Always a fun time plus we know Newton Furniture stands behind what they sell. Tim doesn't high pressure you but wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I even learned today they also carry rugs. If you need furniture or rugs be sure to check them out.
Very, very disappointed. This company does not stand by their product. I bought a sectional from Newton Furniture and the fabric is pilling extremely bad after only a few months. The owner, Tim, came to my home and said this is normal for fabric to do this and it is not considered a defect. He was unwillingly to work with me in any way. I am sick to think of what this $3,200 couch, which I am still making payments on, will look like in another year. I love supporting family-owned companies, but with this family you may find yourself paying for furniture that is falling apart and nobody who cares or is willing to help you.
Please refer to the photo I posted so you can see how awful this couch is holding up after a couple of months, and the owner of this company, Tim, says this is normal. Tim also states on his website that if there is a problem, they ll take care of it because that s how they were raised and that s the right thing to do. He never even took a second to try and solve my problem. He is not an honest man. He is a liar.
Staff (one lady) was friendly helped me out with getting a mattress for my daughter. Came in the next day to pay for it the guy behind the counter (Tim) was very rude I was asking him some questions about other stuff I was interested in buying if they had it. But he didn t want to help. Took my money and pretty much rushed me out the door. Hopefully I m satisfied with the mattress

A bit deceiving from the front but pretty large on the inside. Very nice people who helped. They asked what our price range was and stuck to it. Also explained the differences.
Very good attentive service with great products and quick friendly delivery. You pay a little more for the quality of furniture and the great service, but it was absolutely worth not having to drive out of town and getting delivery the same day.

Very impressed with the selection and prices. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond in making sure I got the right piece for me. I was debating between two pieces and Tim offered to have the delivery (free delivery) bring them out so I could see both. I could then pick the piece I want and pay when decided.
We bought two chairs from them and they are great! Tim was very friendly and didn't pressure us in any way. He gave us the time to talk about the purchase and explained the process clearly. Exceptional service during these trying times of covid. The two delivery guys had an awesome attitude and were very friendly even though they had to carry the two chairs up to the second floor.
