I WAS SO UPSET EARLY THIS MORNING WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS GONNA TO AIR OUT THE NURSE AND DOCTOR, BUT I TRULY BELIEVE WHAT GOES AROUND COMES. THEY SAY COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS BUT ALSO KEEP ACCOUNT OF THE WRONG YOU DO TO PPL AND HOW YOU TREAT THEM AS WELL IT WILL COME BACK TO YOU. GO TO WOLFSON.

The medical staff was superior that I had to care for me. I would just like to compliment them by name Lyn (Days), Barbara (Nights), Randy (Day), Cashaunda (Night), and Patrice just to name a few and my Day nurse when I was discharged I did not get a chance to get his name but he looks like Tom Cruise off Top Gun. All these glorious people that I was blessed to have care for me when I was in Room 4011 I give you the highest praise and top stars of excellence for patient care and compassion. Thank you for caring for me as if I was your family member.

To the Owner: your hospital s*cks and i don't need your fonny apologies. I wish I read reviews... ALL 1- STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!!

Staff don't bring me water. You told your people to ask if we need anything but you've forgotten to tell your people to follow through.

I'm drinking tap water. No vending machine to buy drinking water.

Food is cold ; portions are getting smaller every day. No health food and no fruits or vegetables either.

They served me Sprite and Cola knowing that I'm diabetic... but still no bottled water. Hope you have someone to bring you what you need: soap! See what you have...

We are actually in the hospital now. My father got here yesterday around 7pm with nothing to eat all day supposing to have heart cath. When we got here by ambulance no one knew what was going on and had lost all of his paper work. So by 10pm the finally got it. Then decided he could eat. So this morning we were expecting to have procedure, because every nurse said he was scheduled by 3pn. So no breakfast. Now the just come in and said that he will not have it till Monday at 3 pm. So he is just left here with nothing just regular medication. No body is on the same page. Everyone story is different. We are just going to leave ourself and figure out how to go to st. Vincent where he usually goes

My emergency room experience was exceptional but when I got on the labor & delivery floor I didn t really feel like the doctor was really attentive to my needs. The nurses were amazing but overall I went there to be checked by a physician but left without being evaluated.

I give 5 stars because my husband nearly died & they saved his life. Didn't waste no time & took good care of him. I also had my baby delivered here & my nurse was tara bakman she was amazing, she was very attentive to me & moved as fast as possible. I was being as a pain in the butt & she still cared for me with a smile on her face. They female doctor who delivered my baby was very great. She didn't rush my birth & let it happen on its own, she didn't pull my baby head but just lightly support her as my baby came out. & the doctor or nurse didn't leave my side until they made sure the baby & I were ok. I couldn't thank tara bakman enough for what she did. They made my birthing experience beautiful & I thank them so much. I pray for God to bless them in their life & line of work.

Unsanitary, long wait times, and SLOW (even for heart conditions and chest pains). Went in the emergency area around 10am because I thought I had a heart attack. Took probably 30-45 mins just to get the ekg. Then proceeded to wait a couple hours before seeing the doctor. Then waited a couple more hours for blood work to he done. Didn't leave until 6pm. Tremendous wait time for less than average interactions with the nurses and doc. Only had one person doing blood work the entire day and she was quite new at it. Also, a gentlemen came in bleeding in one of their wheel chairs and his open wound was serviced in the wait line next to check in counter. After words, I watched the front nurse put his bloody bandages in the common trash can next to the check in desk. Disgusting. And then they took the wheel chair out without wiping it and another person came in on it. It was very unprofessional.

I would like to update this. I just had my second surgery at Memorial Hospital. I had my other hip replaced and I still think this is the best hospital I've ever spent time in. I have had multiple surgeries in different hospitals in different states and I have never had an experience as good as this one. I had a total hip replacement and every nurse, therapist, care tech and doctor was wonderful. I was treated like family. The care and respect that they give everyone is 5 star without a doubt. I am grateful that I landed in 4 West Thanks for taking such good care of me. ~ Tami C

I went to the hospital because of vomiting and dehydration . I was given an I.V and sent home . Just for me to turn and go to another hospital for the second time , for the same reason . Come to find out my intestines were telescoping . This was a life or death situation and Memorial handled myself poorly . There was no X-Ray , CT Scan or anything . They took my blood , but never gave an explanation . This is the worst hospital in the Jacksonville area in my opinion .

