I came here last year because my fingers had become so swollen i couldnt even move them, i was in pain. When i decided i couldnt take it anymore i came here to the er, i waited so long. When the doctor finally came in, he leaned agaisnt the counter across from me, NEVER even looked at my hand! I told him what was wrong and he chuckled at me and said "well what do you want, some pain pills?" I said no, i just wanted to figure out what was wrong and go from there. He was smirking the whole time, asked me why it took me until now to come in. I said i couldnt take it anymore and he said "maybe you should see a hand specialist but i cant help you" and he walked out! Then i waited an hour and a half for my discharge papers and they still didnt have it so i walked out. Now im getting a call for 85$ for my visit. The doctor made me feel like i was some pos that just wanted a fix, ive never even used drugs or alcohol in my entire life! Go f yourself memorial.

Friendly, professional staff! However, the wait time for my mammogram was excessive. I had pre-registered on the phone and also completed my check-in 40 minutes prior to my appointment time.

After waiting almost a half-hour past my appt time, I mentioned it to the front-desk staff. (The waiting room was almost empty, so I didn t understand the delay.) I was finally taken back (along with two other women who had been waiting.) I had to fill out another form and wait again!

I understand that unplanned things can happen - or some appointments take longer than planned. But someone should have the courtesy to give the patients who are waiting an update.

It frustrates me that patients can wait an hour for a medical appointment, but if a patient is running ten minutes late - the Dr s office wants to reschedule!

This hospital is a complete joke! My daughter has been to this so called hospital twice. Both times the staff were just sitting around taking their time doing anything. Any question I gave they never had an answer. Always said "well let me go do research on that" or "let me go ask my boss."
With every question came more attitude as if I was bothering them. I don't think the staff here even went to an actual medical school because from what I could hear they didn't know anything to any questions that any patient was giving them. They just wonder about looking like clueless puppies. A disgrace of a hospital!!! I will never return.

While the care at the Memorial Hospital ER was very good, many people in the waiting room had there masks pulled down off their noses. This was alarming, particularly in an indoor setting in a hospital, so I went to the front desk and brought it to their attention. They seemed rather indifferent and did absolutely nothing about it. This put everyone at risk of catching Covid in a Place that should have protected us.

I received the best care I went in due to server chronic pain on my left side, checked in BP 231/164 wait time was less than 20 min. Transferred to Express Care everyone was very professional Dr. Ahmed was awesome, Radiology on point, kudos to the nurse that did my EKG

I hope never go there again, the doctor don't care, you came back every week and he never remember your situation or your examination, surgery with him, leave you without medicine on the weekend. They don't pay attention in anything for your treatment. I talk with other patients with same problem. The assistants and front desk are very rude. Wait hours, they don't care, you pay even if you have insurance cover, they charge in full.

Breakfast is great! The nursing staff of 4 West is exceptional! Don t want to go back, but if I had to, I wouldn t hesitate to go back. Enjoyed the experience as much as I could, even though I was there for a surgery.

WORST emergency room ever! I'm going to report our...

WORST emergency room ever! I'm going to report our experience to the Board of Health! My boyfriend has been really sick for going on 4 weeks now, we've been to Memorial ER three times in the past 2 weeks and they STILL won't admit him or help him. He has pneumonia, they sent him home with a prescription for Z-pack, after taking that for 6 days, on the 8th day he was even worse and could hardly breathe so we go back to the ER. 2nd time they do a CAT scan with contrast and tell him that he has severe pneumonia with fluid in his lungs and give him another antibiotic for 10 days, and send him home. He can't even lay down because he can't breathe, he can't sleep to try to get himself better because he can't breathe, so finally the third time we went to the ER (yesterday, Sept 12th) begging them to admit him and the doctor said they can't admit him because there's no room. Actually that's the second time they told him that, 2x within maybe 10 days they told him they can't admit him because they don't have any room in the ER. Seriously?! On the third visit the doctor said he would send him home with a prescription for an inhaler and sent him back out in the waiting room, after 2 hours he asked the receptionist if anybody is going to bring his prescription out and she said she'll go find somebody, 40 minutes later we had to leave because he was about to blackout sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours waiting on a prescription!
The doctor calls him at 1 in the morning (this morning) and apologizes for the wait saying that he could come up to the ER and pick up his prescription. Well he can't drive, he can't walk... So I call up to the ER to ask if I could pick up his prescription and while talking to the ER receptionist she flat-out hangs up on me! I called right back and she just picked up and put it right on hold.
What kind of unprofessional emergency room receptionist just hangs up on somebody?! And then puts them directly on hold for 7 minutes?!
I'm definitely speaking with an attorney seeking a malpractice lawsuit and notifying the Board of Health.

