Delicious pizza OMG maybe the BEST PIZZA in Atlanta

Last Tuesday I took my granddaughters for pizza here at this location. The waitress was very professional,helpful and courteous. The manager was so nice and he introduce himself and welcome us to Mellow mushroom. The food was excellent and my granddaughters was excited that I took them there. If you want great food and wonderful service this is the place to visit.

Great customer service when picking up 8 pizzas ordered online. Large downtown location.

The location and appearance of the store are very nice, and the taste of the food is great.

But in my experience, that's about it. Order fulfillment has typically been horribly slow, and on multiple occasions, I have waited over an hour for a order of pretzels (or similar small orders), which is unacceptable in my opinion, especially after a significant wait just to place a to-go order (which also appears to be typical).

The staff is generally friendly, but me and a few of my co-workers have been harassed, and on some occasions, been denied service, due to our affiliation with a "competing" delivery service.

Its was alright. We are from out of state, local people giving us weird looks.The service was barely decent. We waited a good 30 mins to 40mins for 3 pizzas to be ready. And when our pizza finally arrived it was warm. Its wasn't HOT right out of the oven. We all were hungry so we just ate the pizza but overall very dissatisfied with the service and pizzas here. First and last time here.

Wonderful vegan and omnivore options. Great pizza crust.

Omg i just fell in love. TJ my waiter was everything. My drink gave my life and my food was to die for. No long waits for your food and you can taste the freshness. This will be my new go to pizza eatery

Just a few blocks from the Original location, sticks to menu plan, and service was outstanding and attentive. Outdoor seating has a fireplace.

I enjoyed the Mellow Mushroom! And my waiter was nice ,The manager came by our table and ask was everything fine and it was fine. Yo guys that big Tall lemonade was just right sweet!

Some delicious pizza creates from scratch here. We had a bbq chicken pizza and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

My husband and I ended up eating here Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Dragon*Con 2017 as it was right near our hotel. The pizza was amazing but the staff even more so. After 3 days of all hands on deck and the place stuffed to the gills with customers the clearly exhausted staff were still super friendly and bent over backwards to treat everyone like V.I.P.s On Saturday, our server from Friday stopped by our table just to say "Hi" and to say he was so happy to see us back. On Sunday the hostess served us and the restaurant stayed open 45 minutes past closing to make sure that everyone had a chance to eat and get their food. CANNOT recommend this place enough. Well worth the visit.

Food was ok, heard about how great the pizza was but not impressed.

After 45 min waiting time for the food in a slow day our food cane totally wrong ...

I love the sweet water dough, my favorite is the chicken calzone, my food has always been fresh and warm, environment friendly and mello, it's the type of place you could take a first date to! Plus this one has a bar

Service was great, very polite and timely. Food was also very good and arrived quickly given that it was fresh-baked.

Great experience as usual!! The sevice was fantastic & tge food was as well. I ordered a vegan pizza w/ the follow your heart cheese, spinach, & jerk tofu & I was extremely satisfied. They also started using paper straws!! So that was cool as well.

Well we decided to try this place out because we wanted to try some good pizza. It was amazing. We also tried out the spinach dip which was phenomenal..... I haven't had a spinach dip that good in years. Our server was very attentive and gave us awesome server. We were able to walk from our hotel to this spot. This is most definitely a place to try out.

Good thin crust veggie pizza. But never had a bad pizza from Mellow Mushroom no matter what the state.

Slow service. Cold calzones and pizza. cold tomato sauce. Took a long time to bring the silverware after they brought the calzones. They messed up my wife's order.

I came in alone, sat at the bar, opened the menu with the intent to order a pizza. In the span of 10 minutes, the bartender never greeted me, never offered water nor asked if I wanted a drink or something to eat. All the while he was attentative to other customers. I left and spent my money at Jimmy John's a few paces away. I would recommend other locations over this one. I'm not coming back to this one.

The challenge with hitting the Shroom is lack of consistency from store to store for food quality and quantity. In this case sat at the bar at 4pm. Wasn t busy. Bartender was friendly and beer was cold.
DW ordered chicken and cheese sub and I ordered a steak cheese. Both whole on multigrain.
Food arrived and both sandwiches were not hot but not cold. I mustered through mine. DW had to send 3/4 back for heat. After it returned so did silverware set ups (I was 1/2 done by then). Bread seemed hard and we were disappointed again in the shroom.
DW is switching to pretzel bites moving forward.

Foods good but took 15min for a server to even get to me.