Overall happy with quality and care of staff. While there are always glitches and not everyone can be taken care of atvthexsane time, the people who served me were gracious and helpful as well as genuinely concerned for me. Many went the extra mile. I name nurse Desiree as she brought me real brewed coffee, not the normal swill. I also name Acclauma ( spell?), excellent nurse.

I am at a loss for words. The care I got from the doctors who handled my case was so bad. They don t talk you about what is going on and don t know anything that is going on till you go off on them. I have zero trust in this hospital and it s staff. Don t ask for anything to eat because you won t get that as well. I have heard people yelling to use the restroom and begging for help and no one would come for over thirty min. If your smart go to another hospital that they do care about the patients.

I took my daughter to the ER with throat pain, ringing in the ears, and headache. We were seen fairly quickly, but all we got was she had an "angry" throat and was prescribed some antibiotics. Two days later, still in pain we went to another doctor somewhere else and were told she had a severe ear infection with ruptured ear drums. I am very frustrated my child had to suffer two extra days in agony. Next time I would go somewhere else. I had no choice this time as it was a holiday weekend.

Considering my experience giving birth at UF and S...

Considering my experience giving birth at UF and Shands, this birthing experience was much improved. I was a bit alarmed that they only do c-sections but I'm sure if I had gone to any other hospitals they would have decided to go the c-section route anyway.

I give 3 stars (though it's showing up as 4 stars) because even though I was going to have a c-section the process didn't seem as monitored as at Shands. At Shands it was decided that a c-section was needed because the baby's heart rate kept dropping with every contraction. This time, the same phenomenon occurred. But it didn't seem like anyone was monitoring (so it seemed like no one was concerned about his heart rate dropping more and more). Perhaps because they weren't attempting the vaginal delivery it didn't matter. By the time I was going to mention the heart rate dropping it was go time.

Then there was the initial food situation. The medical staff advised I was supposed to have a liquid diet first so I wouldn't be sick from the epidural. But the dietitian staff didn't receive that order. And seemed to get combative when I stated the doctors and nurses said that I was supposed to be on the liquid diet. Low-key, I was glad for the mixup because I hadn't eaten a thing the day before and was super hungry. I ended up accepting the food. But, it was a mixup nonetheless.

The nursing staff was nice both night and day. They were all different and offered neat and different alternatives to solving issues. For example, I had trouble waking baby to dine. Day nurse tried some things that didn't really work. He pretty much ate when he felt like it vs that strict 2-3 hour schedule... I'm talking tight lip and clenched gums would not open his mouth to dine at all while sleeping. The night nurse wouldn't accept defeat. She got him to open up and eat every time.

Funny coincidence about the doctor who delivered my baby: she was going to deliver my first but because my baby came hours before my induction appointment that doctor wasn't available. But I was happy to see a familiar and friendly face at this hospital.

This place takes the highest reward possible for bad customer service. Back in 2015, I had to go there for a biopsy. My first time there. Unfortunately breast cancer was found. As a result I went through chemo and radiation treatment. I had to go back to this dreadful place every 6 months, I think 3 hours is the minimum amount of time for each visit. Most of my visits were longer. That was just a mammogram. On the day of my surgery they said they would transport me to the hospital. When it was time for my surgery, no one was around to take me. Due to the creativity of one nurse to got there riding in a golf cart.

I have been through multiple surgerys at different locations and have never experienced bad customer service like this! If at all possible stay away from Memorial Hospital Breast center.

I havent been to Memorial in over 10 yrs. The staff was very helpful and nice to my family and myself. I stayed over night and the nursing staff was nothing but wonderful and sweet. The room was clean, comfie and bright. I love the Text notifications my family received when we walked in for surgery to walking out the next day. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a common case of hypoglycemia and was left in my room waiting for 3 unnecessary hours. No one came back with my lab results, no doctor came in to talk with me. I sat for three hours after feeling much better and every nurse that walked by didn't even care enough to get me out of there so the room could be open to another patient. I decided to discharge myself and two paramedics watched me take out my IV and didn't say a word to me, no concern, both just walked off. After removing the IV, I politely asked for directions out of the hospital. Two nurses and one of the same paramedics looked at me like I wasn't even human and refused to answer and ignored my presence. I eventually found my way to the front lobby and on my way out of the emergency entrance, one of the nurses had followed me just to make sure that my "IV was removed". Unbelievably horrible representatives of the medical field. This is the second time I have had to discharge myself and walk out without any discharge papers. Some of the paramedics are also extremely prejudice to people with mental health issues as well so please be aware if you or a loved one is being taken in an ambulance and have these issues. I recommend someone sit in the ambulance with them. Overall Memorial, do better.

