THIS STORE DOES NOT DELIVER! They were unhelpful and unclear when talking about delivery so we placed our order as a delivery. We were then CHARGED for the order even though they did not deliver the food because of the recent changes that where not made. This is not clear on the website or the phone so after we placed our order we where charged for food we did not eat.
We LOVE Mellow Mushroom. Food is always good, which is why we always go back for more. However, at this particular location, the service was less than desirable. No refills on any of our drinks (and my husband would have had another beer), had to ask another server to refill our waters, and the check delivered after food was delivered. Not really much customer service. Didn t ruin the meal, but it didn t make it enjoyable either.
Food was excellent and reasonably priced. On top of that, the waitstaff was awesome, as well.
Pizza was nice a d fresh. Toppings wasn't skimpy. Nice warm environment.
Great environment, with nice music playing in the background, and secluded seating upstairs. The pizzas were unique, and were delicious for their price. The waiters were also very polite, and helped us sort out our check.
Has a great vibe, and good vegan options. Pizza was larger than I expected. Would definitely come back if I am in town again.
Mellow Mushroom is so much better than the big pizza chains. I used to come to this particular location a lot when they used Outspoken at the Table for trivia. The service was usually really good.
You get free 1 hour parking at this location, but if you are playing trivia or just end up taking a while, you may need to pay for the garage.
Best vegan pizza ever! Not only do they have vegan cheese but they also have tempeh or tofu options to top the pizza with as well!
Got here and ordered at 9:14pm. It s been 30 minutes for one med well burger and a chicken Caesar wrap
Great pizza close to the office. Been here a few times with friends during for lunch and never had anything bad to say.
Amazing food and service! Served in a timely manner, and the staff is very polite. The food can speak for itself. Definitely worth a try!!!
Thanks Gabby, but it's been multiple experiences. I've experienced painstakingly slow service, been charged double on an online order - despite multiple calls it was never reversed, had orders be wrong, and once an online order not completed at all. I live near the Ivan Allen, W Peachtree St NW one, and had several issues while only visiting a handful of times.
Nice environment it has two levels hitter service was a little slow for me the wings was decent I have the pizza before and it was good but overall a good experience
A little bit of a hippie setting with an interesting interior design and friendly service. I ordered Sausage Calzone, which was big, minced meat and cheese. Tasted it. It was served on an aluminum tray that crunched with a knife and fork. The service was very friendly and also fast.

Happy to find a vegan friendly pizza place while visiting. Topping options include dairy-free cheese and tofu along with plenty of veggies. A good selection of beer on tap and friendly staff.
Among chain pizza joints, this one has the best dough and the best selection of ingredients around. If you're in the mood for American Pizza, this is a sure bet.

Tre was an excellent server, very professional and attentive even as the crowd grew larger. The lunch menu was limited, but the portions received were hearty, I got the chicken and cheese hoagie and a Caesar salad. This was my first of many visits, next time I'll try the pizza. A great experience, thanks Mellow Mushroom.
Waitstaff are friendly and the pizzas are really creative and tasty. The establishment could have been cleaner. I was seated at a booth with trash on the floor underneath the table. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper goods.

One of the best pizza chains in the country. Their dough is dense and perfectly textured - you can eat a couple of slices and find yourself getting full! They have plenty of non-pizza offerings as well if you so desire. Parking was simple and on-site and they did a great job decorating for Halloween! Only drawback is their beer selection is a bit sparse compared to other locations.
Over 30 minutes for one small veggie pizza, and still didn't get it. Inexcusable.

My worst MM experience ever. Waitress seemed to be checked out mentally or was stoned. I m not sure which. I ordered a hoagie only to get sliced wheat bread from a store bought loaf 30 minutes later. Again, I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich I could have easily made at home. Our waitress kept saying our food was coming right out. I couldn t get out of there fast enough.
don't go for lunch. a party of 6 was the first individuals to arrive for lunch. we ended up having to take our meal to go. When questioned stated they had a catering order to handle before we arrived. did not appear to have a shortage of staff as many were standing around talking. was not told that there would e be a delay in providing food as party was on a short schedule and would have gone somewhere else if it was known.
The customer service was mediocre and once we received our pizza, it was rather bland. No taste to anything.
Only had this place once and Food was not disappointing... Mellow Mushroom maintains a nice consistentency in Atlanta area...
I went early afternoon after my son's award,s day and their was a medium crowd. Parking was great. We were seated immediately but our waiter did take a little minute. Still, once he got to the table he went right into action. Every question we had was answered and he was on top of needs like napkins, straws, etc. The pizza was great! We loved it. Portions were great and even took home leftovers. The place has cool decorations and is cool to look at with inside and outside seating.
Good food and service. No views of downtown. Limited outdoor seating
Honestly I love the atmosphere it was great I've never been there but my first time being there was awesome I love the pizza and the chicken wings it was great