Knee replacement surgery went well. Must have had a weird reaction from the epidural causing a slower delay to recover and longer stay. In four days, I was not helped get a shower or bath. Got a bed sore. Everything else was good. Food was good. The rest of the care was good.

I had extreme bad swelling in my hands that were lasting for 2 days., went to the ER because I was scared that my symptoms were getting worst (more swelling) came to see an ARNP who discussed what my problems were, however his attitude is far by disgusting . Did not consider anything to be done , just wanted to prescribe me some kind of pills, which I didn't insist on since I didn't know if I had an allergic reaction already that could be causing my swelling. He just did not care , im not sure if he was having an ugly day or what his problem was , but this isn't a first experience with memorial staff...... I wouldn't even allow him to treat a insect. He kept asking me as to why I came to memorial if i had blood work scheduled else where , and smirked at me like I was doing something wrong!!! OBVIOUSLY I CAME TO MEMORIAL BECAUSE MY BLOOD WORK APT WAS 3 HOURS PRIOR TO ME WALKING INTO THE ER . I was afraid for my life, as I never had anything like that happen to me, without further due, I wouldn't recommend seeing him ever OR ANYONE AT MEMORIAL , after going through all of that I couldn't imagine what patients with critical care go through at that hospital, at the end he tried to argue with me as if he was trying to get rid of me and not help. God forbid you have to have a family member come to this hospital , DONT DO IT!

Awesome nurses in the ER and the hospital. Only fault that I've found is there's no free coffee in same day surgery waiting. This is a first for me to encounter. There's Always coffee!

I had a short wait time in the ER, the doctor was good, but then again was an easy procedure. But overall I dislike the hospital for their staff and billing. They will bill you sky high. Other hospitals in the area have a longer wait time at ER but are worth the wait.

Was terminated from my job because I reported repeated issues of harassment and sexual harassment which was ignored at many attempts to stop it by co-workers, supervisors, and director. Company very quickly found a performance issue to terminate my employment after going to upper management, although for the 3 years I worked there I had very few performance issues. They will not silence me or protect the individuals who harassed me so intensely during my employment with Memorial Hospital/HCA.

During my time there my own mental and physical health took a dramatic plummet due to the stress, worry, and concern over the harassment, lack of concern by management, and trying to get them to treat me like a human. Depression, anxiety, bleeding ulcers, vomiting, and many sleepless nights is what I had to deal with while working there. A very horrific experience to say the least..........the absolute WORST in my entire working career.

I know this hospital has gotten a bad rap in past. BUT I feel like they have an entire new approach on customer patient care! There efforts truly show. From moment you park your car at the free Valet to walking in the front door-! First class treatment & service ! This is my husband 2nd surgery here ! Both experiences were equally the same ! 5 Star!

Hold your wallet tightly when you visited here. They collected $400 from us upfront. Our responsibility was for only $45. They keep billing us for the $45 although we have paid it and Memorial is continuing to hold on to $200 of our money. Their Billing Company is worse than the mafia. They told me they have no way of knowing what we paid Memorial. Can you believe that. Go elsewhere unless you have money to burn.

