Absolutely the worst customer service I have exper...

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. Visiting ATL with my kids...call to find out who delivers for them (Mellow Mushroom). Caitlyn informs me I have to use the Mellow Mushroom website and choose delivery which is powered by doordash. So I go to the website. When I complete my "delivery" order my confirmation says I should pick up my order. Noooo!!! So I call the store and the manager (hate I cant remember his name) says oh when there are no drivers available doordash will change your order to pick up???? Really??? Ok. So he says I can just cancel your order. I was surprised that his solution didnt include us getting our food ( oh well). Then he asked my confirmation or name. After giving my name he puts me on a looong hold. He returns saying, I have a Caitlyn Weston not a Mary Weston...I said no Mary Weston. He then repeats what he said so I repeated no, Mary. At that point he says maybe you sent the order to a different store. So i hang up and find my emailed receipt which clearly indicated I had the correct location. When I call back, the original chick I spoke to answered and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. After another long hold, she came back to the phone and said the order had to have gone to another location. I then provided confirmation #. After another long hold she returns and says, ok we have cancelled your order!! WHAT????? At which time, I cussed (frightening my hungry kids) and hung up. Really Mellow Mushroom...not mellow at all.