I had my prior surgeries at Baptist Beach in which I gave them a 5 start rating. I guess I was so used to there way of informing and providing information on a regular basis. I got the impression the the first day there was a shortage of nurses. But the end result was that my surgery was a success thanks to my surgeon. That is all that matters.

The care I recieved when I got there was the best ever. They were welcoming, and attended to my emergency immediately. Their kind and caring attitude made me at ease. The best ER visit I have ever experienced.
The nurses, the doctors, the xray tech were all very professional.

Checked in the Er at 1055am with food poisoning wile 7months pregnant and waited for 4 hours for just my fluid after asking the 3 times can I get some fluid .. the. Was put in the hallway area for another 3hr waiting to be seen still by a doctor was told I would be admitted but no one ever came back for me so i left never got my antibiotics I was told I would receive and people was just taking the mask off and wearing them hallway on wile waiting .... and I asked to be sent to the woman/pregnancy area they said I wasn't have problems with my pregnancy so I cant be sent over there...... all i know is if I find out I got covid from being in there and my baby can't come home I will be completely in rage for being put at risk in this hospital. I didn't receive any care and I will not be coming to that Er again and I was very patient and wasn't rude with anyone ant any point wile I waited. I left around 730 at night and was so scared for my baby I just prayed we made it through the night so I can see my obgyn that next morning.

Can't say enough good things about the ladies at Memorial Hospitals Imaging Center. A mammogram isn't something most people look forward to but the ladies at Memorial are professional, kind and efficient and make the procedure as easy as possible.

My cousin went in to get checked out for a bad rash/break out on skin on multiple parts of his body. Instead of doing some tests to make sure of no possible diseases in which (could possibly be deadly) if left untreated. They tested for nothing. Why? Because he has no health insurance. Are you kidding me?? Not everyone can afford health insurance nor has health insurance, that is what ER visits are supposed to be there for. Especially if it's an emergency that could be deadly.

Another incident happend a few monthe prior when my uncle went in and they refused to do a mandatory open heart surgery on him, and doctor said he was surprised he was still alive after being seen months prior when he was hesitant about surgery the first go round. Well this visit he was admitted and wanted to go ahead and have the surgery like the doctor advised from Baptist. The moment they found out he didn't have health insurance Memorial REFUSED TO help him. THIS HOSPITAL IS A JOKE. I dont reccomend going, if you want help. And they will do nothing, unless (maybe) you have health insurance.

Bless this hospital! We came from St. Vincent's which they've done nothing for my mother. My mother had small bowel obstruction. We entered through the ER, which they did tranquilize the pain while waiting. ER was busy as expected. The nurses and the doctor treated us with great respect & professionalism and explained to us what was happening. My mother stayed here for 3 days, inserted a nastrogastrical tube to pump out all the gases and the build up of obstruction that was causing the discomfort. Since then my mother is back to her good health. Not like hellish St. Vincent's where they multiplied the amount of trouble, worsening her condition, we wasted 3 days there. Thank you so much!

My Mother was sent here for an allergic reaction. ...

My Mother was sent here for an allergic reaction. Treated and then sent home to take Benadryl, needless to say it didn't work. She was seen by Dr. Zeneith? He is an ER doctor on staff there. He has no clue of the side effects of the medications that he is prescribing and he has twice quickly discharged her without providing her with complete and definitive care. She was seen by him again yesterday, for side effects of the treatment regimen, when i attempted to ask questions to ensure my overstanding of her care requirements he was both rude and unprofessional and walked off without ensuring i was satisfied with my 80 year olds Mothers care. She has been seen 5 times at the ER admitted and/or discharged this month for this reaction. This behavior from a board certified Hippocratic oath Sworn physician is sad and a disgrace. He is not well versed in the medications he is prescribing and this under level of care is illegal and a far cry from the benchmark that Memorial swears by. Their bedside manner is non-existent. Memorial hospital will kill you if you don't pay attention..