This hospital should be shut down. There service is borderline criminal, they have the worst customer service. The put my wrong birthday so my records and payments are a mess. My insurance will deny, tried to get it fixed and its next to impossible. This place really needs to have its funding pulled. Please stay away.

I brought my husband in almost 4 hours ago. They took blood did a cat scan and gave him a bag of fluid and has left him in this damn back waiting room all day. No one has come to talk to him or anything other than to unhook his bag of fluid so they could use the pole for another patient. How the hell is this real medical care? This place is a joke. Atop spending money trying to make it look better and just get a staff that will take care of the patients.

I had a Right pneumothorax and a stat chest tube. The care I received the first 24 hrs was abysmal!
Through carelessness of night shift, I had to have ANOTHER stat chest tube through the middle of the night.
Once a higher official at the hosp was notified about the ordeal, I received quality care.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. This place saved my son's life. They were very attentive to the health needs of my son. DR. Blanco was the most amazing doctor I had ever encountered...HE REALLY CARED!!!! This was all new to me since my other son actually DIED in the care of WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL. I can't say enough about the nurses and the staff that took care of my son. He now has a chance to live his life because of these wonderful DEVOTED people. I am forever grateful.

Worst experience. Joke of a hospital. Avoid gping here better off at st. Vincent or baptist. Went in for pain in my left leg found out it was a small blood clot. Didn't even see a doctor saw a rude pa instead all he did was give me a heprin shot and told me to go see my pcp. He even called me a little baby because i was in pain.

Have complained, attempted to speak with Director ...

Have complained, attempted to speak with Director Of womans health Jill Bodden about a situation that almost caused me and my son to die due to the negligence of anesthesiologist Dr. Charles Merry who didn t map out my back right and administered a test dose that made me lose brain activity and pass out to awaken to my son being handed to me, holding him for about 15 minutes with him getting taken away and being put in ICU for 24 hours away from my newborn. Forgot to mention when my mother was panicking while I started losing my ability to breath or from what Jill bodden is stating I was always breathing Yet I passed out, I have to research what happed to me because no one can give me a clear answer and from others Doctors and professionals I apparently lost my ability to breath on my own, I was still breathing but I couldn t feel myself breathing because everything in my body numbed. But I forgot to mention while this was all going down how Dr Charles Merry and the other anesthesiologist present in that room while I was laying back struggling to breath not able to move, speak, but keep my eyes open and listen before I passed out while my mom was panicking she stated Can you get doctors in here! One of them offended with a irritated chuckle stated We are doctors it took the whole hospital to figure out what was wrong with me after giving my husband and family the option to save me or my son. I swear by this day, have witnesses, an employee I have contact with that can testify and I will take a lie detector test. Director of woman s services Jill Bodden was suppose to get in contact with me, she sounded like she didn t care about what happened to me and my son, and you could tell by her tone she was irritated. It s been a week and a half to almost two weeks now and I haven t received the call back she stated she was going to give me. She attempted to tell me that these are risks usually involved with the epidural but does a doctor in back of me sounding like he s having a hard time before administering the dose sound like risk?????? apparently he was training or in residency i m not sure, so if that is so and the lead anesthesiologist in the room overheard him having a difficult time shouldn t he have checked it was placed properly? If that was so, my birth and the trauma my family and I were put through wouldn t have happened! Am I a bad guy for complaining about what was suppose to be the best day of mine and my husbands life bringing my child into this world and also being reminded every year that day goes by what almost happened to us?? It s bad enough two doctors who have access to my FULL medical records are stating what happened to me after I communicate it to them and what Memorial sent looks like a terrible cover up as information is missing completely without notes as to what happened that day to make sure I don t suffer from long term problems due to that day..and also Dr charles Merry charged me for almost killing me! What s going on??? I m being told y all sent a long list of everything that was serviced to me that day yet what really happened is hardly even in my medical records? I warn patients, If something major happens to you Memorial hospital will cover it all up and belittle the situation, you walk in there as a paycheck. They do not care. If you have a similar case to mine please contact me.
Memorial is the reason why I went through extreme postpartum depression that almost ended my marriage, didn t allow me to enjoy my son. Pain on only the right side of my head at times, I have stomach problems with extreme pain after I eat, and bad upper back pain that comes on strong, I have ptsd with nightmares that I won t be able to breath again, I have anxiety when i m alone and at times have to call my husband while he is at work to calm me! I have went through so much, I have problems i never had before this day! Most of all me and my husband wanted another child, but we made a tough decision not to because of that birth trauma!

