Redmond Tennis Club Review

Good facility with good coaches. They could do lot better on customer service.

Bought 8 pack (8 week expiration) for Saturday classes. They had tournaments on few Saturdays, due to which classes got cancelled. I lost one class since the package expired (on 5/30). Requested to extend the package to attend the class on 6/1 but got shut down by member representative (after staying on the phone for 5 minutes and explaining that we could not attend the classes since they were cancelled due to tournaments on couple of Saturdays. Probably one of the most unfriendly customer service so far).

I guess as the clubs get bigger, they lose the personal touch. Have been the club member since Day 1 (and have seen the journey since the tennis courts were being built). BTW, 2 stars is for customer service. Would give 5 stars for facility/coaches..

Amazing staff, experienced and reputable coaches...invested in their programs. Front staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a family-friendly environment, meant for people of all ages and skills. The junior tennis program has many talented and dedicated players who benefit tremendously from coaches like Marcos

Very clean and awesome tennis facility. We really like playing tennis there. And we are looking forward to seeing more growth from their staff in terms of classes and customer service. They promise to be a great asset to the community.

I received an amazing massage from Desmond. He is great at stretching out the whole body. The environment was really nice and comfortable . I'll definitely be back for another massage. Thanks Desmond

I am changing my review based on communication with management in this place. They are very communicative and working hard to resolve the issues and i already see the benefit.

This was a decent place beginning of this year. This place is a scam now. They keep adding members and did not increase any courts rather recently added so many programs that member has almost no chance to have court book in decent time in the week days. All they care about monetization not quality of service. I Will leave after my membership is expired end of this month. If you are thinking of being a member, be aware of this current

This is my first year amd have been very happy so far. Competent coaches, friendly staff - provides excellent opportunities ranging from professional players to beginners.
They have great coaching programs for youngsters - my son is very happy and is eager to learn and improve.

I hope they continue to provide same level of service in the years to come.

This club overall is immaculately maintained.

bonus: it also has a gym with sufficient equipment to exercise and build strength.

This summer (2016) they are going to add three more tennis courts making it a total of 6 and they have further plans to build bigger gym, outdoor tennis courts, which suits my needs perfectly.

Nice new place (as of 2017). Good fitness training area. 3 cts on left side appear smaller and not as nice (they put in cyclone fencing assumably to protect the wall). Great little cafe.

My kid started going to the club recently to take lessons. I like the big spacious place but I think they can do better with picking more experienced trainers.

It is a great club for kids of all ages. It contains six courts and one mini court for little kids. There are many classes for kids here.

I really like the instructors here. Marcos' techniques are really effective and the exercises he has you do are fun too. Siggi and Alex have also been helping my husband improve his tennis game (he's obsessed!). I didn't realize how accomplished the instructors are until I got to know them more. This facility is really nice and secluded. I will be enrolling my young daughter soon into one of their Dot programs (I visited while some kid classes were going on and the children were having a blast while exercising!). I was just introduced to Pickleball here a couple of days ago and it's so much fun!

First year member and so far so good. I look forward to having 3 additional courts in June.
The 4.0 Workout on Thursday nights are so much fun.

I spoke with one of the owners, Heather, on the phone! She was so helpful and really took time answering my questions about the club.

The head coach and owner Justin left, my kids were really unhappy with the coaches they were left with. The community has been unhappy for past two months, as junior and adult classes are totally empty with a subpar level of instruction. Basically too expensive without the expertise to justify the cost for their junior high performance. Wouldn't join unless Justin were to return.

If you're looking for the real deep tissue massage Doris is the person for it. I had muscle knots in my upper back. After taking the tissue massage it felt more relaxed after months of tightness . Doris is very knowledgeable ,I personally recommend her to anyone looking for massage.

I absolutely love the RTC as it is a fun professional place for members of all ages! I primarily use the gym and work out with their amazing personal trainer, Jessica, who really takes the time to make it feel like personalized training. The spa area with the sauna is absolutely wonderful after a work out or just to relax! I highly recommend the RTC to anyone looking for a kid friendly fitness place!

They make you feel part of the community, from the front desk to the coaches.

I am excited to start attending their 2.5 - 3.5 open adult clinics on Monday nights.

My daughter goes here for her tennis classes. Coaches are competent and helpful.

I ve been a member since 2017. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly. It is easy to book a court through the app! I haven t participated in lessons or classes but have seen a few and the participants are all engaged and look like they are having a great time!