Worst place ever. I got treated for a fractured toe and they charged me 1100 dollars for it. They literally did nothing. They threw a foot brace at me and didn't even have the courtesy to help me put it on. They made myself do it while I was injured. They also treated my back and put 14 staples in. Didn't even let me know how long it needed to be on there or when to follow up and have them removed.

Dr was Michael John, mark raym, Currie Do.
I called memorial for customer service and I literally have been hung up on five times. That's how they treat their patients, charging them ridiculous amounts for poor medical service.

I just wanted a break down on my invoice of what they did to treat my toe and couldn't even get an answer. So lousy.

Like seriously I should have just avoided going to this terrible hospital all together. I could of done a better job by myself to be honest and save my self the robbery of a bill they charged me.

To anyone reading this STAY AWAY from these crooks. They do not care about you or your health. Take your business else where. I mean that very dearly. Can't stress it enough.

My wife had her hip replaced at Memorial Hospital. Everything totally met our expectations. The procedure done in a timely fashion. The staff kept me informed of her progress thru the different steps of her surgery. The MDA and CRNA both extremely professional and pleasant. The nursing staff on the floor was exceptional in my opinion. Compassionate and effective care. Excellent discharge planning including the PT department. The hospital assisted us with obtaining the needed medical devices for home use. Prescriptions needed were conveniently filled via the hospital pharmacy. Things couldn t have been simpler and yet were extremely professional. A very positive experience.

Memorial hospital has robbed me of my first time experience of becoming a mom. I did not get to spend my first 24hrs with my baby. No skin to skin as requested. And the staff lies to you or leaves out extreme details that is needed. The longer I stayed my experience went from bad to worst when nurse Sonya decides to not show empathy towards a worried mom and father for their baby. She never told me the truth and she handle everything sloppy. The gaurds where just as suprised as us to find a family who were only searching for answers. She need to be demoted then fired.

I gave this one star because I can't give it a zero. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. My husband was brought here a week ago because Brooks Rehab hospital allowed his blood sugar to drop to 45 and this was the closet hospital.I had a doctor walk out the room while I was speaking and a patient care tech shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes when I asked a question. When I do get an answer it's "I don't know". They have changed medications that May Clinic has prescribed and was keeping his blood pressure at a normal range. His bp is still within normal but now it's a high normal. I wish I could post the picture of the ceiling tile in his room. It is wet and moldy. I asked someone about it but no one has been it to look at. If you have an alternative to go to another hospital please do so.

this hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been in and that is such a shame to say being that we're in the US and not in some third world country. If you don't like your job get the hell away from a profession that requires, tact, compassion, and professionalism.

As I am not a native Floridian, some statutory things that came as a surprise; everyone was friendly & efficient, as was the technology, which allowed for contactless paperwork. Of course medicine requires contact, but in this time of Covid, why not limit that contact wherever possible, which they did. They also went out of their way to provide the information necessary to get the visit records to my pcp. As pleasant an experience as an ER visit could be, circumstances notwithstanding.

This was my first visit to Memorial, and Was amazed just how organized and pleasant the entire staff was.The pre-paperwork system really make the checkin process much faster and much less stressful. The nurses , everyone single one I was in contact with were pleasant and professional.

I was brought here by an ambulance with dehydration. The paramedics gave me an IV and I quickly recovered. I asked to leave the hospital, and they refused to release me. I refused to be admitted. The doctor that saw me and performed no services told me there would be no charges. I waited for my wife to pick me up. No treatment was done. Yet I am being billed by the hospital for Lord knows what. They refuse to provide an itemized billing and have sent it to collections. Again, they billed me for nothing. This seems fraudulent. When you wonder why healthcare costs have skyrocketed, you don't have to look any further than this. May 19, 2018 follow up: This has been a nightmare! The hospital said they would wipe out these false charges for which they never provided documentation. They also said they would take care of the collection agency and debt collection issued, BUT STILL HAVE NOT!