The people are wonderful and caring. The only negative is wait times. Made 2 appointments for same day, one following the other. Procedures were less than 10 minutes each. The rest of the 2 1/2 hours was wait time.

I have no idea why this hospital still existed! They have no enough parking room for emergency car , they hang up when calling, they leave waiting in the room with no coming back. I can t forget the day that when I needed to go to the er and their hospital was the closest one to me, there was no parking lot and the signs on the ground make you feel like a fool following them.

Staff was friendly. Facility was nor very clean. Surgery waiting cubical was filthy. When i mentioned it they said the man before me had mud on his boots. Room bathrooms were never cleaned. Sheets were not changed. I was there for 2 nights. Food arrived at unusual times, 6:30 for breakfast 10;30 for lunch and 4:30 for dinner. I didn't feel like it was up to Dr
Duffy's high standards. Marie the night nurse was amazing. High point of my stay.

Beware of Cardiac Rehab Program! They do NOT advise up front they charge each visit. Bills rolled in months later. We agreed to make monthly payments. They erroneously accused us of missing a payment, although we have bank documentation it was paid. Turned us over to collection agency. Money hungry extortionists. They WILL bankrupt the elderly!

The Doctors, Staff and Nurses on 3 Central, for me, were absolute Sparkling Gems....They were kind, warm and made me feel safe and very well cared for...always ready to answer any questions or fill any need.....I wanted to take a minute to give special Thanks to My Night Nurse, KAREN, who was always so sweet and kind....and My Day Nurse, SELENA, who I absolutely loved from second one and made me smile each time she entered my room...and I really miss her.....Thank You All for Making a horrifying experience for me, into an experience where I left with Fond memories of the People who were there for me when I needed it more than any time in my life.

Recently treated my father. First he arrived there and we couldn't find him for a day, their tracking is abysmal. After a couple weeks he was recovering from a heart attack and headed to rehab. Then was dropped on his head in the ambulance bay, and did not recover -- hospice instead. Despite repeated calls I have gotten no updates on the investigation. You have my name and number already. They took someone who was ill but recoverable, injured him past the point of recovery, and had the nerve to call it dementia (someone who was living on his own, texting/calling family, going out to dinner with friends just a few weeks before). And while there, incredibly lousy communications on his condition, where he was, when he was moved, etc. Family data never transfers from one department to another. A couple good doctors willing to fight for the patient, but otherwise, no, don't send elders here, they are quickly written off.

I am a patient with dual diagnosis. I have cancer and a blood clotting disorder called protein C defiency. I was recently in the ER for blood clots in my lungs. The staff was amazing. I felt very cared for and listened to. I was admitted and the staff that took care of me from the nurses to the food services I was treated amazing. I have had a bad experience here prior but changes have been made to better your facility. I will most definitely let my family and friends know about my positive experience at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. Job well done!!

The staff, from the nurses, to dietary and the CNAs were nice. One particular CNA, Marcus was fabulous! He made sure I had fresh water, he performed vital signs. He was very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I was amazed that none of my nurses check for bowel sounds. I just had abdominal surgery. One nurse listened to lung sounds. None of them performed a head to toe assessment. One nurse did ambulate with me, but no other nurse encouraged ambulation. I was there from Tuesday afternoon until Friday afternoon.