Got a pizza to go with the vegan cheese. Service was great and the pizza was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I ate the whole thing before even making it back to our hotel

Awesome Za! The bruchetta was really good too. Not your traditional pizza joint. A must go.

Great customer service, friendly people and super menu.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. Visiting ATL with my kids...call to find out who delivers for them (Mellow Mushroom). Caitlyn informs me I have to use the Mellow Mushroom website and choose delivery which is powered by doordash. So I go to the website. When I complete my "delivery" order my confirmation says I should pick up my order. Noooo!!! So I call the store and the manager (hate I cant remember his name) says oh when there are no drivers available doordash will change your order to pick up???? Really??? Ok. So he says I can just cancel your order. I was surprised that his solution didnt include us getting our food ( oh well). Then he asked my confirmation or name. After giving my name he puts me on a looong hold. He returns saying, I have a Caitlyn Weston not a Mary Weston...I said no Mary Weston. He then repeats what he said so I repeated no, Mary. At that point he says maybe you sent the order to a different store. So i hang up and find my emailed receipt which clearly indicated I had the correct location. When I call back, the original chick I spoke to answered and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. After another long hold, she came back to the phone and said the order had to have gone to another location. I then provided confirmation #. After another long hold she returns and says, ok we have cancelled your order!! WHAT????? At which time, I cussed (frightening my hungry kids) and hung up. Really Mellow Mushroom...not mellow at all.

I first tried this place in Downtown Atlanta. It was hands down one of the best pizza I've tried. So I had to try it while I was in Beaumont, TX.

Holy Shiitake pizza is to die for. Mellow Mushroom is untouchable with the Spring Water Dough.

The food here was do good. Their salads are amazing.

Can no longer order delivery via the site.... Pizza never came after I checked out. Really disappointing mobile site. Calling the restaurant was no help at all. A dismissive employee told me the order never existed... The money came back to me 3 days later. Usually good food here so I'll edit my post because I can't say I will never eat at another location when I can go sit in. But I will not use there site until the do a major overhaul. Also parking at this location sucks.

The waitress was friendly and making us laugh even though we were there near closing. Pizza was great, good beer selection.

Awesome pizza, fantastic service! Unless you're a glutton you'll struggle to finish the pizza - do the right thing and ask for a take out box for the left overs, take a spare napkin, and give it to a random homeless person the way back to wherever you're going.

Was good food, no complaints on the staff from me, i think it was tge little salad or whatever was really big and so is the cowzone so expect food to be larger then expected. Oh and the pretzel bites do not taste like pretzel (they are ok) and the beer cheese or whatever tasted like beer (obviosly).

We always love eating at Mellow mushroom and this one great also. The only reason didn't give a 5 star was waiter was not that friendly but everyone else was.

A great gluten free crust. Delicious pizzas, great staff and nice atmosphere.

Good healthy food. The vegan cheese is delicious. Returned their twice throughout trip we enjoyed it so much!

Service was not the best there was a new girl in training but she was just left alone and thrown to the wolves... I had a steak sandwich that I could only eat half it was so salty and meat super over cooked!!
But the icing on the cake was that they were out of MUSHROOMS!!!

Ordered a large half pepperoni, half sausage and pepperoni as well as 5 wings. First of all, the pepperoni which we paid $2 more to have was not on the pizza not to mention that the pizza was lopsided and unevenly cut. And, they only gave us 4 out of 5 wings.

Locals atmosphere with a awesome bar tender by the name of Terrance, don't leave without a pizza or calzone.

Delicious food and fun atmosphere. Close to Cokemuseum and the Aquarium.

Too tasty. Wish they had not closed the one near me. Pizza was hot, thin crust with just the right amount of sauce. Staff was great even though we walked in and ordered 3 pizzas 20 minutes before close. Manager comped us a free beer because they ran out of anchovies. Score!!

Service could use improvement. Had to wait a very long time for orders.

I'm torn on this. The pizza was good, but I visited because I also wanted some craft beer and they REALLY disappointed with that. Most all of the beers were large brands and the selection was pretty limited. There were a few IPAs, but only one stout (Guinness) and one wheat (Blue Moon). Pretty pitiful when you're listed on Google as having craft beers.

Oh, and my waitress was lacking a bit too. But fine, people can have an off night.

Service was alright. Didn't quite feel welcomed here. The location was pretty dead on a rainy Saturday. Pizza was amazing though and the location has some unique decor like any of the other mellowmushrooms

Was told it would be twenty minutes to pick up my order. Arrived and had to wait an additional thirty minutes. The place was dead so not sure why I had to wait so long