I went to labor and delivery today for pelvic pain and I m 34 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the physician that was there was dr Thomas and she was a complete BI**H and her bedside manner is god awful she need to be retaught how on how to treat her patients excuse my language but something has to be done with her and must I mention that this is the second time I came across her with the same nasty attitude. Who in the hell tells a person in pain not to come to the hospital is it s not an emergency if I m in pain plus pregnant in pain not to come to be seen.... I love this hospital but that lady is bring y all down

Being subjected to a 2nd mammogram and that one hurt more than the 1st you get only 4 stars and that is because the people you have working there actually care about you being in pain, but they were the ones causing said pain.

They got me right back pretty much . I had gone into here just wanting a flu test really. They did it no problem. The doctor could have offered to do a little more diagnostics considering my copay was 150. He absolutely should have offered to run some labs to at least see if my cbc was normal.

All in all they did get me back promptly, ran the flu test as I wished and had me outta there in an hour. Also , everyone was very friendly . I would absolutely go back if I needed to.

I was told by my doctor to be at the er by 5pm in order to have a scheduled 7:30 am stent placement for the following morning. I drove for two n a half hours and got to the er around 415 pm and was still in the er at 10 that night . I was told that there were no beds available and I could stay in the er till a bed became available but was no guarantee a bed would come available. Then I was told I could be place in another holding unit that didn't have a bathroom but when your are scheduled for surgery a person would like to be able to bath and be clean. I signed out AMA. I know I will be responsible for this bill but this is poor management. How you gonna schedule someone for surgery and a bed cannot be provided. Also when you are to be admitted to the hospital a person's medicines should be gone over within a timely manner. I was there 5 hours before they even looked at my meds. This is after labs n an ekg. All this after driving two and a half hours. Just a bad experience all the way around. I could go on about the sanitation but each one to his own opinion. Very dissatisfied.

I had a little medical hiccup pop up. In the process I had to visit the ER twice, ENT twice and the OR once. All of my visits (5) in one month were nothing short of 5 stars each visit. Every healthcare provider from check in to check out were attentive to my needs and took my health seriously. I was fully informed, even though I thought it was silly to tell everyone my health issues I understand it was to make sure I knew exactly what to expect. I originally went to Memorial ER because the walk-in ER was closest to my home. I will recommend. Unfortunately, I didn t have the opportunity to eat in the cafeteria, however, my husband said the cafeteria food was good too. Five stars

The staff, RNs, radiologist and physicians at Memorial Hospital were FABULOUS. However, I m only leaving 3 stars because as of 12/31 I am still waiting on the results of my 12/20 biopsy that was supposed to take 3-5 days at the most. I realize that the holidays get a little crazy and offices close but that is of no comfort or relief when you re waiting on results from a biopsy. And that was not mentioned when I was told when to expect results.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE AVOID THIS HOSPITAL. Family member was misdiagnosed with a heart attack and she actually had ammonia of the brain. This illness spread along with mersa to her liver and kidneys. After being at memorial a week for a heart attack she left and when to UFShands where everything was found. She is now on hospice due to the infection. BELEIVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL. IT IS FOR PROFIT. THEY WILL KILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!! I personally have my attorney handling a bill because they tried to charge over $20,000 for an hour ER visit with no medication or even a room!!! My insurance company themselves said they have multiple case issues against Memorial Hospital for their billing. I hope this place gets SHUTDOWN

7/28: UPDATE: The family member who was misdiagnosed with a heart attack has passed away. Thank you Memorial for ruining our chance at saving her. Cheryl was 62 leaving behind a beautiful great grandson that is two years old. Her pride and joy. We will miss her forever and we will hate ourselves for letting MEMORIAL SEND HER HOME TO DIE. THANK U

IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! First, I would like to say that this is a horrible hospital. The practices of this hospital is deadly. A friend of mine said that he admitted his father into the hospital and after two day he was asked to leave, he said no, so the security was called and he was removed from the property. So his father is there and no one is there to look after his father.
So he went back with me and they immediately came with the security guard and the security guard said that i was trespassing. I pray that this hospital would go out of business. People stop going to this death trap.
When they start loosing the money then they will understand that the practices of this establishment is deadly and really it is all about the money.
If you have medicaid, go to the baptist or st. Vincent's they will help you more than this deathtrap.

NO customer service skill, the nurse was mad at my friend , for what , I don't know but this is not the actions of someone that would help you. The Caseworker was lying to him and threatening him, I AM THE WITNESS. THIS HOSPITAL IS THE WORST. THIS HOSPITAL IS THE WORST. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Worst ER ever. 20 minute wait on website and my son has been waiting over 3 hours to be seen while watching every other person go ahead of him. He is severely dehydrated with muscle aches and and spasms and trying not to pass out. I called the ER to find out his condition and was told that he was fine and they were waiting on blood work to come back. I told the nurse that she was lying as I was on facetime with him and he had not even been seen yet and the once full waiting room now only had 2 other people besides my sin in it. She also lied and said that was not true but I saw it for myself on his video. It took 10 minutes after I called for him to be seen all of a sudden. I expect a call from the hospital management or I will be calling them. For a young man to be treated this way is unacceptable and for a nurse to lie to a worried mother is unforgivable.

I was received professionally. The technician who took my xray was very cheerful, upbeat & informative. However, i still haven't received a receipt in my email. The desk clerk had misspelled my name on my receipt. I asked her to make me another so that the insurance would pay for it. She called me twice trying to rectify this but i still have not received it in my email, span, or trash folder. I know she tried. I think she was just hired.

This was the worse hospital visit I ever seen!! My husband was admitted for chest pains. The er staff was rude, they kept running tests after test and even though the tests was negative. They still wouldn't release him after he became frustrated because they didn't feed him for 24hrs after all the test we're done!! This visit was a total nightmare.. The nurse left the bloody syringe in the sink for hours.. They left his egk results along with his personal info out on the counter top!! Smh.. I wouldn't take my dog to this hospital!!

I arrived on my 79th birthday w/COVID 19. I believe I was on my last day. You gave me back my 80th year. I m convinced without the healthcare professionals @ Memorial, GOD s angels of mercy I would be headed for my grave sight in Michigan. I ve traveled the world. Could I find a better hospital. No!! I ve had a home in Jacksonville since 1978, my family has used Memorial for years. GOD bless you all.

If I could give this hospital ZERO stars I would. ...

If I could give this hospital ZERO stars I would. I came in because I am 20 year old female that was having EXTREME back and stomach pains. I told the triage that I had a UTI that had went away. But I was having major pain. Worse than Labor. Not only did I wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours screaming and crying in pain, the registration is what was holding me up. They wanted all of my payment information before I could be seen. I was shocked and nearly left at that moment. The ER wasn't busy at this point. When I finally got called back I immediately did a urine test. I laid in the bed for 45 minutes, the nurse came in and wanted to do a pelvic exam, I went in for the pelvic and came back. She then stated that she would NOW an hour later go run my urine to give me some pain medication. (Pregnancy test) before any pain meds. I get that. However, it took an hour to just test my urine. After she finally came in (because I paged for her) She gave me TYLENOL. Tylenol and I was curled over screaming in pain telling her it was worse than labor. I asked if they were going to do any scans on my kidneys or my appendix. After doing my own research I assumed that was what the problem was. The nurse said they were planning on doing multiple test. I said okay and continued the waiting game. After 20 minutes I hear the nurse in the hall say that there are alot of people waiting in the waiting room to be seen and they have no room. They need to get patients out. 5 minutes after the nurse comes in and gives me my discharge papers. With a diagnosis of a UTI. Not only did she ignore everything I said she straight up lied to my face about what the doctors were going to do. I was sent home. Only to go to St.Vincents and find out that I have a major Kidney infection and a Bladder Infection. Had surgery been necessary I would have sued the hell out of memorial hospital. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They do not care how you feel. They care about getting people in and out. It might as well of been a Care Center I went to. Absolutely PATHETIC experience. And all of this coming from a 20 year old, I hold myself with more professionalism than memorial hospital staff ever dreamed of.

How long do you have to wait, after you have reported a Dr at the Memorial Emergency Center on Atlantic, for being unprofessional to his patients .
Reported this to Memorial Hospital on April 2nd or 3rd. Was told they would get back with me.
Don't ever go to this Center for ER care. Told by Dr Mullis it's for emergency only. I was told I was not an Emergency.after being there 120 minutes later. Not at the beginning.
Had bunion/hammertoe surgery and Saturday morning it started bleeding and bandage was soaked. My Dr told me to go to Er. I went to this facility on Atlantic Blvd.
Saw Dr 40 minutes later, said he was going after scissors. Never saw him again with those scissors till 40 minutes later. Cut bandage off, placed bloody bandage on counter. Walked out without saying anything. Came by my door 40 minutes later to tell me this was an Emergency ER Center and I was not an emergency . He did not say someone will come in and bandage you up as soon as they could. I told him I was an emergency and I was on blood thinner. Guess since blood wasn't pouring out I was not an emergency. Blood was coming out between incisions. I got so upset I told him I was leaving.
Couldn't been more than 15 seconds guy was there with discharge papers. I got no treatment at all. Since my foot had no covering on it, I had to take sock off of other foot and put on injured foot to get heavy boot back on. I did ask guy if I could have gauze to wrap it when I got home. I had to get out of that horrible place., before I started having A fib and anxiety attack.
If this Dr, should come back and say we offered to bandage foot up, they are lying.
My sock was soaked from bleeding when I got Back home
My Dr (did Surgery) gave me antibodies to take as it looked like I had some infection. On April 3rd
The most horrible thing I have ever gone through
This guy should not be a Dr, after I read all the reviews about him.
I have been to that Center with other Dr's that was very nice . They never told me I wasn't an emergency.
Just beware if you go to this Center.
This complaint is about Dr only, not staff or how long I was there.

Not only am I disgusted, I'm horrified from the way I was treated all the way to the unclean facility. Somebody is supposedly calling me back. Havent got a call yet. Had a nurse legitimately tell me I do not care what you think or labs said call back Monday.

Hayes James Is an amazing caring doctor. Along with the whole ER staff that was working December 10th between 8:30 and 2am. Ran 8 miles which is normal for me but then waxed my truck for 2 hours and went to gym. Did to much was having chest pains. Thought I was having a heart attack. They ran all the tests and didn t take long at all. Put me at ease and carefully went over my blood work with me. God bless them. I will be taking it easy and not pushing myself to the limits. To many David Goggins videos, seeing him run 200 mile races ext. don t know how he does it. They must of altered his DNA when he was on the seal team. LOL. Thanks again to the amazing people up at memorial hospital.

My mom went here by ambulance. She was having a heart attack. There was a long wait to even get her a bed to stay.any way got a room for her, then some time or another she got moved again to heart side of the hospital. No parking let me tell you.have to find parking at the emergency room and walk around or park in the garage and walk hole hospital.crazy but anyway.some and I mean some of the nurses was great and others not so much.but she was seeing so many doctor's it was crazy.so day come we are going to do the catherization on her so went down three hours waiting my daughter seen my mom going up in the elevator back to her room.Noone told us that's the only way we new.so we followed and the nurses aid oh I didn't know someone was waiting on her but she had been waiting three hours on the bed with pee and they didn't even tell hr they didn't do the procedure. Come on the doctor had something to do that's why he wouldn't do it...we fired that doctor and got in another doctor he was a save he got in that night with plain clothes and said what do we want him to do we said save her he took her back down and was in the process of doing the heart cath. But could not cause she had 2 100 and 1 90% blockage but he said he would get a surgeon in that he new and have open heart surgery..so he did and he personal kept coming to see her he is her heart doctor know. But that hospital will never see my family again they are so bad would never want anyone to go through all that and there was a whole lot more stuff we went through it was hell...never again at that hospital...
